He explains that likes/shares/comments train recommendation algorithms, so users should intentionally click on content that inspires or benefits them to receive more of what they need.

You know, every time you like something, share something, comment on something, you are feeding these algorithms to feed you more of whatever it is you're clicking on. So if looking at videos of people who have buff bodies ready for the beach doesn't make you happy, if that's not improving your life, stop clicking on those videos, stop watching those videos, stop liking those videos. Rather, find the kind of content, like this video that you're watching right now that inspires you, that improves your life. The more you tell the algorithms what you like, the more they will give you what you need.
