Omar Zenhom compares AI to a washing machine: it handles repetitive, boring work and speeds up execution, but humans must still do the creative thinking and planning. AI won't replace creators, just the grunt work.

I use AI like I use a washing machine. I'm not anti-AI. I actually use AI a lot in my daily life, in my work. It's a brilliant thing to do repetitive, boring tasks. I don't want to wash my clothes manually. A washing machine does all that grunt work for me. And I look at AI the same way. It genuinely will speed up your work by doing a lot of things autonomously. But right now it's not going to replace you as the creator. You have to tell the AI what to do and what to do is everything. You have to see your work as 2 different things, as thinking, as planning, as ideation. And then there's implementation. AI is great for the implementation, not so great for the thinking and the planning and the ideation.
