Omar Zenhom argues that AI tools don't replace human executive assistants. A person can be trained, make judgment calls, and fit your company culture in ways AI can't. Nuance and decision-making still need a human.
Q&A while away. We're here in Nozawa Onsen in Japan. Nicole, what's today's question?
Today's question comes from Kim. Kim asks, now with all the AI tools that are out there, do I still need to hire a virtual assistant?
This is a very important question because it could be a costly mistake. In my opinion, you need to hire a human being for this position as an EA. AI is very powerful, but up to this point, as of today, you need somebody that can have good judgment, that can make decisions on your behalf. Yes, they take tasks off your plate, and they do administrative tasks, but they also are going to make decisions on your behalf. And you need a human being that you can train, that you can actually have a part of your culture. If you want my full answer to this question and why I give this answer and how to implement it, then you want to comment below AI, and I'll make sure that I send it directly to you in the DMs so you get the episode directly.
