The secret to real confidence, and I don't mean like bravado or, you know, cockiness. Real confidence is built by you never breaking promises to yourself, big and small. Every time you say, I'm going to do something, and then you do it, you build a brick in the foundation of your confidence. You start to build a stack of evidence that you actually do what you say you're going to do and you're able to do it. So if you want big things to change in your life and you wanna have the confidence and feel like, hey, I can do anything, you have to have some sort of evidence with yourself, within yourself, to believe in yourself that you actually can pull things off.
