When you see something that is so good, you don't remember very well why it was so good. You just have this feeling. But when you see something going wrong or something not so good, you remember. I was pissed off because something didn't work the way that I wanted. When I ended the session, I was saying, wow, this was amazing. The best presentation ever. They didn't even notice what I didn't do. So I think it's like aiming for the sales is great, but if something doesn't work out, just like, people are not going to know what they miss.
