The MD asks leaders to mentor innovation teams and submit entries within the next ten days, aiming for at least 100 submissions, so the company can win group‑level awards. Hello colleagues, I have a request to you all. Over the years, our founders believed in something called continuous improvement and excellence to serve the society at large. That value system is what has resulted in Inovista, a group-level activity across all Tata Group companies. I earnestly urge you to take part in this movement. Over the years in TC, we have won many accolades, and for a professional services firm like TC, all of this is possible only because of each one of you. Innovation is not invention. Innovation is doing something better to produce better outcomes, to think differently, to look at solutions where others find challenges and problems. I'm sure you've all innovated on on projects, not just projects. There's innovation in the way we've done HR practices, there's innovation in the way we've sold new business models to our client, there's innovation in financial practices, innovation in legal, admin, and of course innovation across all the business units. The civil engineering works, the mechanical works, power, metal mining, chemicals, digital, and innovation in all and everything that we do to win. Our clients' trust and support. Please talk about these innovations because this innovation is not about you, it's about your persistent endeavor to excel in something better. If you talk about these innovations, you're adding growth to yourself and your team members. Please identify these innovations across all spheres of TCE and with pride put them into Innovista. With the next 10 days, I would urge every leader to look at mentoring or being part of an innovation team that puts up an entry.
