Omar Zenhom explains why mental stability matters more than you think. Without it, your physical health, finances, and relationships fall apart. He recommends learning something new like a language, coding, or writing to build emotional strength and resilience.
Chapters
If your mental health is eroding, nothing really else matters. You really can't do much. You can't do much if you're not solid up here. Think about that for a moment. If you're not solid up here, you're not going to have any physical health, you're not going to have any financial health, you're not going to have any social health. All these things kind of collapse. So the takeaway from this chapter was you really need to cultivate a steady stream of learning. It'll give you emotional strength because you're constantly achieving new goals and learning new things, whether it's a new learning a new language or learning how to code or become a better writer. Even though they're hard, they really allow us to become stronger mentally.
