Apple has a brand. Dell doesn't. For Dell, all we do is we look at the price point and the features. Right. There's no feeling. We have no loyalty to them. We don't go and extol their virtues to everybody else. We don't wear Dell t-shirts. We don't put their stickers on our other products. We don't brag to our friends. We don't shun our friends who don't use Dell products. Dell sells a machine, a very good machine at a great price point. And I'm appreciative of that, but they don't really have a brand. So people who are out there trying to create content, I think they fall into Dell camp— serviceable, highly forgettable. So what we have to do is we have to lean into what makes us different. We have to unblend ourselves.
