In this video, I'm gonna show you how I use a few simple prompts to generate 10 ad creatives that I'm gonna start testing for our client. And this is a really simple creative workflow using prompts as well as Claude Code to generate some really solid creatives. So before I actually show you how this works, let me show you the ad creatives that this generated. Overall, not that bad. I'm gonna use, just being totally transparent, I'm gonna use this ad creative here. I may not use that one. I'll use this one. This one I'll test. This one I think is great. I think it's really solid. It's got good headline, bullet points here, some CTAs, and it's got a pretty good visual as well. So I'll use that one. This one I'll probably use. This one is great and I'll definitely use. It has a good hook. It has a good kind of concept here as well. I'll use this one and I'll probably use this one as well. So overall it generated 10 ad creatives, but I'll probably use 8 or 9 of them, which isn't really that bad of a hit rate. What's really cool is this workflow did a few different things, and I'll show you exactly how I have it all stitched up. So the first thing that I did is I have these certain prompts that are engineered really specifically to make good ad creatives using Nano Banana. There's 3 prompts that I have. I'll give a high-level overview of all of them, and here's kind of what they look like. So this one here, I've kind of been clear on here's what your job is. First of all, here's a brief. Here's the client we're making them for, target audience, pain point, dream outcome, unique mechanism, proof, tone, CTA, and not to do. This is overall a really good brief. If you just had this as a prompt by itself, it'd probably produce some good ad creatives, but you're going to want to add some more context so you actually have creatives that convert and get attention well. And it comes down to a few things. First things being the hook and what we do for everyone that we work with and for offers that we have for ourselves that we scale is we have a hook bank. So we'll have a Google Doc or a Google Sheet with tons of hooks and we'll have active hooks, winners, and then retired. It's really good about tracking this is you can then plug it in to the prompts that you'll send to AI and it knows exactly what ads are actually active and working maybe, but you shouldn't repeat them. Winners. So it knows to riff off of those angles with fresh phrasing and it avoids kind of retired or losing hooks as well. Give hard rules, we'll give very specific outcomes too. And I think big angles in advertising that work very, very well are pain, outcome, social proof, curiosity, comparison, identity, identity, country, and urgency. If you're not doing that in your paid ads, period, whether you're using a workflow like this or something similar, you got to make sure you're hitting these elements right here. If you don't know this stuff for the offer that you're promoting, if you don't know what the dream outcome is, your unique mechanism, and you don't have proof in a certain tone or voice, you're not going to have ad creatives that work and the system isn't going to work for you. This is pretty much the only input that we have. Everything else it does by itself. So I'm glad to give more details on these in the future. But if you want access to all these prompts, I've got 3 different versions and 3 different styles of them. Click below, check them out in our free community, and you can use them for yourself. Now, after these prompts are done, what I did on top of that is I thought that it'd be really nice to actually have a system where you could look at competitors and use that as kind of a baseline. So what I did in Claude Code is I honestly set up a very simple system, and I can give the access to all this stuff. Once again, is in the first link in the description if you want to just kind of copy paste it in. But basically what I did is I hooked up Apify to Claude Code, and basically the whole skill, what it looks like is— let me scroll down here, go right here. So it's basically going to pull competitors' active Facebook ads and turn them into structured creative inspirations. Right now it's just a simple like call on, so I'll basically message Claude Code and say, hey, here's a competitor I'd like to model, can we look at that through? It's got an ad intel kind of outlook, the pipeline here It will— I will send it a competitor Facebook page. Apify will scrape that ad library for that competitor and their ads. Claude will go through a vision analysis per ad plus cluster, and then it sends it to me as a Slack intel post, which is really, really cool. So it goes through a few things here. Once again, I can send all this to you in the community, or all this is available in the community below. Just check that out. And here is what this ends up looking like in Slack, which is really cool. So I had this competitor intel here. And it went through and looked at the top hooks. You can see here why X is keeping you stuck, objection reframe, et cetera, et cetera. It gave me the top visual archetypes. So it showed like a text-only card, no face, no scene, talking head, and then named expert lead magnet. It gave some copy patterns and then what to text next. Now, once I got that information, I went back to Claude Code and let me just show you what this workflow actually looked like. So lemme go back up here. I think that's actually up here. Okay. So it ran, it did a few things in parallel, right? So I basically gave The, let me see here. Hmm. Okay. So I tested it with Alex Hormozi's ads first. It did all that. Then I said, hey, I wanna be able to make creatives from this. How can we do that? I already had some ad production skills, which are directly based off of these prompts, which I just showed you. And what I ended up doing is saying, okay, great, here's my client's landing page. Here's a competitor for that client as well that we can look at, which was Tom Ferry. And then it generated a brief based off the client's lander, and it also then analyzed all those creatives, which then produced this right here, which I just showed you. After that, I just said, okay, great, using the that you wrote for our creative image, go ahead and take those, make some ad creatives for me based off of both the competitor stuff and off the prompts that we've used previously, which are these prompts here. And once it did that, it delivered everything to me in a Google Drive folder and it notified me in Slack, which is awesome. And that's kind of how I ended up with those creatives here in this folder. Now, once you have these ad creatives, what's the best way to actually test them? I want to get into that in this video as well and go through the media buying pieces of it as well. Let me break down exactly how that is going to look. Okay, so there are 2 ways that I like to test Facebook ad creatives in regards with Facebook's new algorithm changes. The first way is you will actually set up a CBO campaign just like this, and each stack of ads that you make, each like pack of ads, I call them ad packs. So this ad creative pack that we got here would be one pack. Every time I generate new ad creatives, what I'm gonna do is I'll come into that CBO campaign, I'll make a new ad set, and in that ad set, I'll drop in that set of creatives that I wanna test. So in this case, there's 4 creatives, and I'll do that at least 2 to 3 times a week. So we're testing between 10 to 15 creatives per week. I'd probably set up 2 or 3 new ad sets in that CBO campaign and let Facebook kind of have at it. Now for this campaign, I was optimizing for purchases. Even though this cost per purchase was higher, this was profitable for us, but this setup specifically didn't work great in this ad account, which is totally fine. But this is a setup that we've seen work very, very well across a lot of other different ad accounts. That we work on. And let me show you that real quick. Okay, so you can see here in this ad account, this is one campaign that I've got running. This thing over the past month has generated 490 sales at $23 per purchase, which is amazing. This is really profitable. And the same setup is done here. You can see here I've got this ad, these different ad packs here. We've done 4 of them so far in this campaign with a few extra ones as well. And you can see how well these have worked. Uploaded ad pack 1, that one ad pack contained 3 different creatives. Facebook kind of had a ball, let it pick its budget. And did its thing. Now the only thing to keep in mind when you launch new ad packs and you have new creatives that you're launching for this specific setup, it's important to increase the budget at the CBO level to match how many creatives that you're adding. So usually what I like to do is whenever I add a new ad pack, I'll add between $50 to $60 per day of budget to that CBO and let it do its thing. So that's kind of how that would look. Now the other option is a little bit more old school, and something that I want to make really clear is it's okay if not this one strategy works for your ad account. It's not like one strategy is made for every ad account and that's the go-to and everyone has to use that. I actually find plenty of times, like I just showed, that strategy where we set things up at a CBO level with multiple ads and multiple ad packs doesn't always work for every single account. So be okay with testing different things. This setup may work better for you, which is a little bit more traditional, but it's basically having one campaign that's a testing campaign, and I will batch a ton of creatives in here one at a time, test them with different budgets. But it's one ad per ad set, very simple and old school, where we'll start with a smaller budget, scale things up. And this right here you can see is pretty much doubling our money. Our average order value on this is between $60 to $90. We're getting sales for $35 apiece at 20 sales. So this is starting to scale up and is pretty much good to go. So that's exactly how I like to set up both making ad creatives using a really advanced AI workflow with the prompts and everything, and actually how to test them. I just went through that as well. So I hope this is a good video. I hope you got something out of it.
