It contains a short monologue from a single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A) giving entrepreneurial advice about hustle culture — cautioning against equating busyness with value, urging founders to let their hustle evolve with the business and focus on activities that materially add value rather than working just to feel valuable.

Don't get fooled by people who tell you there's only one way to hustle, that you have to work hard no matter what you're doing. Hustle evolves as your business evolves. And remember, you're not hustling for the sake of hustling or working. We entrepreneurs often do what's called wearing busy as a badge. We shouldn't just be working just so we could feel valuable. We should be working in a valuable way that's a tangible activity, activity that actually is contributing to the value of our business.
