So the fear of missing out is something we talk about a lot, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, I think it's a good thing to have the fear of missing out when it comes to the kind of high quality interactions that can really enhance our lives and improve our mental health. What's good FOMO versus Bad fomo? Bad FOMO is when we're spent indoors scrolling on our devices, not interacting with other people and we're missing out on real life occurrences because we feel like we are missing something out online. That's the bad kind of fomo. Good FOMO is the kind of FOMO we feel that inspires us to go actually out there in the real world and start hanging out with people. That type of face to face interaction is something we have to have in our lives. FOMO isn't always a bad thing if it inspires you to go out there and actually live the kind of life you know you deserve.
