Guided SOMA Breath Practice with David and Chantal | Breathe Together Sunday | 2026-10-11

The recording captures a live Sunday Breathe Together session hosted by Piotr Cipiel, a Soma Breath Master Transformational Coach. After a warm welcome and community check‑in (participants share locations, mood ratings on a 1‑10 scale, and personal intentions), Piotr hands the floor to facilitators David and Chantal Genéconte. They introduce the day’s theme – vulnerability – and explain how authentic self‑expression can be blocked by people‑pleasing, fear, and perfectionism. The duo then walks the group through the core Soma Breath protocol: (1) five minutes of rhythmic breathing (inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth, counted beats), (2) out‑breath retention with brief “sips” of air, and (3) in‑breath retention, all while encouraging participants to notice bodily sensations and emotions. Contra‑indications (recent surgery, pregnancy, heart conditions, etc.) are read aloud, and participants are reminded to listen to their bodies. Throughout the practice, the facilitators cue visualizations (color, qualities like courage, self‑compassion) and invite participants to name hidden feelings such as guilt, shame, or anger. After the breath cycles, a reflective segment asks attendees to articulate what they need, what they are afraid of, and how they might express those needs. The community shares live feedback via chat, reporting shifts in mood scores and personal breakthroughs. A series of extended personal testimonials are presented, where speakers describe how Soma Breath helped them heal PTSD after a family stroke, transition from a corporate 9‑to‑5 job to a thriving wellness business, achieve rapid ROI on their instructor investments, and launch new boutique awakening centers. These stories emphasize increased income, sold‑out retreats, and deeper purpose. Piotr then announces upcoming live webinars, a discounted facilitator‑training offer limited to four spots, and reminds listeners of the Soma Breath app where replays and additional resources reside. Interspersed are scientific references to a Cambridge University study on default‑mode network modulation, and claims that the protocol elicits neurochemical responses similar to psychedelics but without drugs. The session concludes with a persuasive Vision & Flow call invitation: a free 30‑minute Zoom consultation with a Soma Breath specialist to clarify personal goals, demonstrate the Breathing in Beats method, and assess fit, framed as a pivotal step toward scaling one’s practice and contributing to a future where breathwork is integrated into hospitals. The closing gratitude, blessings, and reminders of upcoming community events round out the experience.

Welcome everyone. Welcome, welcome to our Sunday Breathe together with Soma Breath, the tribe, the incredible facilitators, and myself, Piotr Cipiel, Soma Breath Master Transformational Coach, your host today. Welcome! It's so lovely to see so many of you joining us on a Sunday that you've decided to put that in your calendar and join the Sunday experience with Soma Bread. Now be very honest with me and the tribe and Soma Bread. Have you been sharing the love that you have for Soma Bread with your communities, with your friends, your family? Have you been sharing Sunday bread togethers with your friends and family? Let me know. Let us all know. Put it in the chat. Thank you, Marissa, for saying yes. Now, again, you know, obviously, this is— you're not obliged to do this. But it'd be nice for you to spread the word, to share the love that you have for Soularbeit and how it has impacted you. Because sometimes we tend to overcomplicate or say things that we experience, but giving people a link and just telling them, you know what, this is a gift that I'm giving you. And you decide whether you click on it and you join us for free and see for yourself how it feels to be guided, how it feels to be part of such a beautiful tribe that keeps growing and keeps expanding. Thank you so much for sharing that. Yes, yes, yes. So yes, with my clients. Sylvie says, so good to be here. Thank you. Welcome, Sylvie. A little bit, Sergio. Thank you so much. I'm a first timer, so no. Joseph, the fact that you're here, it's such an honor and a pleasure to have you here with us. Please put into the chat as well if you're here for the first time and this is your first ever experience of a Sunday Breathe Together. Let us know in the chat. My beautiful purpose and mission is not only to be a host but also to create a safe container for all of you to voice how you're feeling, Where you're at, so the chat is constantly monitored by me. I will not be your guide. The guide today is this incredible duo, my friends that I know in person, so I know how lovely and incredible and beautiful and empowering they are. I just saw David just turning his head. Ah, yes, me. David and Chantal, je ne compte. And it's going to be so amazing for you to experience. If you've never experienced David and Chantal's session, you're in for a treat. If you have, you know exactly. not only what to expect, because I always like to say, you know, let go of expectations and enjoy the journey and be truly present here with the experience. But you know how deep these journeys can be with David and Chantal. And of course, in just a moment, I will be giving them the mic and the stage. So they will be introducing today's theme and session, which is all about vulnerability. I mean, I am all about authenticity and vulnerability. So vulnerability for me is just like something that I am applauding every single person that decides to step into their fullest power as a vulnerable being and just shy away from, from labels, from thoughts, ideas, beliefs that they have to hide their vulnerability. So let me just go through the chat as well. Put into the chat where you're tuning in from. We're gonna do this opening ceremony, this safe container, as I don't wanna say as fast as possible, but I want this to be really productive for you to understand as well the impact that you can have through the journey when you understand as well that this is an interaction, right? The chat is an interaction. The fact that you decided to be here, you are not worrying about the past, you're not thinking about the future, you're present here with the breath. With this moment, this precious moment in time. So we have Tasha Lee Nane also saying my first ever Breathe Together Sunday, but I'm just beginning my transformational coach training with Niraj. Yes, welcome Diana. Welcome High Power. I shared the link for today's class on my Facebook newsfeed. Thank you so much Tiffany. Appreciate you. So where are you all tuning in from? Ah, we've got Madrid. I am in Los Alcázares in the region of Murcia. in Spain, because obviously when you're in Spain, you have to make sure that you are pronouncing correctly. Murcia, Barcelona. So here I am. I used to live in Barcelona. Now I am in Murcia, near, near, near the beautiful city of Murcia. So we have Madrid in the house. We have United States. We have Detroit, United Kingdom, United States, Indiana, Oxford, New York, Dublin. Welcome, Dublin. I love Dublin. As you know, I lived for many, many years in Ireland. So by all means, Dublin is always in my heart, always. Blessings from UK. We are receiving the blessings and sending blessings back to you, Yusna. Thank you so much. We have Dallas and people from Norway, people from all around the world, the Netherlands. Anant, welcome. Amazing. Great to see you all here using the chat and being present with us. Make sure you've got your headphones and also an eye mask for the journey. It will help you to go a little bit deeper because you will be closing your eyes when David and Chantal will be guiding you. But an eye mask will always allow you to go a little bit deeper, a bit deeper for a transformational journey. Great stuff. Okay. And how are we all feeling right now? We use the scale from 1 to 10. 1 feeling— I'm just gonna show images. Feeling, yeah, I don't know, I'm lost. I'm sad.
I'm happy.
I'm angry, I'm frustrated. It hasn't been my day, week. The new moon in Libra hasn't given me all the permission that I thought it would be, all the new beginnings. That was yesterday, by the way. So how are we feeling right now? And it is October, and it's really important to check in with yourself. How are you feeling? And every single day I encourage you to check in with yourself. How are you feeling? And be very honest. So today is a, is a moment of vulnerability and honesty. How are we all feeling? We've got six, six, plenty of sixes. We've got a nine. We've got nines, nine, seven, seven. Amazing. Donna is an eight. Shala is a seven. Amazing. And of course, please everyone that is on YouTube, you've got the link there as well. I watch YouTube as well on another device. If you're on YouTube, you can join us in the Zoom room. The links have been shared by the amazing and incredible Monica, our customer support. She is here. Sharing all the links and making sure as well that you guys are all staying up to date with all the amazing promotions and incredible stuff that is going on behind the scenes. And then we'll bring it to you on the Sunday Brew together because there's a lot of discounts that I'll be mentioning after the journey and a lot of stuff that is happening that you can avail of. And maybe this is the moment in time where you're like, you know what, I am ready. I am ready. To embark on a journey. I am ready to be a facilitator. I'm ready to join the app. I'm ready. I'm ready to go deeper into the world of Soma Breath. Eva, lazy Sunday. Nice, Eva. Why not giving yourself permission to have a lazy Sunday? Absolutely tired, exhausted from fee. I don't know how I'm feeling. I'm trying to check in, but I don't know. Very valid point, Andrea. And breathwork and the Soma Breath community will allow you to connect deeper with your own body and understand as well that whatever the mind is producing, the body, how it feels right now, will give you a response to it. So, you know, and it takes— it's a practice. It takes some time just to practice being with yourself and being, how am I feeling right now in this body? Just for a moment, everyone, take a few breaths in. Let's do this. Take a few breaths in. And a few breaths out, release through the mouth. Check in, let's check in with ourselves. You can close your eyes or have your eyes open. Breathing in through the nose, use the diaphragm and release through the mouth. And as you drop the air, also drop tension, relax the body. Another cycle, breathe in, breathe out. How am I feeling right now?
Listen.
Take another breath in and release the breath. Okay, come back. You can open your eyes. Good. So maybe that number has changed, has shifted, or maybe you're more aware now as well. How you feel in the body? Thank you so much, everyone, for sharing your thoughts, your numbers in the chat. Okie doke. The breathwork, the soma breath experience. So today we have the absolute pleasure. Everyone, yeah, let's put some.
Woo hoo! Shh.
Party mode on. Love hearts for the incredible duo. We have Chantal and David in the house. And today's theme, vulnerability, the courage to be yourself. How often do you say I'm fine? I'm fine. I'm fine. But are you? So today's journey is a deep dive. Because if you're feeling something completely different, maybe it's time to bring this to the surface and be honest, vulnerable, authentic with yourself first before you're authentic and vulnerable to the world. It's all about self, you. So today's session, and David and Chantal will introduce the theme but also how you're going to be breathing in the session. the breath holds and the contraindications for the breath holds. And they will be the people that will just allow you to experience something deeper, something with awareness, consciousness, and that vulnerability hopefully will step to the forefront of your eternal being as a whole being. Vulnerability is key. Vulnerability is strength. Are we all ready to welcome Chantal and David Genéconte, our Somabrit duo masters, just incredible beings of love and light? Yes, love hearts are pouring in. And Sylvie mentions the theme connects perfectly to my meditation I did yesterday. David and Chantal, the mic is yours, the floor is yours, the stage is yours. Welcome.
Thank you, thank you. Welcome.
Welcome, welcome everybody.
Welcome to the newbies.
Thank you for being here.
Yeah, welcome everyone. The old ones, the newbies, the sisters, the brothers. We are really happy to be there and to talk about vulnerability. You know, emotions are deep in our heart. And emotions are key, are shaping our reality. And the first thing is, any kind of healing is to allow, to recognize. This is a world of duality. We've got the light, we've got the compassion, the love, but we've got as well the fears, the anger, the sadness, not being enough. And this session is really about to drop the mask, to recognize being a people pleaser in recovery, being expert in, you know, in— we thought we lived the perfect life, but there is no perfect life. There is shadows, there is fear, there is doubts, there is sadness. And vulnerability, when we allow ourselves to access, is the key of power. To just tell first to ourselves how we are, how we feel, how we behave. And emotions are not to be feared. You know, you can be fearful right now, you can be anxious, you can be sad. That's completely okay. Just a signal in the body saying, oh, something is off, something— I'm fighting against something. So it's really to recognize this part of ourselves and how can we, instead of reacting, respond differently, with more love, with more compassion, reverence for life. When my lovely wife is triggering me, Oh, no, she's not, she's perfect. How can I respond differently when I am caught by my anger, by my not being enough, what I thought I could be, I could appear?
Mm-hmm.
And people pleasers will recognize this. You know, people pleasers will want to be perfectionists. But perfectionism is a big trap. And it's how to To recognize and how to find the antidote. How can we bring more trust, more love, more humor sometimes to, you know, to laugh at ourselves? And this is the theme of our journey. So we are going to guide you, to trigger you into this theme, and then we are going to rewrite the story to bring, you know, more love, more compassion, whatever you need to go There. But before, I'm going to explain how we breathe in Samar. So, we are going to do rounds of breathwork. And within a round, there are 3 steps. The first one is called rhythmic breathing. You will hear the counting with our voice, like, in 2, out 2, 3, 4. And you will breathe in through the nose, into the belly, and out through the mouth. Circular, non-jerky, no force. And it's going to last for 5 minutes. Then we are going to cue you to take a deep breath in with the nose, fully in, and out. And here you will hold your breath. And you will hold your breath as long as possible. Of course, after a while you will have an urge to breathe, so just try to override it. And then just take a little sip of air with your nose. And again, breathe the air fully out and hold. And repeat as necessary. And then at the end of the out-breath retention, we're going to cue to take a deep breath in with the nose.
1, 2, 3, fully in.
And here you can squeeze gently your pelvic floor, your sphincter. And you shoot the energy of the spine like a beam, electric current, into your heart, into your midbrain. We'll guide you.
And you are going to hold your breath 30 seconds, and we are going to cue to let it go with a sound of relief or with a tone.
3 steps. 1, rhythmic breathing. In through the nose, into the belly, out through the mouth. 2nd step, out-breath retention. With a couple of sippings. And third step, in-breath retention. You don't need to memorize, we'll be with you, we'll be your navigator and we will guide you.
All right, we're going to— I'm going to read the contraindications actually. So slow rhythmic breathing techniques are generally safe for most people. Breath holds should not be practiced in any of the following cases: recent surgery, epilepsy, pregnancy in the third trimester, serious heart conditions, for example pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or recent heart attack. And in most other cases, the practice is considered safe. And as always, we invite you to listen to your body, reduce the intensity if you need, or skip a breath hold at any time. Right? And by the way, do not practice this if you're driving.
Oh, in your bath.
Oh, in your bath. Yes.
Okay.
Okay. Piotr, all good with the sound?
Can you turn it slightly? Just a little bit up. Just a little bit up.
Yes.
Okay. This is maximum now.
One, two.

Incredible. Are we all happy now? Are we all happy now? Yes, Tasi. Yes, Tracy. Yes.
Okay, let's move closer.

Whether it's the night or the daytime, healing when you raise your hands to the ceiling.
Feeling, communicating without even speaking. Tweaking for the rhythm, harmony peaking. Breathing, bring the heat no matter the season. No need for chemicals, dances, the ecstasy.
Wine for me, I can feel the heat when you're next to me.
You got the ingredients, I got my recipe. The body is the temple.
Give me a big smile.
Hey, Raven!
Y otro.
Thank you.
Thank you, everybody.
Take a comfortable position.
You can be sitting in an upright position or lay down on a mat.
The arms by your side. The legs extended. The keys comfort. Take a deep breath in and breathe out. Close the eyes. Take the time to arrive in the space. Let your jaw relax. Let your shoulders soften. Feel the support beneath your body. Just allow your breath to find Find an easy, natural rhythm. We ask for healing energies to arrive in the space now. Today we are exploring vulnerability, the courage to be yourself, to analyze To acknowledge what you feel, to meet the parts of yourself you usually keep hidden. So take a moment to ask yourself, what is preventing me from being fully myself right What do you hold back? What do you hide to be accepted, to keep the peace, or to avoid disappointing someone? And when you are alone, What do you find difficult to acknowledge, even, even to yourself? Perhaps you appear strong when you feel overwhelmed. Perhaps you smile when something hurts. Perhaps you say, I don't mind when you have a preference. Perhaps you take care of everyone while struggling to admit that you need support too. Which of these feels familiar? Bring to mind recent That moment when you held back a part of yourself. What did you want to say? What did you actually say? What were you feeling in the space between the two? Ask yourself What I am afraid would happen if I show who I really feel. Would someone judge you? Reject you? Think you were weak, difficult, or too much? Do you feel guilty when you have needs? Ashamed of your emotions? Afraid that if you begin to feel, you might lose control? Notice which question touches some Something inside you. And ask, what emotion comes up when I imagine letting myself be seen? Is it fear? Anxiety? Shame?
Guilt?
Guilt. Perhaps sadness or anger, frustration, resentment that you have been holding back. Let yourself recognize what is present. And where do you feel it in your body? Tightening in your throat? Pressure in your chest? A knot in your stomach? Bring your attention to that place. Notice its shape, its weight, its movement. What happens when you acknowledge it? Do you want to pull away? Swallow it down? Explain it? Tell yourself you should be over it by now? Notice that response too. Stay connected. Allow yourself to acknowledge. This is what I feel. This is what I've been holding back. I allow myself to recognize it. Perhaps there are words. Beneath the emotion. I am hurt. I am afraid.
Overwhelmed.
I need help. This matters to me. What are your thoughts, your words? Let them arise inwardly and notice what you feel as you acknowledge them. Connect with your emotion, and in a moment we are going to breathe in a rhythm and use the breath to express it. To allow it, to feel it. Be ready to breathe in a rhythm. Breathe out.

2.
Full in.
And out. Hold your breath. Go into your breath retention. Stay present. Just recognize your emotions. To have the courage to be yourself. Admit your vulnerability. Your fear, sadness, anger. And when you've got the first urge to breathe, just try to override it and then take a little sip in. And again, blow the air fully out. Take note and repeat as necessary. Feel the support beneath you. Let the feeling have some space. I can't stay present with myself. On the count of 3, we are going to take a deep breath in all together. 1, 2, 3, fully in. Squeeze the pelvic floor, contract the sphincter, shoot the energy from the roots like a beam into your heart. Hold, hold your emotion. Face it, recognize it. Hold it. And let it go. With a sigh of relief. And resume to normal breathing.
Let your breathing settle and notice how you feel now, allowing whatever is present. Ask yourself now, what qualities would help me to be vulnerable and to be myself? Perhaps courage to say, this is important to me. Even when your voice shakes. Perhaps self-compassion to meet your own tears with the same tenderness you would offer Someone you love. Self-trust to listen to what you feel and take it seriously. Self-acceptance to let yourself be You are seen as you are, with your sensitivity, your needs, and your imperfections. Which quality do you need most right now? Let your own answer come. If this quality had a color, what would it be? Imagine that color gently spreading Spreading through your chest, your throat, your whole body. What might it feel like to meet yourself with more of this quality? Now imagine a moment With someone you trust. And hear yourself saying something you would usually hold back. Something like, this is how I really feel. This is what I need. Notice what it might feel like to let those words be heard. Let these words settle: My feelings deserve space. I can be tender and still be strong. I can let myself be seen at my own pace. Carry your chosen quality and its colour into the next round of breathing. Starting again with a 2-4. Exhale.
In 2, out 2, 3, 4.
Inhale through the nose, out through the mouth.

Take an inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. And hold, hold your breath.
Relax.
Relax. Relax.
Whenever you need— you have the first urge to breathe, try to override it and then sip in through the nose and exhale through the mouth. And repeat as many times as you need. I can be myself and honor my vulnerability. Honor my boundaries.
Magnify the colour.
On a count of 3, we're going to take a deep inhale through the nose all together.
1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3.
3.
Inhale and hold. Gently squeeze your pelvic floor, your sphincter, and move the quality and the color along the spine into your heart, your throat, your third eye.
Hold.
And release. And come back to normal breathing. Let your breath find its own rhythm. Feel your body resting here.
Always be wise.
And notice what you are taking from this experience.
Think of one small way to honor it in your life. An honest answer When someone asks you, "Who are you?" A request for help. Letting someone know that something matters to you. Choose one step. Give myself permission to feel. I can express what matters to me. I can open at my own pace.
Whoa!
And slowly start wiggling your toes. Move your fingers.
Stretch.
Take your time. And when you're ready, you can open your beautiful eyes.
Your beautiful eyes.
You, you, you.
Beautiful eyes.
Beautiful. David, Chantal. Thank you so much for the selection of tracks, for your guidance, for your energy, your voices, for the gentleness and the kindness that you gave us all through this journey. Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, merci beaucoup. And I think I say that as well for the entire tribe. This is a moment for you all to slowly come back, gently, slowly open your eyes.
Open your eyes.
And come back and come back. Feel free as well to express how you feel right now in the chat. Maybe even use the scale that we used at the very start from 1 to 10. Have you noticed a shift in that number? And of course, I'll be the one reading it out, making sure that every single comment is Appreciated, felt. Of course, Tommy, bring that smile onto your face, my dear friend. Tommy is an app member, Somabrat app member. He comes to the Sunday Beat Togethers and he just breathes with us. He feels it. goes deep in every single journey. So thank you so much, Tommy, from the bottom of our hearts that you're here with us. Thank you. Feeling very relaxed. Brilliant facilitators. I want to stay there. Thank you for this beautiful journey. Jesus Christ, what was that? Interesting, interesting comment. I love y'all partnership and alternating the voices. All the music and instructions were great. So peaceful and, and feel supported. I was holding myself together all week, and together is in quotes. The meditation provided the opportunity to feel the anger and the sadness underneath it. So thank you from Andrea. I was an eight in the beginning, and now it's zero. I'm feeling amazing. Okay, Manisha. So the scale. So if you're an eight, maybe you mean a ten. I don't know. Maybe it's whatever you mean is perfect. Thank you for guiding us back to our hearts. Thank you. Thank you. You're so good at doing this. So beautiful and deeply connecting. I would love to share with my son and daughter this one in particular. Please, how can I have access to all of this? So remember as well, everyone, I'm just gonna add a spotlight. Remember as well that we do have the Summabrett app, and all these sessions are in the app, and they're there so you can watch the replays and feel free to whenever you feel called to do it in the morning, in the evening, in the afternoon, whatever. feels right. Because every journey, even though you participated today in the journey, you might have a completely different outcome tomorrow. You might have a completely different way of connecting with this journey. And trust me when I say the words that have been said today, tomorrow you might hear different words, you might connect to something else that David mentioned and Chantal mentioned. So a journey like this is not just, oh yeah, it's done, I've completed it. You know, no, remember, so that you can always come back to journey or go deeper in personal journeys one-on-one and retreat experiences with Chantal and David, because both of them are offering these services as well to the tribe, to whoever feels called. Invitation is there from David and Chantal. And I think they want to mention something as well about a webinar. David, is there something you want to mention about the webinar?
Yeah, we are giving a webinar in less than 1 hour, but again next Sunday. So I'm just going to put the link into the chat.
What are we doing?
Escape survival from—
Escape survival mode and reconnect with your true self.
So this is for women who are people pleasers, overwhelmed being the strong, And we just go through an artful webinar where we spoke about our journey, or what we've discovered, and what we can do about it.
I'm sorry. I'm still like, I am floating. Yeah, I know it's going to be, yeah, just sharing about our stories because we were impacted by all of that. So it's, yeah, and we'll share also the 3 secrets, what we discovered for us, what worked for us, and what we'd love to share with women that are ready for that journey.
So Thank you.
Maybe we'll see you there.
Yes, absolutely. And I love that moment as well. Because as a guide myself, I know exactly how you feel right now when you're still in this. Oh, I am also floating still. Not only the participants are coming back, but I have to also come back to my body. I'm saying reconnect to the body, I have to reconnect to my own body. Actually, Piotr is asking me a question. What? But you did so well. Thank you so much, David and Chantal. So of course, whoever feels called to, to connect with both David and Chantal, feel free to send them a message to join the webinar. By all means, it's a big yes. I just see as well, we have the links now, the free live masterclass on October 11th, which is today, of course. So in less than an hour.
Yay.
And of course, on October 18th as well, Escape Survival Mode and Reconnect with Your True Self, even if you've tried everything else. So beautiful. And people are pouring in messages with blessings and thankfulness and sharing as well that they've elevated their state. So this is just phenomenal. And of course, after such a journey, please be very mindful of what you do, how you do, be really mindful and present with yourself. And, you know, drink some water, connect with nature, don't rush, you know, journeys like this really want to feel a bit more integration. So try to be with yourself and through such a such a topic as vulnerability, you need that deeper connection to self and integration. But the fact that you're here, that you've showed up, and the fact that you're embarking on this journey of vulnerability means already that you see that the path is, is the one leading you to your whole authentic self. And vulnerability is a big part of that. So thank you so much again, David and Chantal. And I am going to share right now because Monica mentioned The links to the masterclasses, which is, by the way, we, we have, we have been having some electrical issues here throughout the whole weekend because of all the floods that were happening around my area. So the electricity keeps dropping up and down, but I'm still here, so we're not losing connection. Fingers crossed. Please stay, stay with us, stay with us all. And, and of course, this is a moment as well. If there's anyone that would like to share in just now, communication connection style. Diana, I see your hand is up. I see you. I see your beautiful smile. Does anyone that would like to share as well how they've experienced this journey, what vulnerability means to them? This is your moment to use the reaction button and just raise your hand, and we'll be happy to unmute you. And so you can share the stage with us and just share the experience, vulnerability, or how it was at the start of the journey and how you're feeling right now.
But of course, let me just add our dearest, it's time to be vulnerable, guys.
Absolutely. 100%. Diana, you're now with us on stage. I'm gonna unmute you. Accept the unmute. Diana comes to every single Sunday Breathe Together. There she is.
Hello.
Hello.
Hello.
Ciao, Chicha.
Ciao, Diana.
We love you.
Yes.
Thank you for the love you bring every time we see you.
Thank you.
Thank you so much. Thank you so much, Diana. Amazing. Thank you. Kisses and hugs from the whole community, from me, from David and Chantal, and everyone else. Thank you so, so much for being with us. Amazing. And let me just see. There's no one at the moment that has their hands up, which is totally fine. Absolutely. Be vulnerable, guys. As you heard, be vulnerable. Now, oh, actually, somebody mentions Malcolm says only for women, the masterclass. David and Chantal, your webinar, is it only for women?
I mean, it's for women, but we are inclusive. So if— I mean, this topic is for men as well, of course. Yeah, but we speak mainly to the women. But yes, I mean, are welcome.
Beautiful. Lynn, thank you. Lynn has her hand up. And then in a moment, I will share as well the incredible and amazing discount that we have for only 4 people that want to become Soma Breath facilitators. So it's like the prequel to the instructor training, and it is reduced right now. So we'll share the link in a moment. But Lynn, this is your time right now. I'm gonna add the spotlight to you and unmute you.
Welcome.
Thank you, Piotr. So good to see you, first of all. And thank you for this amazing meditation, you guys. Um, Chantal and David, you are great. You're amazing. He really brought me back to myself just now because when we started, I was very, um, yeah, I was anxious. I was not feeling well. I was having a— I had an encounter and, uh, with a situation and that really had me upset a lot. And I felt, um, I felt kind of played and betrayed. And, uh, literally earlier my, my back started to feel like As if somebody stabbed me with a knife in the back, and I kind of like have pains there now, and they gotten better now. And I'm just you know, yes, I'm just back to myself. And this is what I love about soma breath so much that whenever I do this, I am able to actually actively and consciously connect with myself again. And it was so good to. You know, to really pay attention and and you know become aware of my feelings and what was going on with me actually. You know what I mean? And where this was coming from, and that this situation that was appearing kind of like was showing me something that's probably much deeper rooted than the situation itself, and that there's more work to do for me. So I'm I'm actually welcoming it. So I'm not as. As upset as I was, thanks to that. Um, and yeah, I'm so looking forward to, um, your workshop because that's another thing that I totally kind of like put in a drawer when it comes to the people pleasing and, you know, just being codependent with people. It's, it's, yeah, it's kind of the story of my life, and I know there's a lot of people that have That experience. So I'm looking forward to that, and I'm really, really interested to see what's going to happen there as well. So thank you so much for doing what you do and being the example.
Thank you. I feel you on the people pleaser side.
Yeah, absolutely. But I'm getting better, thank God. Thanks to this.
In recovery.
Yes, I'm a recovering.
Amazing. Thank you so much, Lynn. Thank you so much for sharing your light and being vulnerable as well. You know, it takes a lot of courage to be here and to express what you just said. So on behalf of everyone, people pleasers, family pleasers, I thank you. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and everyone else as well, because it is so true. So we celebrate you. And we will see you at next Sunday Be Together. And of course, you're going to be at the workshop as well with David and Chantal. We have Damien now. Damien, I'm going to add the spotlight to you as well. Here we go.
Hey, thank you for that. I started off frustrated because I was trying to get my headphones to work through my— like, I have a little setup here. I just couldn't figure out how to get to work. And I was like, I was like, just, it's okay, it's okay. And then I was just like, let, let the frustration come. It's, it's okay. I can still be, be in this space and stuff like that. And then that just kind of was layering on the overall, I think, frustration of just, you know, I had to quit my job recently. And I'm, I'm a breath facilitator and stuff like that. And then the fear that I have carried around success, and I'm very good at a lot of things. I can pick up things very quickly, you know. And I just sat down with one of my friends recently and just kind of looked at my life plan and realized like I was just piling a lot on my plate to distract myself, because then then I could be like, well, I can't get there. You know, I got this going on. I get this going on. I get this going on. It kind of like like put these barriers up for myself, and I just kind of came just had this moment of release where I was just kind of crying and realizing like I can do this, and I can be present with myself, and I can honor myself, and I have the courage to step fully and truly into the person that I want to. be, which is a Soma breath instructor. And because it's been transformative for me in my journey, and, and kind of shed myself of that, that, that fear of success.
Thank you, Damien.
Beautiful for sharing that, you know, it's what I call, and what I am sometimes, the busy bee, that we were able to do many things to learn to to achieve things, but not necessarily the thing that makes us thrive.
Yeah.
And I can completely recognize this. And it's ups and downs, it's experience. And be aware is the first step, and then it's really, Damien, to act on it. And, you know, you You are there, do the work. And each time I say when there is a setback, that's okay, you know, that's okay.
That's— we—
there is a new day and, and we can go and, and be vulnerable.
One step forward, one step back.
Exactly. Beautiful.
Yeah.
And some— something you mentioned that I didn't really highlight is, is the procrastination or the busy bee that we hide behind things because we have the fear of success or the fear of failure. Procrastination is the mechanism behind it. Yeah, beautiful. Thank you for your sharing.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much, Damien. We appreciate you. Thank you very much. I'm about to share as well the link to YouTube because people on YouTube have been asking as well, how can join the webinar. So in this moment, as I'll be sharing to our YouTube subscribers the link to Davision Econ's webinar and Chantal's— Stephanie, I see your hand is up. I'm gonna unmute you now as well. Share the stage with us.
Hi everyone, um, thank you so much for this beautiful session. Uh, I found that like I really got brought to the present moment I find myself thinking about the past a lot and ruminating and replaying moments, like conversations or certain experiences or just things from my past. And then I feel certain emotions like fear or frustration or sadness. And I feel like going through this, like the breathwork and the meditation, it brought me back to like really get out of my head and like connect to my body. And I started feeling like things were happening like in my right hip, or like I felt like my right hip activated. And I just felt more activation in my body. And I've been practicing, like, really getting out of my head and operating more and trusting my body more and, like, dropping into my heart space and, like, just surrendering. And so I feel like I was really able to be in the now. And I love the dancing in the beginning too. That was amazing. I love dancing. I love, like, moving my body. And just before, I would be, like, worried about, like, what people thought about, like, when I was dancing. Like, how do I look like? But now it's— I've learned to just, like, really enjoy, enjoy the movements, enjoy how my body's moving, and just, like, just enjoy just being in the moment. So I really enjoy the dance in the beginning. Yeah, and I'm just thankful, you know, for this session today. I just want to say thank you. I'm inspired to— I'm a health and fitness coach and life coach as well, and I've been inspired to want to, like, bring breathwork into my practice too. So it was nice to experience this. So thank you.
Thank you, Stephanie.
Thank you. The body is the map.
Oh, yes.
Thank you so much, Stephanie, for sharing. And absolutely, yes. I myself, as a strength coach and sports scientist, knowing how to breathe in workouts and movement and helping people to actually remember how to breathe, it's just such a success story that if you can implement then the mind-body energy, and David knows that as well. He's also— we always train together at retreats. If we do instructor training retreats, we do jumping jacks with knowing how to breathe, okay? Or squat jumps knowing how to breathe. And it's so powerful. So Stephanie, by all means, yes, welcome to the tribe. And we're so grateful that you were here with us today. Thank you so much.
Thank you.
Thank you so much. And this is also a moment where I'm gonna share, um, and I think Monica right now can share the link, um, to the incredible offer that we have So this is the time as well where we want to say thank you to every single person that decided to join us. Let me just hold on, Sonny. Another YouTube has received the webinar as well, by the way, David and Chantal, because people on YouTube were asking about it. And of course, because the Zoom chat is not linked to the YouTube chat, I made sure that they know where to go and how to sign up and where to be. So it's all done. But this is a perfect moment as well where we always like to say Thank you for anyone that decided to join our Sunday Breathe Together today. You had the absolute pleasure to be with Chantal and David. All the replays and all these sessions are in the Soma Breath app. If you don't have the app yet, you're really missing out. And mental health is impacted through your physical well-being and breathwork as well. So remember that as well. It's all part of the bigger journey. And of course, because you all know that we, Chantal, can say incredible and amazing things and reviews about soma breath, and I can also, as always, give My highest praise about to soma bread, about soma bread and to soma bread because it has truly changed and helped me be more vulnerable, authentic, loving and kind towards myself so that that has a ripple effect on the external. But there is a video that I want to share, and this video will give you other people around the world that will give their testimony, testimony to soma bread. We've been studied by Cambridge University. Some incredible facilitators and therapists around the world are using Soma Breath. So if you feel called to stay and watch the video with us, you can. If not, and you feel like, you know what, I've seen the video, I thank this journey, this journey has ended for me, we thank you as well for your time to spend that time during a Sunday Breathe together with us. And of course, we will see you either in the app during the week Or next week for the Sunday Breathe Together at the same time, 12 PM Eastern time. Put this in the calendar, share the links. And right now, are we ready to watch the video? Let's watch the video. Yes, let's watch the video. Let's take a couple of breaths. Grab some water, a glass of juice, or anything you feel called to. Drink right now, and let me just start playing this incredible video. Okidoki.
The breathwork modality I do is Soma breathwork. I have no affiliation with Soma, but Soma breathwork by Niraj Naik—he's based in Ibiza. That's really cool because they infuse incredible music with it. And the best alternative for the impact that you get from plant medicine today is breathwork.
Right.
Breathwork is crazy powerful. Meditation is intentional. Breathwork, you don't know what's going to happen. When you go into an altered state with breathwork, you get some of the same results as being on psilocybin. In fact, Cambridge University is doing a study on Soma breathwork right now, and they're seeing that it's beginning to produce some of the similar chemicals in the brain as Wow. But in a much safer way.
1 or 2 times a month, I slip down into my sauna, I lay flat on my back, and I do an hour of what is called Soma breathwork. I learned it from a man named the Renegade Pharmacist. This morning's session was very powerful. All of these sessions are the deepest I ever go into consciousness, light, love, and wisdom from God. in a completely drug-free type of situation. This is all based on using your breath to go very, very deep.
I'm a licensed psychologist and I'm board-certified in neurofeedback, which is basically monitoring brainwave activity. I came across your stuff and I was like, okay, this is awesome. Is there something consistent in the brain that looks similar to what's happening with psychedelics? Really wanted to look at a specific part of the brain called the default mode network. Yeah, and the default mode network is getting a lot of attention right now because what we understand its role to be, it's really kind of that the network in your brain that is creating your sense of who you are. It's kind of your— you can think of it almost as your ego, the brain's version of the ego. We're finding more and more that if somebody has a significant mental health concern, usually there's There's some issues with the default mode network, which makes sense. If you're thinking too much about yourself or how you relate to other people or to the world, probably going to make you anxious or depressed or both. And what's interesting, of course, is that with psychedelics, uh, that whole region basically goes offline. Uh, it shuts off. And so—
Wow.
The way that a person normally thinks about themselves is basically interrupted. We kind of took that initial analysis of What was happening with the Soma breathwork and looked specifically at the default mode, what we saw was a pattern that looks remarkably like what we see with the traditional psychedelics. There's other research showing that if somebody has a mystical experience on or off of a psychedelic, that is much more likely to have lasting effects, be more life-changing in a positive way. And again, we saw that pattern here with Soma, where the people in this experiment reported higher levels than with psilocybin or MDMA. The fact that we're getting these results in this situation is, I think, super significant.
What?
Yes.
20 minutes of psilocybin was equivalent to the usage of psilocybin to treat depression.
Severe depression.
Severe depression. Now, psilocybin, I know, in studies is 300% more effective than antidepressants.
So, there you go.
So, this is pretty freaking phenomenal. This is a great—
alternative to psychedelics. So what we've just done is the biggest study on breathwork, like with this technique, this psychedelic technique, with Cambridge University. Okay, this is my Soma Breath Protocol, right? Where step by step over, uh, 21 days— it's actually the same protocol we have in Breathwork for Life, uh, the Quest— is, um, step by step taking you to create the soma within. The soma within is a dose of— it literally stands for dose, D-O-S-E— dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins, and a cocktail of tryptamines.
What did Cambridge find about Soma?
What they found with our protocol was that as the dose increases over the 4-week period, they found a strong correlation that is in line with traditional psychedelics, Right? And they also found that the blissfulness in our protocol is very, very clear. So not all psychedelics make you feel blissed out, like, ah, like just like orgasmic or blissed out, right? Some make you feel a little bit sick sometimes, right? Or troubled and nervous, even anxious. But with our technique, it made people go into bliss.
November of 2018. I was formally diagnosed with FSH muscular dystrophy. In May, I flew to Spain to see my grandson for the first time, 3-month-old baby. And well, my state of health was such that to hold the baby, I had to sit down and they had to put him on my arms. I couldn't stand up with the baby on my arms because I would have fallen. Then my son told me about the 21-day of a summer breath experience I did. almost the whole 21 days. And by November of 2019, I was back in Spain visiting my grandson again. And this time, I had no problem of picking, picking up my grandson. And my son was so amazed. He said, what happened? What did they change? I said, well, it has to be the sauna breath, because this is the only different things that I have done. And 30 days later, amazingly, I was recovering some of my movements. I was able to walk barefoot, something that I couldn't done in years. I decided to go back into swimming and I could swim. When I went to the test, the doctor came to me and he said, well, You're not supposed to improve with this. Uh, your muscles are not supposed to improve with this condition, but you're improving. So keep on doing what you're doing.
In 2021, I had a terrible breakdown. I've always been a very positive, motivated, and happy person, but after living many bad situations at the same time, I just couldn't handle it. And I suffered from anxiety, depression, and insomnia. I even started Taking anxiolytics and sleeping pills. Then one day somebody sent me a Soma Breath meditation and I liked it very much. So I booked for the 21 Awakening Journey. I can't describe all the positive changes because I didn't believe in magic, but believe me, it was magic. I started to feel alive again. I started to have clarity in my life. I stopped taking pills and the best of all, I started to sleep well.
I am no longer on medication for asthma since I started Soma Breath and I was somebody who was hospitalized twice a year. And my fiancé, I've been asking him to participate and he is now getting taken off of blood pressure medication. So it definitely worked. I started using my medication less to the point where I haven't used medication. I haven't been hospitalized for 4 years. I suffered quite badly with epilepsy. And only after I started breathing, I realized that we shouldn't be breathing like this. I haven't had a seizure for about 2 years now. So I've come off my medication, but I just wanted to share how breathwork and everything you've taught has literally saved my life. When I did meet you, I was taking approximately, I think about 9 pills a day. I take 2 now.
I had as a child, um, uh, a drowning trauma. So I was always struggling with fear, but didn't know it because you don't know it on the depth of your heart. But then came COVID and I realized that, you know, COVID was all about breathing and all these kind of stuff and many things going on. And I realized, oh, my own breath is not really in harmony. And it was actually exactly one year ago I started the 21 days. I did it. And since then I didn't give up to do the practice daily. Because it is such a transformative tool. And during that time too, I had like strong emotions. And what is the beauty about Soma Breath is that you tune into a rhythm, into a routine where you can solve difficult emotions with ease.
I was literally gone at some point and I was seeing like all refractals and geometric patterns. I could feel myself becoming one, and I like lost track of my body, but I was like completely present. And then once that happened, I was, I was gone. The clarity was incredible.
And when you do actually reach that space, connectedness is just overwhelming, that you just have such a positive feeling all around you.
You know, it's not just you, you kind of feel it all around you. I can barely talk because I'm so calm. Well, apparently I held my breath 3 minutes something, 3 minutes 30, and the music's just there. And I was in the space. I was in my spirit, if that makes sense.
In particular, being a physician, I'm really interested in the science. And so my wife and I have been searching the world with some of the top facilitators and instructors. We ended up discovering Niraj and Soma. Niraj really understands the science and thousands of years of not just the spirituality, but the technology that these yogis have utilized. And we're just beginning to reclaim this ancient old technology, these ways of reclaiming health, vitality, mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally.
So this is Marisa Peer and I'm here in Ibiza with my friend Niraj who does breathwork.
So you're training people now to be breathwork practitioners.
You're doing very, very well. It's a great name, by the way, Soma Breath.
I love that.
Thank you. Thank you. So Soma Breath is really like— I used to be a pharmacist.
You're also a great friend of Wim Hof, weren't you?
Yeah, yeah. And I, I did a lot of work with Wim Hof and the Oda. I produced the soundtracks and things like that. But, but Soma Breath really is like my antidote to the pharmacy, pharmaceuticals.
Yeah.
Because I believe that we have all the medications we need. Already sat better.
Yeah.
And the breath is the doorway, so we put it in them. So I wanted to make a really good education that will train not just medical professionals, but therapists and yoga teachers and, and anyone really, any, anybody who's interested to really learn how the body works and how quickly you can take control of the inner, inner pharmacy with just simple breathing techniques.
Yeah.
Now the thing with these practices is they can be a little bit boring, right? So And they can get monotonous. So to make it more sticky and more fun and engaging to do, because I need to do this for myself. I actually healed myself from a chronic illness when the medications didn't work. But I also knew that I need to do these things every day. And to make them more enjoyable, I put the music to it.
Yeah, to make it fun.
The music makes it way more enjoyable and also has another dimension. Music is a therapy too.
Yeah, of course.
So, so we made this amazing system of Soma Breath, which is music-based, breath-based transformational tools, modalities. And we train, um, our breath pharmacists, you know, our Soma Breath instructors and transformation coaches to deliver protocols to help people in various ways. Yeah, so it's like the new pharmacy.
The new pharmacy, I like that. Well, congratulations.
Then one day I get this email. And this email is from a cousin of mine, and I read it. I'm like, oh my God! He's also got ulcerative colitis, and he's reaching out for help. And I'm like, I can actually help him. When I had when I was a pharmacist, I don't think I could have helped this guy, but now I can actually save him. So I wrote this whole essay. Send it off. And I'm like waiting. Day goes past, 2 days go past, nothing. I'm like, what? Why is he not getting back to me? Then I found out that he had died of the side effects of the pill that I almost went on. And I was like, holy crap. How many other people are dying now of this medication unnecessarily? And that's when I found my new mission, my new purpose. And I knew that I can heal people. I can save people from the fate that my cousin had unfortunately gone down. And that's exactly what I did. I put science, evidence. I made these practices fun, exciting, enjoyable. I turned breathwork into something that people really would look forward to doing. I even got Cambridge University to do the biggest breathwork study to date on my methodology. But that's not what I'm here to tell you. What I'm here to tell you is that if you know anyone who's suffering right now, maybe you're suffering right now, then You can turn things around, and it could be as simple as taking a breath.
And here is the secret sauce: Soma Breaths Breathe In Beats music technology. It takes the things we know are good for us— meditation, breathwork, yoga, exercise— and turns them from routines you have to try to stick to into You'll get into routines that stick to you because the music makes them fun. Every session features collaborations with world-class DJs and musicians produced in-house in Ibiza's top studios. Here's the part most people don't know. Niraj can't be everywhere, so for the past 10 years, he's been training others to guide this work. Today, more than 1,000 trainers More than 3,500 certified Soma Breath instructors teach in almost every major city on Earth. Coaches, yoga teachers, therapists, nurses— some left careers that were quietly draining them, others simply added breathwork to the practice they already had. If you work in wellness, you know the 4 struggles nobody warns you about: standing out in a crowded market, never enough referrals, not being able to charge what you're worth, and techniques that work too slowly to keep clients coming back. The Soma Breath Certification was built to solve all 4. It's a step-by-step pathway from facilitator guiding your first session with ready-made music journeys all the way to transformational coach. Accredited training, trauma-informed from day one, a license to use the Breathing in Beats music in your own sessions, one-on-one mentorship, and business training to turn your passion into a living, with instructors charging anywhere from $200 to $1,000 per session. But don't take our word for it.
Lisa was working in senior leadership in I have worked in education for the last 10 years, and I am a senior leader in education in Dubai currently, uh, doing my last few weeks of my notice period. And because I have left, um, this career behind and to step fully into being a Soma Breath instructor and to help others, uh, just how it's helped me. The minute I started studying it, I knew that I was going to be leaving my job and doing this full-time. It was that again, that aha moment, like, this is for me, I've found it, yay! And I have moved pretty quickly with things as I started my training, um, in March 2025 and did it, did my Level 1 in 1 month with lots of hard study and focus and commitment, and, and then got there and started teaching straight away and had a really, um, positive start. And then I decided to take a month off and study my advanced training in the summer, and then have been really working towards building and building over the last few months. And by getting into different yoga studios, doing my own community sessions on the beach, and having some private clients and doing retreat events So it's been building, building alongside my current job, till I got to the point where I felt, okay, I'm ready now to break free and to go full-time into it.
And she's just one voice in a community of thousands.
So before I found SOMA and became a SOMA instructor, I was very much in the corporate world. High stress, long hours, very successful financially, but also a lot of drinking and partying just to ease the stress and the pain. So I decided to move to Thailand, quit my corporate job, sold my company, and I started training in holistic health. And after training in so many other modalities, I found Soma Breath. And Soma Breath absolutely changed my life. My career and what I do for a living is a Soma instructor. I am a full-time facilitator and trainer.
Where I began was actually about 7 years ago. I was working in a job in the US that I really had no passion for, and I was working myself to a complete— a state of complete burnout where I could barely get out of bed. I felt like I was going through the motions of life rather than actually living, and I knew there was something more. I said, there has to be something more than this. I feel like I'm surviving and I want to feel like I'm thriving. I did this instructor training Studying for Soma Breath has been one of the most life-changing experiences of my life, and it's also really surreal to be here in this position of guiding other people to become instructors because becoming an instructor within my own life has completely transformed my life, my path.
Before I started Soma Breath, I was actually in the corporate business. Having quite an overwhelmed, burned-out lifestyle with a lot of anxiety, you know, feeling lonely in crowds and not really knowing why I'm here, what I'm supposed to create. It was actually a pretty dark moment, and I decided that I'm going to shift this, and I tried a brief together Sunday session. So I experienced that, and that was like, wow, I've never ever felt like this in my life, just literally breathing and listening to this incredible music. And there I was, quit the corporate. Life is never the same since then. I do something I love doing every single single day, what makes my heart sing on a Monday morning. And getting paid for it is also incredible. So you witness transformation daily and you call it your job. I think that's a good life.
So my breath was love on my first breath. I just loved it right away. I was in really bad shape. My mom had a stroke. She still has. She's I'm paralyzed. I went from a Type A career person to a full-time caregiver. Couldn't breathe, hyperventilating, um, like it was really horrible PTSD. Soma Breath actually healed my PTSD in 5 weeks. Guys, I couldn't get any call from a doctor or the Cancer Society because, you know, I had to do— still have to do some searches, like, you know, some, some tests. I would just Panic freeze. Oh my gosh, I'm going to die, I'm going to do this. Like, my mind would just go really in the bad spot. Now I just got a call the other day for a, for a checkup, and I was completely fine. And, uh, I finished my Level 1. I'm now instructing 4 workshops in one of the best yoga studios in town.
Because before, I used to just be in a, a full-time 9-to-5 job, and it didn't feel like it was really serving me. And I felt like again, I was just living a life that I didn't really want to live. So one thing that Soma has given me as well is the ability to really work for myself. So for the last 4 years, I have been a devotee to this work. And, you know, money wasn't the driver for me for a long time. But through the dedication to the work and through having people just coming to me through word of mouth because of the transformations others had experienced, I have literally expanded my own business in the space of 4 years to the point that I've been selling out my own retreats in less than 48 hours when they are promoted.
Hi, I'm Dina Barada from Morocco, and I'm a Level 1 Suma Breath instructor as well as a yoga teacher. It has changed my life, changed the way I approach life, the way I breathe. Read, obviously, but it has also changed my career. But for me as well, I've, I've been able to, to grow my career, to grow my practice, my offerings, and to increase my income in a that I would have never considered before. And in such a short period of time, I was able to get a return on investment after only 8 months of leading sessions.
My name is Rebecca, and I came here to learn Breathwork myself. I was pretty new, so I came to learn for myself, to dive deep within, but then also to learn to share this with the world. Without hesitation, I'd recommend it to every single person. Even I'm pretty new to breathwork as well, so even if you know you haven't haven't been doing it for too long, I would still really really really recommend it.
So before summer break. I was a teacher in public schools, and I did that for around 15 years, and there seemed to be things missing in my life. Like, I didn't feel satisfied anymore. I didn't feel I was at the right place anymore. So here I am, I'm an instructor, a Level 1 instructor, and I took time off from school at that time to start my home And I have a little awakening center and there's a little boutique in it. When I look back at all this, really, soma breath has transformed me and continues to do so every day. What is really nice with that is that I also help a lot of people who just want to feel better in their life, like me.
So here's what to do next. If you're ready to elevate your wellness practice, and transform lives through breathwork, book a free vision and flow call with a Soma breath specialist. It's 30 minutes on Zoom, and it may be the most clarifying 30 minutes your practice has ever had. Your specialist will listen to your goals and challenges. They'll show you why your current methods may not be producing the results you want, and they'll walk you through the Breathing in Beats method so you can see Exactly how it would fit your practice, and if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you. No pressure, just a powerful personal conversation. You'll know on the call. If you have something that could potentially save someone's life and give them meaning and purpose along the way, it would be a disservice to humanity not to do. everything possible to get it to as many people as you can. And no one can do that alone. That's why he trains teachers. Healed people heal people. Awakened people awaken people. Imagine a future where hospitals have breathwork rooms and not just pharmacies. That future is not built by one man. It's built by thousands of instructors. Maybe by you. Imagine a year from now, your clients getting better, faster, longer-lasting results, new clients arriving by referral, and you waking up knowing you're doing what you were meant to do. It starts with one call. Tap below and book your Vision and Flow call. The world needs people who can teach it to breathe.
