Omar Zenhom explains how to cut churn and refunds with a day-by-day email onboarding series. Each email gives step-by-step instructions, encouragement, and guidance for getting help. It's the simplest retention fix most people miss.
One of the easiest ways to fix retention and refund rates in Churn is to create an email welcome series where you say, day one, do this. Day two, do this. Day three, do this. Give them step by step instructions. Encourage them, let them know how to get help. If they have questions, this gives them guidance. And you're not just like, hey, you bought and you just ghost them here. You want to make sure they know that you still have their back.
