I believe that goals are important because it gives us actually joy in our business. It's not even about accomplishing things or being the best or anything like that. Yeah, that's great and all, but it actually gives us happiness, it gives us fulfillment, it gives us purpose. It gives us something to look forward to. So I think goals are important because I've had no goals before. Not so much fun.
