This is my 7-figure operating framework for running a successful business. Every single one of us get actions that we need to complete every single day, and depending on what you do with those actions determines your productivity and how successful you're really going to be. So the key here is to every action that you get, you want to determine, can you delegate that action or can you automate it? If you can do one of those things, you're going to always make sure you default to doing one of those 2 options, delegating it or automating it, before you decide to do it yourself. That's going to save you a ton of time and it's going to allow you to operate at a 7-figure level, even if you're not at a 7-figure business just yet.
