One thing that I really recommend for all of you right now is to have headphones or earbuds to really get very deep in today's session. Okay, it's much better to have earbuds or headphones because I have the pleasure to introduce my brother, my business partner, my soulmate in the world. You know that I know that a lot of you already, um, have been looking at us together, working together. We do retreats all over the world together, and, um, there's no any— I mean, every day I have a conversation with this person, like, even like, hi, even that short moment of the day that we know that we are connected in some way. Right? He is a master transformational coach, huge, huge important speaker. He's been in the most incredible important stage in the world like Mindvalley. He is just an incredible person. He's been also a survivor. I want to— I want him to talk about that, of life. And he is just The best, and I love him, him so, so, so, so, so, so much. And I'm very, very happy to introduce Piotr Cipel today for you guys that I'm sure you're going to enjoy so much with him today. So let's bring Piotr here. Yeah, everyone again, hearts, please click hearts. A lot of hearts for Piotr. Welcome to the room.
Thank you.
My beautiful friend, the stage is yours. And welcome to, to the Sunday session.
Can I just take a moment? After all these incredible compliments, honest truth, of course, it was just the truth. You said all the truth. But can I just take a moment right now? Because it's so important to receive. And I also want to honestly I was looking at the chat as well, because obviously, if you know me and Claudia, we're both hosting the Sunday Beat together, so you can guide, but you still have the host way of looking at the chat. And I just want to shout out to Leighton and so many of you that were helping people out where to find replays in the app. So I just want to say thank you so much, because the live section is there, and then if you go into certain sections, you can find the replays to all the sessions that we have in the app. And I myself have had the privilege to host, guide the Friday Breathe Together and the Monday Breathe Together last week. Thank you so much everyone for joining us today during the Sunday Breathe Together and for allowing me to be your host and for sharing all your hearts. Like, I'm receiving it. I am, I am blushing. Somebody said Piotr is blushing. Absolutely, I am. Just to do a very short introduction, and then we're going to do a little bit of dance release and coming into the body rather than being in the mind, because I know as well how important it is to release stories, thoughts of the previous day, maybe this morning, wherever you are in the time zone. You might have come to the session with already a bit of a baggage of tension, stress, thoughts. Stories, and today's theme is all about rewriting your inner story. But I'm going to introduce that in a moment. But let me first just say, not only my name is Piotr JPL, not only am I a Somabrit Master Transformational Coach, creator of Mindful Fitness, MI Fit Coach, I have the absolute privilege to be speaking at different conferences. Next week I am in Sardinia in Italy. If anyone is in Sardinia in Italy, please let me know because I'll be there for five days. Talking about the human side to AI. And I'm so excited because it's time to reclaim our time and our energy in the age of AI. I'm all about AI, but knowing as well that as human beings, we have to tap or step back into simplicity of being human, that emotional connection. So if anyone is in Sardinia at the Adomo conference, uh, please let me know. I'll be delighted to, to be there with you to give you a hug so we can meet in person. But Claudia mentioned as well something that obviously I am picking up what she said, that I am a survivor, and we are in October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. So I just want to shout out to everyone that is scared, might live in fear, has been diagnosed, has gone through it, or knows someone. So just let's take a moment right now altogether. to send a couple of healing breaths. And we have the power, we truly have that. If you believe it, we truly have that power to send a couple of healing breaths to anyone going through breast cancer or any cancer, really, because I myself can call myself now a cancer warrior. After 16 chemotherapies and being diagnosed in 2012, I really value life. And I value health. And I value the community, and I value the breath. So for a moment right now, you can close your eyes if it feels safe to do so. This was not this was not scripted, but let's just do this because I feel like really called to do it, especially during this month. So when you close your eyes, just imagine you're breathing in all the love and all the healing to either yourself, your family member, your friends, or just the general person that might be going through. Cancer, the diagnosis, interventions, chemotherapy, radiotherapy. Let's take a few breaths in through the nose and let's release through the mouth. Sigh it out. Another breath. Sigh it out.
One more breath.
Breathe in, and now hold the breath. Squeeze, tense the body, activate the pelvic floor muscles. Allow the life force energy to move through you so you can connect to every person around this globe dealing with something that they should not be dealing with. And release. Let it all out. And just say thank you to the breath, and thank you to this moment. Thank you for acknowledging that we have so many illnesses, so many diagnoses that people are meeting when they should not be meeting these horrible moments. And I myself, as a cancer warrior, I know how challenging it is when you are sitting in front of the doctor and he says the word cancer. So hoping that the more we do breathwork, the more we do movement, the more we are tapping into our nervous system, we can release the tension, release the stress. The body keeps the score, but release as well anything that does not belong in our healthy bodies. So thank you all so much for taking that moment because it's so important to, um, to be together in moments like this. We're also very soon going to be entering another day, World Mental Health Day. And again, October, November, December, for some of you when you're in this— I'm in Europe, I'm in Spain. So the days will be getting darker, colder. So how are you preparing yourself? How are you preparing your energy? How are you preparing yourself for these moments of, of the darker temperature or the darker nights, mornings? it will have an impact on your mental well-being. So what— however you use the tools, and breathwork, Soma Breath is exactly that. But you can use these tools. And that's why that app that we're mentioning is just— it is a godsend. I'm using this all the time. I'm doing— if I'm not at a live session, I'm doing the replay. So, you know, if you can, please join the app and see as well how incredible our facilitators are, and incredible beings are sharing their breath with everyone else. Okay.
Ah.
Righty-o. So what we're gonna do now, again, we want to really step into a bit of an elevated state from this moment that we've just met ourselves, met the energy, met the breath. So let's all stand up if you can stand up. We're gonna be dancing for a bit. We're gonna be dancing for a bit. And this is gonna be a free flow. I'm not gonna be talking through this. I want you to really just connect to the body and connect to the sounds, the music. It is, of course, by Niraj. It is a beautiful way to be in the body, not in the mind, not in yesterday, not in tomorrow, not in, not in your thoughts. Okay, so I'm gonna just allow myself to just release. If you have to, if you have to be seated, stay seated, just move your body, shrug your shoulders. I think you need to close your eyes. Or not. Hopefully Claudia or Monica will be tagging you along as we're going to be moving together. Okay, are we all ready? Yes, yes we are. Yes we are. Yes we are. Okay, let's do this together, team. We got this. Here we go. And of course, breathe in through the nose and out Through the mouth. However your body wants to move. And as the music slows down, I want you to slow down as well. Be part of this track. Leaving the worries behind, stress behind, welcoming yourself arriving right now, right here in the body to this session. Breathe. Life force. Life force. Yes, Stacy. Yes, Tracy.
Bring the love vibration. You ready to go all out?
All out, full on. Here we go.
Yes.
You guys are a gift. Few more breaths, few more dance moves, few more shakes. Yes, slow down, slow down. Respect the body. Listen to the body. Slow down. Don't rush the body. Slow down. There's no more music, but we needed this remembering as often as possible that the mind creates stories, brings you into maybe a romanticized or a fearful story of yours. You can always come back to the body. Be in the body, train how to be in the body so you can start rewriting thoughts and stories. But if you stay still on a chair, in bed, and you allow the mind to race at night, in the morning, overwhelm, possibility of bringing in something that the mind has just created, which is not true. So remember, as often as possible, come back into the body. The body holds the wisdom of even releasing, shaking it all out. And now we can gently come back. You can find yourself in a seated position. I hope you all enjoyed this moment of reconnection and remembering.
Thank you.
Amazing.
Thank you. Thank you for all the hearts.
Amazing.
And I hope as well everyone that was here, that is here brand new, is facing the unexpected, right? Because in this session, and I'll tell you now how we're going to be breathing, the contraindications for the breath holding. So don't you worry. And of course, in the music itself, I will be guiding a meditation and then the breath rhythm pattern. So you hear the counts, so you're in a safe container. And if you allow yourself to really experience and to be, that's good enough. Especially for a theme like today, I chose that subject because rewriting your inner story is so important. And I myself have faced so many chapters that I didn't choose. Who else here has gone through chapters that you did not pick? You were like, these are chapters that were not meant to be, or were not supposed to be. All of the supposed meant to be— I'm using these words very consciously as well, and I'll tell you in a moment why. So a lot of the chapters, they might be, they might have happened. But what I have learned, and what I really try to embody, and then bring as well to my mentorship clients, coaching clients, is that you, you can, you always have the power to rewrite perception, the projection, and the way that story— whatever has happened has happened. But whatever we're taking now, how we can flip the switch, because how often do we say things like, I can't do this? But what if you can? I'm not going to achieve success. Or what if you can? And what if you will?
To have more fun.
Claudia, are you— you're muted. You're unmuted. Yeah. Thank you, Claudia. Thank you so much. I needed that bit of a— what's going on? Who's talking? Who's talking in the background?
It's okay.
So it's so important to know that all those stories and things, situations have happened. We have the pen. And right now, I'm going to introduce what we're going to be doing with this pen and how we're going to be reading in a moment. Grab a pen.
Grab a pen.
If you can grab a pen.
Grab—
perfect.
Tracy has a pen. Grab a pen. And if you don't, you're going to visualize a pen. If you can't find a pen right now, you may be in the car, not driving, but, you know, pulled to the side. Not by someone, not, not by police. I'm just like realizing what I'm saying. Just basically decided to find a car park and do this session. But find a pen, and then in a moment I'll, I'll bring it through a bit of a meditation. Very important how it will mean so much, especially in the breathwork experience. So let me introduce to you today's session. We're going to be— and how we're going to be breathing. We're going to be breathing in through the nose. And out through the mouth using our diaphragm, trying to get that air in. And you can use this, do this already now with us. Breathe in through the nose, diaphragm, belly rises, then bring that air into your chest. You don't need paper. Sorry, Daniel, you don't need paper. The pen is enough. Thank you for asking. So breathe in through the nose, belly, chest, and breathe out through the mouth. And then soften the belly, soften the body. I like this to be more of an experience of the body, the breath, and then the mind. Initially, we'll start creating thoughts, overproducing. But what we want to do today is to go into the body, into the body, into the breath, into the breath, into the body, into the body. And every time the mind hijacks your attention, bring yourself back into the breath and the rhythm and the music and allow the mind then to calm, quiet down. And it will, it truly will. So breathing into the nose, diaphragm, chest, Out through the mouth, exhale. Soft, smooth, connecting each inhale with each exhale. After a while, I'll tell you all to take deeper breaths. It doesn't mean big breaths, just deepen the relationship with the breath. And again, it takes practice. So don't try to force what does that actually mean. You'll find the depth of a soft breath. Couple of minutes of this rhythmical breathing into the nose and out through the mouth, conscious and consciously connecting each single inhale with each single exhale, no pausing in between.
Because life is just a series of inhales and exhales.
Who knows who said that?
Life is just a series of inhales and exhales, which is so true.
I keep reminding myself that every single day.
Dear Niraj.
And after that few minutes, we're going to be taking breath, we're going to be going through our breath holes. You're going to be taking a full breath in, hold the breath in, and then fully out. Drop the air, all of it out. Empty, empty, empty. Relaxing the body, coming to a standstill. No breath. You can be either seated or lying down for the session, but I would prefer you to be seated if you can. And if you're seated, you're going to bring your chin down to your chest. Relax and go deeper. Jalandhara bandha, neck lock, throat lock. I'm gonna hold for as long as you possibly can. If you meet that first urge to breathe, you can bypass it. You can. But then finally, what will happen is the body will be twitching, and that will be the body's urge to breathe. In that moment, you can take a sip of air, and then fully back out again. See what I've just done? Sip of air, unlock. Pull it back down and hold for just a few more moments. Because these few more moments can bring you into the depth of stories, can bring into the depth of the subconscious mind, where a lot of rewiring, reprogramming can be done. It's like a hypnotherapy state. And after a while, when we can't hold any longer, I will tell us all to take a full breath in, all of it in. Hold it in, squeeze and tense the body, activate your pelvic floor muscles, and feeling that rush of energy, that life force moving through you from the pelvic floor up through your body, your spine, up and up and up, up and up and up, spine, energy channels. And then you're going to release and come back to your own breath. Thank you so much, Mary. You're acknowledging the very clear instructions. Thank you. So just to quickly recap this rhythmical breathing part, into the nose and out through the mouth. You can as well, with each single inhale, if you feel called to do so, it is a bit advanced, but each single inhalation, you can take, you can squeeze gently the pelvic floor as well. So inhale, squeeze, exhale, release. Inhale, squeeze, exhale, release. Okay, that's in the rhythmical breathing part. And after, we're going to go through our breath holds. Breathe fully in. Fully out. Hold for as long as you can. If you can't hold any longer, sip of air. Fully out again. Hold again until I'll do that magical count. 3, 2, 1. Breathe fully in. Hold. Squeeze the pelvic floor. Tense the body. And then relax.
Release. Come back to your own breath.
And this will last for 3 rounds. Every single round is a 4-4. The last 4-4 is a faster 4-4. So in for 4 and out for 4. Okay, any questions? Love hearts are pouring in. Such great vibes. Yes, Dina. Absolutely amazing. Okay, fab, fab, fab. Talking too fast. It's the excitement. But do you need, do you need any explanation, David? Was there anything that was not clear? I'll be very happy to go over something. Okay. The pen.
The pen.
I was faster than you, Brenda. What's with the pen? Take the pen right now and just look at the pen. There'll be no music right now. Just you, your breath. And just look at that pen. Hold the pen. Whether you're right-handed, left-handed, hold the pen. Look at it. Start taking a few breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Keep looking at the pen. This is not just the pen. This represents authorship of your life. And now you can either hold the pen or put it down. I'm going to hold it. And I want you to close your eyes. Close your eyes right now. And keep breathing. You're in the body. We're trying to get answers from the body, not the mind. As you keep breathing, you're holding the pen firmly, then relax the firm grip. And when I ask, you can answer loudly or internally, who has been holding your pen? Don't judge, don't blame, don't shame. Maybe it has been you all along, or maybe it was your parents. And maybe there's a chapter that your ex might have written, or society, maybe a health scare. So who has been holding your pen? And then just release the answer. And when I ask, have you always been writing your own story? Have you always been writing your own story? In this session, we need to be honest, truthful, authentic with ourselves. And when I asked, did somebody else write a sentence about you that you eventually started believing? What would you say to that? Maybe you can't do this. You won't succeed. That's just a dream. That will never be your reality. Who do you think you are? Remember, you have your breath into the nose and out through the mouth softly.
As you keep breathing, Let me just say out loud, maybe someone else wrote a few pages, but they don't get to write the rest of the book. Breathe that in. Breathe it out.
As you keep Breathing softly, smoothly, having your eyes closed. Remember that our inner narrative can influence our expectation, what we notice, the opportunities we pursue or we don't pursue, the boundaries And how we interpret setbacks, and how we speak to ourselves, what we believe is possible, and what we believe it's not possible.
Without opening your eyes, just.
If you have the pen still in your hands, put it down.
The pen will have more meaning throughout the breathwork experience. Connect to your own breath. Connect to your body, moving gently your body, being present in the body. And as you stay with that soft breath right now, I want you to be reminded gently that the rhythmical breathing part is safe to do for everyone. So feel the safety in the rhythm with the breath. But if you have Had recent surgery, epilepsy, pregnancy, a pacemaker, high blood pressure, or recent heart attack, please do not do the breath hold and just come back to your own breath or just focus on the rhythm. Rhythmical breathing is safe to do. It's safe to pick up that pen. It is safe to write and rewrite the stories, listening to your body, listening. To the stories, which stories of your past are impacting you, not allowing you to move forward? Move forward, stopping you, blocking you. And if there's a story that comes to mind, just see it, knowing that that chapter is written. But right now, today, you will be changing.
The perception.
The narrative. It is time to feel empowered. It is time to use the breath for our first round as a reminder of coming back to yourself, to the breath, not to the story. The first round is your remembering. Of how to breathe, how to be in the body, how to deepen the connection to yourself. And if that story of the past is present right now, you feel it. Let's breathe through that story so that we can transmute the energy of that story and start writing with the pen. You're the author. Let's breathe together.
2.
Whenever you're ready, join the breath.
In, 2, 3, 4.
Do not force the breath. Become softer with the breath.
2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4.
The rhythm of life. Inhale through the nose, use the diaphragm. Breathe out through the mouth. Exhale, release.
In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3.
First, we trust the rhythm.
2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3.
If the mind wanders, bring yourself back to the rhythm.
1, 2, 3, 4. Go. 2, 3.
If the mind wanders, if thoughts, stories arise, come back to the breath and the rhythm and the body. Be patient with where the breath will lead today. Trust the music. Invite my voice as your guide.
4, out.
And just breathe.
3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. 3, 4, go.
It's allowing this breathwork to be the bridge.
2, 3, 4, go.
Between stories that you didn't write.
1, 2, 3, 4.
To a story where you're changing the narrative.
3, 4, in.
So you have the power, you have the pen.
That's it. Keep breathing. That's good.
With the breath, you're creating enough space to notice an old story.
4.
Feel the relationship to it.
4. 1, 2, 3.
And consciously practice another possibility.
4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. 1, 2, 3, 4.
How would you look back at some of the stories? Empowering?
Loving?
With more compassion?
In, 2, 3.
We can't change what happened, but we can change the narrative.
In, 2, 3.
So be the warrior.
In, 2, 3.
Be the fighter. Be the love.
In, 2, 3.
The compassion for self.
In, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4.
Final rounds before the breath hold. I have the pen. I am writing. How will I perceive? What will be the narrative?
Now breathe fully in, hold it in, and breathe fully out, all of it out, fully out, fully out, all of it out, and hold.
Bring your chin down to your chest if you're seated. Relax your shoulders. You're in the body. In this moment, what feelings, sensations are being brought to the surface? What stories of the past are not serving you in the present and for the future? Hold for as long as you can.
You can't hold any longer, bypass.
And if you truly can't hold any longer, you can take a sip of air, a booster breath. Now fully back out again, but keep holding. What sentence about yourself are you tired of repeating?
Be honest.
Truthful.
I am behind. I'm too old. I'm not good enough. I always fail. I have to be validated. I can't change. I can't change. And in a moment, all together, we're going to take a full breath in on my count. Or if you can hold for just a little bit longer, trust what the breath wants to do. In 3, in 2, in 1, breathe fully in. Hold it in.
Squeeze the pelvic floor muscles, tense gently the body, and feel that energy moving through you, filtering out any stories, the narrative that isn't supporting you, your highest version of you. Hold tense, and now release. Let it all out, fully out, and just be with your own breath.
Be the witness to the inhale and the exhale. We are not forcing positive thoughts on top of difficult experiences. We are consciously practicing another possibility narrative. And all the thoughts that are not supporting, ask yourself right now, is it a fact that I'm not enough, that I'm too late? That I can't change? Is it a fact? Or has it simply become familiar?
Be with the honest answer.
Because truthfully, in the next round, we will change the narrative and make the new narrative familiar.
3, 4, out, 2.
Whenever you can, join the rhythm.
In, 2, 3, 4.
What if I succeed? Keep breathing. Inhale through the nose, gently squeeze the pelvic floor, release and exhale through the mouth. What if the love of my life is around the corner? What if the greatest years are in front of me, not behind? What if I can use my age As the age of wisdom—
In, 2, 3.
Experience.
Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3.
What if my journey so far—
In, 2, 3.
Is allowing me to be the voice—
Out, 2, 3.
For those that are hurt.
Struggle.
And what if I can empower them? What if I fully trust that I am here to live a life of joy? Abandon the need. What if I'll meet my greatest friends tomorrow? And what if I finally say to myself, I am enough? I am enough.
I am enough.
I am enough. Your breath matters. Your pattern matters. Your rhythm reconnects you to bridge the conscious and subconscious, to wire new beliefs, new thoughts, new narratives. Allow the body to hold on. To the highest possible feelings, thoughts about yourself. Releasing the old beliefs. You have the pen to be the author.
In, 2, 3, 4, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4, out, 2, 3, 4. And if you look into the future, in, 2, 3, 4, out, 2, 3, 4.
And say honestly to yourself, I don't know what will happen, but I trust myself to try. To allow stories to change the way we meet experiences. Few more cycles before the breath holds. Deepen the breath.
3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3.
That's it, you're doing phenomenal. Keep breathing, trusting that the breath holds the painful and rides the next story.
Now breathe fully in, hold it in, and breathe fully out.
Drop it all out, fully out, and hold. Surrender.
Bring your chin down to your chest.
Relax your shoulders. The body of wisdom, allow it to speak to you, through you right now. What would you write if you weren't required to repeat yesterday's story tomorrow? What would you write? What if there is more? More love you haven't experienced? More laughter? More places?
Friendships?
More opportunities? More creativity?
More courage?
If you have to, you can take a sip of air and then fully breathe out again, trusting the depth. What if there are more versions of myself that I can own, that I can write? This blank page, this next chapter, my book is not finished. Whoever I was allowed to write the chapters in the past. I let that be. And now I own and I give myself permission to write fully as me, embracing the version of me. In just a moment, we're going to breathe. Breathing fully in on my count in three, two, one.
Breathe fully in. Hold it in. Squeeze tense the pelvic floor muscles.
What are your next pages, chapters, versions? Don't believe in the old. narrative that you can't. Believe in the new narrative that you can.
And now breathe it fully out, all of it out.
Witness your breath. About to breathe for Our 3rd and final round, a faster 4/4.
Engage the body with each breath. You got this.
That's it, keep breathing. Imagine that the people you're about to meet will be your best friends. You'll be bonded through friendships, relationships. You haven't experienced every moment that will make you grateful to be alive.
Not yet.
Breathe. Engage.
Release, relax.
Imagine that there are chapters you cannot even see unfolding yet from where you're standing today. Chapters of miracles. Possibilities.
Keep breathing.
Keep taking that in.
I am the author.
I hold the pen.
That's it.
Can you go a little bit deeper? Deeper the breath, engage the body.
1, 2, 3, 4. In, out.
In, out.
In, out.
That's it, keep breathing. Feeling empowered. Holding the pen, even reclaiming the pen. As you're allowed to change, you're allowed to begin again. You're not behind, and there's still so much time. And I'll use that precious time to write stories, my stories. That's it, keep breathing. Keep enjoying, trusting.
Now breathe fully in. Hold the breath in. Squeeze and tense the body. Tense, activate the entire body right now. Pelvic floor tense, squeeze.
You cannot change the pages already written, but you're reclaiming the pen. You're holding the pen.
And now release the breath fully out, all of it out.
And hold.
Fully out and hold. As you keep holding, staying here for as long as you can, remember, your life is your story, your book, filled with chapters, filled with blank pages. The wisdom of the past brought you to this point in time, and now you're reclaiming yourself. If you can see that blank Page and see you holding that pen.
What are you writing?
Imagine yourself writing, holding the breath or taking a sip of air. Write, my dear friends, write. Uplifting thoughts, stories, empowering. I can, I will. Yes, yes, of course, yes. You have to take another sip of air, then fully back out again.
And what What are you writing?
About yourself, about your friendships, your relationships, about your life, your business, your future. Be bold, be abundant. And in a moment, we're going to be taking a full breath in all together. In 3, in 2, in 1, breathe fully in.
Hold.
Hold the breath in. Activate the pelvic floor muscles. Feel how your body is rising with the energy. Bring your head up. Bring it up and be proud of the journey so far. And be proud of holding the pen. Be bold and brave. Life force moves through you. And now release. Let it all out. Release. Surrender the breath. Be with your own breath. And keep writing. What would you choose to write?
Choose to write because you are enough.
You can do it all. You can have it all. The limits and perceptions of society, let them go. They're tiring. You're an individual, unique being that has come to this planet to experience life on your terms. So be devoted to your journey. To your chapter, your book, to your pen, having compassion and forgiveness to the previous version of self. Give love to yourself. If you would have known better, you'd have done better. But today you've reclaimed the pen, and you're excited about that page that you're about to write, and you keep writing. Stay here for a few more moments. You can either keep writing or keep thanking yourself for taking this journey. Reclaiming the pen, knowing that from tomorrow onwards, as you wake up, you'll be able to write your story the way you want to write it. Take a breath in and release the breath. Slowly come back to your own body, wiggling your fingers. Your toes, moving your shoulders. And when you're ready, open your eyes and look at that pen. This is your pen. You're never gonna give that pen away. You're gonna hold on to that pen. It is time for you to fully embrace the journey and write. Write your story. Slowly come back and feel into this moment right now. Don't rush, just slowly come back. Keep looking at that pen, keep holding that pen, keep smiling. Remembering the power that you have. So often we have handed over our power. We have forgotten. We haven't done this intentionally. It just happened and it became familiar. But right now, familiarity is you holding the pen, you writing, you celebrating.
And as often as possible, as you're going to be maybe tripping, facing obstacles, challenges on your path, you'll still know that this is your path, your path.
And you will trust that the journey ahead, the people you'll meet, the breathworks you'll do, the retreats you'll come to, the communities you visit will be beautifully part of your embrace and your empowerment. Thank you all so much for this incredible experience for me to guide you, because that's— that was for me an experience as well. It's an experience for me to be able to guide you and be with the energy of the tribe. So I celebrate you all.
Never give up.
Keep holding the pen.
Stay with the pen.
And you are magnificent, and you can have it all, and you can do it all. So live this life fully.
My name was Piotr Ciepiel, Soma Breath Master, your friend, your guide.

Hi, everyone.
Thanks.
Hi, Claudia.
Thank you. I have the worst time saying your name, but I mean it. I mean it to be correct. I love the pen analogy. And fear had the pen. Fear was writing the chapters, writing the chapters. And then as we went through the journey, those books got closed and they got put on the shelves and a brand new Book opened with nothing written, and Joy took the pen, and then Joy began to write, and it was just like, oh, what a relief that fear doesn't have the pen anymore. So I really love today. Thanks so much.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate it.
There's another beautiful analogy actually about the bookshelf which has helped me so much.
And I'm so grateful that you actually brought this up, because we so often want to throw away a book or just, you know, just ignore it, that it didn't happen.
But a book doesn't have to own you, you can have a bookshelf of books. And the book that suddenly becomes less of an impactful fear-based book can be actually kept in the back of the bookshelf. And just once in a while, that dust, you might kind of remember. I remember a year ago when I was so fearful, and I remember the fear that I felt about doing this project, meeting that person, going on my first date after a divorce, going through my health. Like, it's just so— and then that book just becomes a reminder, but it doesn't hold you in its chapters, in its covers. And then that book can be just— it can stay on the shelf. It can just keep on being covered with dust, but you have now the power to just create new books and chapters.
And I'm so grateful that joy is in the driving seat right now.
Thank you, Adele, so much.
Thank you, Niraj, again. Um, we have Wanda as well. Hello, Wanda. You need to unmute.
There we go.
Yeah.
Yes, thank you. I wanted to say thank you. I really needed this. And as the lady before me said, um, fear was holding the pen. I was recently— I haven't been feeling well, and I've been going to the doctors, and we couldn't figure out what's going on. And I was going through menopause and all the different changes and realized I had a heart attack. And I— we just discovered that I had a heart attack and I lost 30% of my heart function. So fear has really been holding me back. I just found this out Friday. And so the last couple of days, I haven't been able to sleep. I've been worried. I've been in— I am so glad because something said, go back to breathing, go back to breathing. And I would listen to my stuff and I just needed this so much. So I just wanted to say thank you. I just really needed this. That was it.
That's me hugging you right now. That's me hugging you right now. Thank you so much, Wanda, for For that share. Because I do believe once you share as well, once you speak out loud the heaviness of it, it becomes lighter in your body. You're not holding on to it. Quite often we feel like we have to be fearful over even the fear. So it's like fear has not only the— I like this analogy about, you know, the steering wheel in a car, fear drives it. But then we fear so much of actually admitting to the fear. And that was me as well when I was going through chemotherapies. I initially thought at the very start of it— and again, there's never a comparison because everyone's journey is filled with stories and traumas and experiences— but I, I still remember at the very start when I thought, I'm not gonna speak out loud about cancer because I don't wanna— I don't want people to be afraid. So I remember even my first wellbeing experience as a corporate coach, and some people in the organization knew about the cancer and diagnosis and my journey. And I never said anything in that 1 hour of me talking about burnout, stress, and, and suddenly towards the very end, I was like, thank you very much, everyone.
Goodbye.
Bye.
And the people came to me, I was like, why haven't you said anything? There's, there's people here that are going through something that you went through. and they needed your voice to give them a bit more empowerment, a bit more encouragement, because we quite often— and this, you know, I think I'm relating to what you, what you said as well, in that sense that we feel so alone in the— in not only the heaviness, but in the enormousness of it. Like, I mean, heart attack, finding out about it, like, you know, so— I'm so grateful. That's why I said I'm so grateful that you said it out loud, that you spoke about it, right? Because Actually, this is another big pandemic these days where people, when they go through a heart attack, they don't even know that they went through it. They find out by accident somewhere on the path when they do some scans. And I have friends myself like this that they just never knew. They just, they were like, what are the symptoms? So Wanda, thank you. And I'm glad that the breath brought you here. I'm glad that, you know, I could see you. I feel you like the energy, I can feel it. And I'm going to be thinking about you tonight. I'm going to be thinking about you, and I'm going to be sending you a lot of healing energy because you deserve to have it all, all the health in the world. Thank you so much, Wanda. Stay blessed.
Thank you, Wanda.
Thank you.
Thank you for that beautiful sharing. And we have Donna.
Hello, everyone.
Um, the previous 2 people just kind of opening up my throat chakra, and I feel like that's what the others are doing too.
Love it.
Thank y'all so much. Appreciate it.
Thank you, Donna. Thank you for being here and sharing as well.
Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you, Donna, so much. I appreciate that so much. If I may, just Claudia, really quickly, I am going to just share, if anyone wants to go deeper in journeys with me in regards to even having a call with me, like this is— there's no obligation, right? I'm not trying to now Get get you into it's a sales call. It's not a sales call, but quite often throughout journeys like this, when you meet me for the first time, you might also feel very connected. You might feel like actually I trust the voice. I trust the guidance. I I can see how we can work on health, on on facing life challenges, right? So I'm just going to share in the chat my Linktree. I'm under Mifit underscore coach. Also on Instagram under my full name on LinkedIn. But in the Linktree, I have. The different mentorships, the call, the booking calendar, even three audio tracks for you to download so you can have me on repeat. And of course, as Claudia mentioned, our retreats as well. So if I may just really quickly because I know I'm obviously very much on time, and then Claudia, I'm going to hand over to you. Just this is exactly how this is the link tree. So you know you can literally go into Am I Fit Coach? Götçe Pil, and then you can apply for the mentorships, life challenges, business strategy, health relationships, book a call, 3 audio tracks for your nervous system. And then we have the different Cyprus, Nice retreats in person, etc., etc. And plenty of gifts as well, just freebies on my YouTube as well, breathworks and movement. Just wanted to share that as well because quite often after a call like this, people ask me, well, how can I find you?
Where—
what's going on? So this is me basically in a nutshell. And that's— I just wanted to really share that with you.
I hope you all don't mind.
And if anyone feels called and connected and wants to explore, you know, trust me, explore what this would look like. Because some of you on this call are already my mentees and coming to retreats. So I'm really blessed to have you in my life. But if anyone wants to explore, just send me a text, send me a text, book a call, and we're going to make it happen.
We have Kathy as well here that I think that she wants to say something.
Yes, Kathy.
Hi, thank you so much. Um, I'll probably cry, um, because I wasn't planning on connecting on this call today. I don't even know why. Um, I was just drawn to actually like join the call. It wasn't even like part on my agenda. So I had a lot of like emotional release, and I really appreciate where you brought me on this journey and talking about, you know, the stories from our past and, and rewriting my story or writing a new story from this point on. Because I feel like so much of what you said resonated that I felt like I've been living my life And making choices or not making choices based on other people's fears that they were instilling in me. They weren't even mine. And and so, for instance, like I've got some people here in South Carolina that I recently connected with, and they are doing a retreat in India in March. And so I was just on an info call with them last night, and then I was chatting with my mom and. And told her about it, and and immediately it was like fear, fear. Oh, you shouldn't be traveling to India right now. Oh, that's so dangerous.
Da da.
And I was just like always, always. I'm just you know I I allowed other people's fears to guide my choices, and I'm just really feeling I I just just your words today just really you know helped me be in that place of like. This is my journey. This is my life. This is a new chapter of my life that I want to write based on my choices, not being influenced by anybody else. So thank you.
Thank you so much for saying that and for sharing that. Thank you. Thank you so much.
I feel like today I want to— I watched that movie. I'm sure everyone knows, like Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts. I've watched it like a million times and I've like I want to do that. I want to like live that life or whatever. And so, you know, part of me is like, I'm just going to hang up the call and like send the deposit in for the retreat. And I'm sure, you know, my mom and a million other people will say, you know, whatever, bad choice, don't do it. And it's funny. And I'll just, I'll be real quick because I know it's— We've gone over too, but I recently put a deposit down on a townhouse and it's a new build and they haven't started construction yet.
And I was literally like lying here.
on the floor saying, not that I hope this with the business, but I'm like, I want the business to actually go belly up and I want to get my deposit back and I want to keep that money and I want to be able to travel instead of like taking the money that I have in the bank and investing it in real estate.
Mm-hmm.
I want to just like take that money and just, you know, have experiences, I guess. So thank you again.
Well, welcome to 101 on manifestation. You literally manifested, you know, let's just say I want that money back. And look what's happening now. Fear is stopping you from actually the manifestation of traveling, right, of experiencing life fully, you know. And the truth is, I, in all my calls or whatever, I never say to anyone, let go of fear, because it's like saying, Like, it just doesn't— that's not— we have to work with fear. So I always invite fear to the table because the fear is trying to tell me something. There's a next— there's a reason why there is fear. And once you become curious about the fear, you start seeing fear. And something that, as I said with Wanda as well, the enorm— the enormous thing about fear, something shrinks. It shrinks and becomes a teddy bear of fear. And suddenly you can look at that fear like, you know what, I can handle that teddy bear. Okay, what? And every time, because I'm— I still have fear, I still have doubts. But I know as well that if you can— what you've— what you said as well, if you can, when something like this happens, like fear happens, once you pause, you notice, you're honest with yourself, I have that fear. Okay, that fear comes from— yeah, like, I don't know how India will be.
And that's okay.
Like, it might be the greatest adventure of my life, but I'm gonna make the most out of that time because it's gonna be my time. And I'm not saying as well, you know, just to be totally clear, that every decision you'll make will be, yes, I made the right choice. Yeah, no.
Of course.
You know, but, but you'll own your decisions. You know, you'll have that ownership of like, you know what, I did, I did that because I felt it. And maybe it didn't work out. But that's okay. I can look at it again, change my perception of it. It already happened. And today I'm looking from a different version of me through it. Because this is where we so often get stuck as well, where we try to look at life through our knowledge of life as we are now. So we judge our 20-year-old self based on our 40-year-old self now. We're like, if only I would have known before. And that's not how it works. Because as Maya Angelou said, if you would have known better, you would have done better. So, you know, so even that releasing that and being like, you know what, I'm just gonna go with that flow. And experience life and write the chapters. So have that pen, Kathy, have that pen and keep writing. And India sounds amazing. Keep let it let us know how it was.
Thank you.
Thank you, Kathy. Thank you.
Okay, so last words before we go, Piotr.
Be.
Really kind to yourself after a session like this and in general in life, because we really do quite often our mind try to attack ourselves because we didn't do this, we haven't done this, we listened to our parents, we listened to our friends, we did, you know, be kinder to yourself. And honestly, every single day, and put this as a little like morning routine, before you get out of bed, before you take that leg out of bed, Not only just connect to your breath, but also choose. And I say this very consciously, just say out loud, today, I, Wanda, I, Tracy, I, Donna, whatever your name is, say out loud your name, subconscious listens, and it will act for you.
Right?
This is the power that we have. It's a hypnotherapy way of using language. I, your name, I choose to be kinder to myself, go out, send one proposal, go on that date, whatever, like, so just be very intentional about it. So, you know, when you have that intention, and you're kind to yourself, you'll see how everything will start opening up for you. Like the world really starts seeing different lenses, different ways of viewing the world. Wow, I don't have to have these, you know, like a horse, you know, with the blinders, actually, I can take them off, and I can see the world. in a totally different perspective. And that's beautiful. And of course, after today, drink water, keep journaling if you can. Also, you know, have some nice nourishing food. Try not to rush after such a session. Just be very kind and just acknowledge everything that has happened through the session. So yeah, thank you all so much for being here. Part of my life now.
Part of my life.
Thank you, Niraj, for the beautiful session as always. And I want to invite everyone here, just in case you want to get deeper in what Summer Breath is. I'm going to play a video in a few minutes, a few seconds, if you want to stay. If you're a newbie, if this makes you feel butterflies, if maybe you are thinking on, wow, this should be something I should be exploring about, maybe you want to book a call with our sales team to see if this life is for you. If you're just, you know, feeling that calling and you want to have more insights, I'm going to play a video right away that you can see a lot of people talking about Soma Breath and also testimonials of our students. But also want to remind you, please be part of the Soma Breath app if you want to see the replays. Actually, tomorrow we have another session with Julia, and on Friday you will have Piotr as well. And in the middle of the week, on Wednesday, we have this mastermind with Niraj. that I invite you all to be part of. It's a free registration. And in that mastermind, it's about talking about, you know, how you can change your careers doing Soma Breath. But for now, I want to invite everyone who is okay and ready to go, please just go. And I'm going to play the video now for you guys who want to get more insights and more details about the science as well. It's a beautiful video that you are going to really understand better everything about the Soma Breath.
world.
Okay, so again, thank you, Piotr, and thank you for everyone who, uh, were with us today in the session. And let me just go to, um, share with you guys now this beautiful video, and then at the end of the video we can just say goodbye to everyone. Okay, here we go.
The breathwork modality I do is Soma Breathwork. I have no affiliation with Soma, but Soma Breathwork by Niraj Naik, he's based in Ibiza. That's really cool because they infuse incredible music with it. And the best alternative for the impact that you get from plant medicine today is breathwork.
Right.
Breathwork is crazy powerful. Meditation is intentional. Breathwork, you don't know what's going to happen. When you go into an altered state with breathwork, you get some of the same results as being on psilocybin. In fact, Cambridge University is doing a study on Soma breathwork right now, and they're seeing that it's beginning to produce some of the similar chemicals in the brain as Wow. But in a much safer way.
One or 2 times a month, I slip down into my sauna, I lay flat on my back, and I do an hour of what is called Soma breathwork. I learned it from a man named the Renegade Pharmacist. This morning's session was very powerful. All of these sessions are the deepest I ever go into consciousness, light, love, and wisdom from God. in a completely drug-free type of situation. This is all based on using your breath to go very, very deep.
I'm a licensed psychologist and I've been— I'm board-certified in neurofeedback, which is basically monitoring brainwave activity. I came across your stuff and I was like, okay, this is awesome. Is there something consistent in the brain that looks similar to what's happening with Psychedelics, really wanted to look at a specific part of the brain called the default mode network. Yeah, and the default mode network is getting a lot of attention right now because what we understand its role to be, it's really kind of that— the network in your brain that is creating your sense of who you are.
Mm-hmm.
It's kind of your— you can think of it almost as your ego, the brain's version of the ego. We're finding more and more that if somebody has a significant mental health concern, usually Basically, there's some issues with the default mode network, which makes sense. If you're thinking too much about yourself or how you relate to other people or to the world, probably going to make you anxious or depressed or both. And what's interesting, of course, is that with psychedelics, uh, that whole region basically goes offline. Uh, it shuts off. And so the way that a person normally thinks about themselves is basically interrupted.
Wow.
We kind of took that initial analogy. When we did an analysis of what was happening with the Soma breathwork and looked specifically at the default mode, what we saw was a pattern that looks remarkably like what we see with the traditional psychedelics. There's other research showing that if somebody has a mystical experience on or off of a psychedelic, that is much more likely to have lasting effects, be more life-changing in a positive way. And again, we saw that pattern here with Soma, where the people in this experiment reported Reported higher levels than with psilocybin or MDMA. You know, the fact that we're getting these results in this situation is, I think, is super significant.
What?
Yes.
20 minutes of psilocybin was equivalent to the usage of psilocybin to treat depression?
Severe depression.
Severe depression. Now, psilocybin, I know, uh, in studies is 300% more effective than antidepressants.
So there you go.
So this is pretty freaking phenomenal.
This is a great alternative to psychedelics. So what we've just done is the biggest study on breathwork, like with this technique, this psychedelic technique, with Cambridge University. Okay, this is my Soma Breath Protocol, right? Where step by step over, uh, 21 days— it's actually the same protocol we have in Breathwork for Life, uh, the Quest— is, um, step by step taking you to create the soma within. The soma within is a dose of— it literally stands for DOSE, D-O-S-E, dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins, and a cocktail of tryptamines.
What did Cambridge find about Soma?
What they found with our protocol was that as the dose increases over the 4-week period, they found a strong correlation that is in line with traditional psychedelics. And they also found that The blissfulness in our protocol is very, very clear. So not all psychedelics make you feel blissed out, like, ah, like just like orgasmic or blissed out, right? Some make you feel a little bit sick sometimes, right? Or troubled and nervous, even anxious. But with our technique, it made people go into bliss.
November of 2018, I was formally Diagnosed with FSH muscular dystrophy. In May, I flew to Spain to see my grandson for the first time, three-month-old baby. And well, my state of health was such that to hold the baby, I had to sit down and they had to put him on my arms. I couldn't stand up with a baby on my arms because I would have fallen. Then my son told me to about the 21 day of summer breath experience. I did almost. the whole 21 days. And by November of 2019, I was back in Spain visiting my grandson again. And this time I had no problem picking, picking up my grandson. And my son was so amazed. He said, what happened? What did they change? I said, well, it has to be the sauna breath because this is the only different thing that I have done. And 30 days later, amazingly, I was recovering some of my movements. I was able to walk barefoot, something that I couldn't have done in years. I decided to go back into swimming and I could swim. When I went to the test, the doctor came to me and he said, well, you're not supposed to improve with this. Uh, your muscles are not supposed to improve with this condition, but you're improving. So keep on doing what you're doing.
In 2021, I had a terrible breakdown. I've always been a very positive, motivated, and happy person, but after living many bad situations at the same time, I just couldn't handle it. And I suffered from anxiety, depression, and insomnia. I even started taking anxiolytics and sleeping pills. Then one day somebody sent me a Soma Breath meditation and I liked it very much. So I booked For the 21 awakening journey, I can't describe all the positive changes because I didn't believe in magic. But believe me, it was magic. I started to feel alive again. I started to have clarity in my life. I stopped taking pills, and the best of all, I started to sleep well.
I am no longer on medication for asthma since I started Soma Breath, and I was somebody who was hospitalized twice a year. And my fiancé, I've been asking him to participate, and he is now getting taken off of blood. pressure medication. So it definitely worked. I started using my medication less to the point where I haven't used medication. I haven't been hospitalized for 4 years.
I suffered quite badly with epilepsy. And only after I started breathing, I realized that we shouldn't be breathing like this.
I haven't had a seizure for about 2 years now.
So I've come off my medication, but I just wanted to share how breathwork and everything you've taught has literally saved my life. When I did meet you, I was taking approximately, I think about 9 pills a day. I take 2 now.
I had as a child a drowning trauma. So I was always struggling with fear, but didn't know it because you don't know it on the depth of your heart. But then came COVID and I realized it, you know, COVID was all about breathing and all these kinds of stuff and many things going on. And I realized, oh, oh, my own breath is not really, really in harmony. And it was actually exactly one year ago I started the 21 days. I did it, and since then I didn't give up to do the practice daily because it is such a transformative tool. During that time too, I had like strong emotions. And what is the beauty about Soma Breath Is that you tune into a rhythm, into a routine where you can solve difficult emotions with ease.
I was literally gone at some point, and I was seeing like all these refractals and geometric patterns. I could feel myself becoming one, and I like lost track of my body, but I was like completely present. And then once that happened, I was I was gone.
The clarity was incredible.
And when you do actually reach that space, connectedness is just overwhelming, that you just have such a positive feeling all around you. You know, it's not just you, you kind of feel it all around. I can barely talk because I'm so calm. Well, apparently I held my breath 3 minutes something.
30.
3 minutes 30 seconds.
3 minutes 30, and the music's just there. And I was in the space. I was in my spirit, if that makes sense.
In particular, being a physician, I'm really interested in the science. And so my wife and I have been searching the world with some of the top facilitators and instructors. We ended up discovering Niraj and Soma. Niraj really understands the science and thousands of years of not just the spirituality, but the technology that these yogis have utilized. And we're just beginning to reclaim this ancient old technology, these ways of reclaiming health, vitality, mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally.
So this is Marisa Peer, and I'm here in Ibiza with my friend Niraj, who does breathwork. So you're training people now to be breathwork practitioners. You're doing very, very well.
It's a great name, by the way, Soma Breath. I love that.
Oh, thank you. Thank you. So Soma Breath is really like, I used to be a pharmacist.
You're also a great friend of Wim Hof, weren't you? Yeah.
Yeah.
And I did a lot of work with Wim Hof in the early days.
I produced the soundtrack of different—
and things like that. But, but Soma Breath really is like my antidote to the pharmacy, pharmaceuticals.
Yeah.
Because I believe that we have all the medications we need already sat there.
Yeah.
And the breath is the doorway so we can get them. So I wanted to make a really good education that will train not just medical professionals, but therapists and yoga teachers and, and anyone really, any, anybody who's interested. to really learn how the body works and how quickly you can take control of the inner pharmacy with just simple breathing techniques.
Yeah.
Now, the thing with these practices is they can be a little bit boring, right? So, and they can get monotonous. So to make it more sticky and more fun and engaging to do, because I need to do this for myself, I actually healed myself from a chronic illness when the medications didn't work. But I also knew that I need to do these things every day. To make it more enjoyable, I put the music to it.
Yeah, to make it fun.
The music makes it way more enjoyable and also has another dimension. Music is a therapy too.
Yeah, of course.
So, so we made this amazing system of Soma Breath, which is music-based, breath-based transformational tools, modalities. And we train, um, uh, our breath pharmacists, you know, our Soma Breath instructors and transformation coaches to deliver protocols to help people in various ways. Yeah, so it's like the new pharmacy.
The new pharmacy, I like that. Well, congratulations.
And then one day I get this email, and this email is from a cousin of mine, and I read it, I'm like, oh my God, he's also got ulcerative colitis, and he's reaching out for help. And I'm like, I can actually help him. When I had— when I was a pharmacist, I don't think I could have helped this guy, but now I can actually save him. So I wrote this whole essay, sent it off, and I'm like waiting. A day goes past, 2 days go past, nothing. I'm like, what? Why is he not getting back to me? Then I found out that he had died of the side effects of the pill that I almost went on. And I was like, holy crap, how many other people are dying now of this medication unnecessarily? And that's when I found my new mission, my new purpose. And I knew that I can heal people. I can save people from the fate that my cousin had unfortunately gone down. And that's exactly what I did. I put science, evidence. I made these practices fun, exciting, enjoyable. I turned breathwork into something that people really would look forward to doing. I even got Cambridge University to do the biggest breathwork studies to date on my methodology. But that's not what I'm here to tell you. What I'm here to tell you is that if you know anyone who's suffering right now, maybe you're suffering right now, then you can turn things around. And it could be as simple as taking a breath.
And here is the secret sauce. Soma Breaths Breathe In Beats. Music technology. It takes the things we know are good for us— meditation, breathwork, yoga, exercise— and turns them from routines you have to try to stick to into routines that stick to you because the music makes them fun. Every session features collaborations with world-class DJs and musicians produced in-house in Ibiza's top studios. Here's the part Most people don't know. Niraj can't be everywhere, so for the past ten years, he's been training others to guide this work. Today, more than three and a half thousand certified Soma breath instructors teach in almost every major city on Earth: coaches, yoga teachers, therapists, nurses, some. Left careers that were quietly draining them. Others simply added breathwork to the practice they already had. If you work in wellness, you know the 4 struggles nobody warns you about: standing out in a crowded market, never enough referrals, not being able to charge what you're worth, and techniques that work too slowly to keep clients coming back. The Soma Breath Certification was built to solve all four. It's a step-by-step pathway from facilitator guiding your first session with ready-made music journeys all the way to transformational coach. Accredited training, trauma informed from day one. A license to use the breathing in beats music in your own sessions. One-on-one mentorship and business training to turn your passion into a living. With instructors charging anywhere from $200 to $1,000 per session. But don't take our word for it. Lisa was working in senior leadership in education when she found Soma Breath.
I have worked in education for the last 10 years, and I'm a senior leader in education in Dubai currently, uh, doing my last few weeks of my notice period. And because I'm have left this career behind and to step fully into being a Soma Breath instructor and to help others just how it's helped me. The minute I started studying it, I knew that I was going to be leaving my job and doing this full-time. It was that again, that aha moment, like, this is for me, I've found it, yay! And I have moved pretty quickly with things as I started my training and In March 2025 and did it, did my Level 1 in 1 month with lots of hard study and focus and commitment. And then got out there and started teaching straight away and had a really positive start. And then I decided to take a month off and study my advanced training in the summer. And then I've been really working towards building and building over the last few months and by getting into different yoga studios, doing my own community sessions on the beach and having some private clients and doing retreat events. So it's been building, building alongside my current job, that's till I got to the point where I felt, okay, I'm ready now to break free and to go full-time into it.
And she's just one voice in a community So before I found Soma and became a Soma instructor, I was very much in the corporate world. High stress, long hours, very successful financially, but also a lot of drinking and partying just to ease the stress and the pain. So I decided to move to Thailand, quit my corporate job, sold my company, and I started training in holistic health. And after training in so many other modalities, I found Soma Breath, and Soma Breath absolutely changed my life. My career and what I do for a living is a Soma instructor. I am a full-time facilitator and trainer.
Where I began was actually about 7 years ago. I was working in a job in the US that I really had no passion for, and I was working myself to a complete— a state of complete burnout where I could barely get out of bed. I felt like I was going through the motions of Rather than actually living. And I knew there was something more. I said, there has to be something more than this. I feel like I'm surviving and I want to feel like I'm thriving. Guiding this instructor training for Soma Breath has been one of the most life-changing experiences of my life, and it's also really surreal to be here in this position of guiding other people to become instructors, because becoming an instructor with in my own life has completely transformed my life, my path.
Before I started Summer Breath, I was actually in the corporate business, having quite an overwhelmed, burnout lifestyle, with a lot of anxiety, you know, feeling lonely in crowds and not really knowing why I'm here, what I'm supposed to create. It was actually a pretty dark moment, and I decided that I'm going to shift this, and I tried a Breathe Together Sunday session. So I experienced that, and that was like, wow, I've never ever felt like this in my life, just literally breathing and listening to this incredible music. And there I was, quit the corporate. Life is never the same since then. I do something I love doing every single day, what makes my heart sing on a Monday morning, and getting paid for it is also incredible. So you witness transformation daily and you call it your job. I think that's That's a good lie.
Soma Breath was love on my first breath.
I just loved it right away.
I was in really bad shape. My mom had a stroke. She still has. She's paralyzed. I went from a Type A career person to a full-time caregiver. Couldn't breathe, hyperventilating. Like, it was really horrible PTSD. Soma Breath actually healed my PTSD in 5 weeks. Guys, I couldn't get any call from a doctor or the Cancer Society because, you know, I had to do— still have to do some searches, like, you know, some, some tests. I would just panic freeze. Oh my gosh, I'm gonna die, I'm gonna do this. Like, my mind would just go really in the bad spot. Now I just got a call the other day for a, for a checkup, and I was completely fine. And I finished my level 1. I'm now 4 workshops in one of the best yoga studios in town.
Because before, I used to just be in a full-time 9-to-5 job, and it didn't feel like it was really serving me. And I felt like, again, I was just living a life that I didn't really want to live. So one thing that Soma has given me as well is the ability to really work for myself. So for the last 4 years, I have been a devotee to this work. And, you know, money wasn't the driver for me for a long time. But through the dedication to the work and through having people just coming to me through word of mouth because of the transformations others had experienced, I have literally expanded my own business in the space of 4 years to the point that I've been selling out my own retreats in less than 48 hours when they are promoted.
Hi, I'm Dina Barada from Morocco, and I'm a Level 1 Soma Breath instructor as well as a yoga teacher. It has changed my life, changed the way I approach life, the way I breathe, obviously. But it has also changed my career. But for me as well, I've been able to grow my career, to grow my practice, my offerings, and to increase my income in a way that I would have never considered before. And in such a short period of time, I was able to get a return on investment after only 8 months. of leading sessions.
My name is Rebecca, and I came here to learn breathwork myself. I was pretty new, so I came to learn for myself, to dive deep within, but then also to learn to share this with the world. Without hesitation, I'd recommend it to every single person. Even I'm pretty new to breathwork as well. So even if, you know, you haven't, haven't been doing it for too long, I would still really, really, really recommend it.
So before Summer Bread, I was a teacher in public schools and I did that for around 15 years. And there seems to be things missing in my life. Like I didn't feel satisfied anymore. I didn't feel I was at the right place anymore. So here I am, I'm an instructor, a Level 1 instructor, and I took time off from school at that time to start my home business. And I have a little awakening center and there's a little boutique in it. When I look back at all this, really, Summer Breath has transformed me and continues to do so every day. What is really nice with that is that I also help a lot of people who just want to feel better in their life, like me.
