I think it's very unethical to scare the shit out of people and not give them a solution that you are aware exists. It's as if you walked into a doctor's office and the doctor says, you have a terrible disease and I have the medicine, I have the cure. I'm not going to give it to you. That would be malpractice. And so what? The Social Dilemma movie did I have to give them credit? They did a good job of bringing out this problem, but they didn't tell you the solution. And the solution is right here. Four steps anyone can implement to become indistractable.
