Analyze your competition. You just need to find out two things. One, who are they targeting? Who are they going after? What segment of the market is like their bread and butter? And number two, what strategies are they using to reach this audience? The reason why you only have to do these two things is because you just need to understand what they're doing, who they're targeting, so you don't overlap. You want to live in a space and work in a space where you're not heavily competing with everybody.
