Hello everyone, this is Supriya Nayak and I am working as a Senior Engineer IT in Digital Advanced Technology Business Unit and I have been working with TC since last 2 and a half years. And what I do in TC is that I'm a part of IIoT team. IIoT is the Industrial Internet of Things. So as a part of IIoT team, our main focus is to provide the solutions to the industry so that they can automate their processes of working. And along with that, we work on various web development projects. Like the dashboards. This dashboard gives an insights for the data analytics. So that is the work we do in a TC as a part of IT team. The most exciting thing about working in TC is that we get an exposure to directly interact with the client. So that is also increasing our skill. And the another thing is that the person gets an exposure to work on various roles at one time. Like he can work on multiple disciplines, he can work on various, uh, fields. So that he get knowledge of multiple things at one time. And why I wanted to stay in TCS is that because the work culture is very good. The people are very good in TCS, like they are very supportive. Seniors are very helpful. They always support you to like explore various new things, and also they helps you to increase your knowledge. I'm looking forward to work on various IoT projects because this is the latest field, and I wanted to explore this technology so that that will help the industries. And the one advice I would like to give to the job seekers is that, like, if they wanted to approach the TC, they can definitely do. Like, if they wanted to learn new things, they wanted to work on various technologies, and if they don't have to stick on one technology only, so then they can definitely approach the TC. That is the best, uh, like we can say, the best option for them. If I wanted to describe TC, I would describe it as a professional as well as a friendly because it values people as well as the work culture there.
