And this is the very premise behind why I don't believe in banning smartphones in schools, because I don't believe in using the language that indicates something is banned. I don't think we should have a free for all, But I think when we empower young people to have a say in where technology sits and explain to them and kind of pull back the curtain on some of the things that are used to keep them scrolling, then they make very, very different choices. So a lot of my work is about semantics. Like digital detoxing can be useful. Having away can be useful if you look at why you're doing it. But digital nutrition puts a whole different spin to say, how do we empower ourselves?
