So this is a really good one. Managing customer expectations, I think, is something that is not spoken about often when it comes to like scaling your business or growing it. It's not a very like interesting thing, but it's so valuable when it comes to managing expectations, especially as a marketing company. You have to get that right or else you're just gonna have horrible customer experiences. You're gonna feel resentment. They're not gonna feel good about working with you and managing those expectations and just setting up a plan before you start working with them and showing them what to expect at each stage of the plan or each stage when they're working with you is so important. And managing those expectations continuously is almost like the cherry on top. Sure, you can manage expectations before you start working with them, but if you can do it throughout the entire process, especially in those first like 30 to 90 days, it's so important. So I'd really push you to do that.
