So when it comes to distraction, how many of us keep complaining about the same distractions again and again? Are we going to keep complaining about social media? Are we going to keep complaining about television? Are we going to keep complaining about our boss, our kids, whatever else might be distracting us from what we say we're going to do? Or are we going to stop making the decision to be distractible?
