What is a minimum viable product and why should you have one? A minimum viable product is just something that does the bare minimum just to get the job done. For example, if you have a normal car versus a race car, both of them can get you to the grocery store the exact same way and possibly even the exact same amount of time just driving on normal roads, right? And that's the exact same thing that you should employ in place in your business if you're thinking about launching something new. If you're thinking about tweaking your offer, or even when you're launching and creating marketing content, it's not about having just a calendar of content, just stuffed full of stuff that doesn't really do much for you. Instead, you need to have a minimum viable product, a minimum viable ad, or a minimum viable funnel that gets the job done. Then once you know that that thing works, then you can pretty it up, make it a version 2.0, and then start to really push that once you've proven your minimum viable product.
