Omar Zenhom and Nicole Baldino moved their podcast into a renovated 1922 flour mill in Sydney, keeping 30% of the original building. They wanted a space that felt community-focused, not corporate, to match their brand and help them perform better.

The idea of moving into a physical space was, I thought, a necessary evolution that we needed to make in the podcast journey.
Creating the studio was all about getting in the right environment. I'm a big believer that if you're in the right environment, you can change your behavior, you can produce better results.
I think we got lucky finding this space. Some felt a little bit too corporate. This space had everything, a beautiful It had a beautiful aesthetic. It was the right size. It had a good configuration with the partitioned room that we could turn into a podcast studio.
So I think this is going to be the one. Do you think?
I have a very good feeling about it.

The space has history. So it used to be an old flour mill. So it was a working flour mill until 1922. And when they recreated the space, they retained 30% of the original building. which I think lends it so much character, and it just, it felt right from the beginning. A perfect foundation for a creative project.

We really believe in this mission, and I think it's definitely achievable given the fact that we're building a great team.
We've got a lot of work to do. I know it.

This is so cool.
It's great.
I love it.
