I am pregnant. What should I do now? Nobody will hire me. So I was recently approached by this brilliant chartered accountant girl who was struggling with career transition, who was looking for jobs, and suddenly she found out that she's pregnant and she was scared that nobody's going to hire her anymore. Her question was, should I tell the interviewers that this is what has happened and I'm expecting? Will they hire me? My first reaction to her was Jobs will keep coming and going. These little life moments that we are going to have, these are the ones that we are going to cherish all our life. We should not let the fear of missing out on a job overcome the joy of becoming a mother. And I think people who do not understand what is the joy of becoming a mother, becoming a parent, they are the ones who will not hire her. It's their loss.
