What poker teaches you is you can make all the right decisions and still lose. That's the lesson of business. You can have the best business in the world, that you're making all the right decisions, all the right hires. But the market shifts, Covid. Happens. Clubhouse, right? That thing was valuated over $1 billion, and then all of a sudden just flopped out. So it's like some things are completely out of your control. When Nicole and I sat down and talked, like, we can bet on ourselves again, which we've been doing for 10 years, or we can say, I've taken it to where I can go, and right now it's time to mater. And it's really hard to speak this way on a public forum like my podcast, because it's a very vulnerable situation, because you're. You're basically saying, like, I don't think I'm able to be good enough to keep going. And that's just the honest conversation I had with myself.
