In this instructional video, Nicolas Korvessis addresses the challenge of maintaining high posting volume on social media while consistently generating fresh, engaging ideas. He proposes a simple, repeatable system: start each day with a single core idea—an insight, lesson, or opinion derived from ongoing work—and expand it into multiple post formats. He outlines several frameworks: a Lesson format that teaches a concept; a Proof format that shares a result by highlighting what went wrong and how it was fixed; a Hot Take format that challenges common beliefs and can be amplified by tying it to recent events or pop culture references; as well as Story and Shortcut formats. By rotating these formats, creators can produce up to five posts per day without exhausting ideas. The video ends with a call‑to‑action inviting viewers to comment “flow” to receive additional idea prompts.

So listen, nowadays on social media everyone tells you that you have to post like 5 or 10 times a day to actually grow if you have a business. And that's true, volume is definitely going to help, but coming up with ideas and making sure that they're good is really hard. So this is exactly how you're going to do it. What you'll do is just start with one core idea per day. That's just a single insight, lesson, or opinion from the work that you're actively doing. So you should be having these core ideas Like basically coming to you very naturally as you're working throughout the day. And these are just a few examples. You could do this lesson framework where you're basically just teaching something. So here's why this thing works and why it matters. Really easy thing that you can do is like if you have a client that you're working with, or even if you're just starting to work on stuff by yourself and maybe you don't have any clients, if something worked that day for you, easy lesson that you can teach. Proof, if you have a result, but actually show it and don't just like show it off, actually teach from it. 'Cause people are more apt to listen to you if you tell them what not to do versus what to do. So if you come in and say, hey, this is why this client got XYZ result, they may not listen to you as much versus if you say this client almost lost $1 million and here's how we fixed it, they're probably gonna pay more attention. Hot take, this is super easy. Challenge a common belief around different things. And I think the like enhancer for this is if you can throw in like a recent event on top of it. So you could do some kind of hot take for marketing or business, but then throw in something and relate it to like Taylor Swift if she was going viral and it would like enhance the crap out of that content. Story, shortcut, those are some other ones, but this is how you can post 5 times a day without running out of ideas. If you want these ideas delivered directly to you, just comment flow and I'll send you some more.
