I often feel like this idea that gets pushed around on the Internet, especially on social media, about following your passion is really overrated. Like, this idea of the money will come if you just follow your passion.
Passion. In my mind, it's a lot like lust in a relationship. Like, it's really fun and exciting that first year, but eventually the love chemicals wear off, and then you're kind of stuck with each other, and you got to figure out how to work, make it work. And I think love really is about commitment.
