Hi, I'm Kishor. I'm working as Senior Manager Mechanical in Power Business Unit of Tata Consulting Engineers. I have joined TCE right after my graduation and I have worked for the last 11 years, which was a wonderful journey. The work environment in TCE is really good, which gives you a lot of opportunities for you to learn and prove yourself on the technical front, and it also gives you a lot of freedom to express yourself while you're working on a project. This really helps you to take a lot of initiatives and decisions in a project. And another very important aspect and a good aspect is a mix of young engineers and experienced people in TC. This helps a lot while we are doing a project where you have both the dynamism and the professional experience which really helps you to execute the project in a very, very good, good and excellent way. And also the work environment helps you to really take sensible decisions in a project, and you can always be assured that company will back you up for your decisions in your project in front of the client. This really helps you and gives you the confidence when you're working day on day in a project. You go into office, it gives you the motivation to work and be happy with the work environment. All in all, I would say TC is a superb place to work day in and day out with motivation and mental satisfaction. Thank you.
