I never compare myself to others. And why? When I'm starting something new, whether it's a business selling music or publishing books or whatever, I don't look to what other people are doing. I just kind of start from a blank slate, like, all right, in a perfect world, how would this go? I don't care what anybody else is doing. How should it be? In a perfect world, and I start from there.
