This is a YouTube video titled "The New Business Model | Pablo Gonzalez | IN THE ZONE" featuring a monologue or talk by Pablo Gonzalez discussing the value of community in business development and go-to-market strategies. The content focuses on how community feedback can drive product improvement, marketing validation, sales referrals, and customer success through qualitative insights, proposing a talk show format as an effective content stream to engage customers and create feedback loops.
People around you have way more value than you give them credit for. And how do we create community? By understanding people's value and sharing it with others. I've dedicated my life to this, right? I've really just gone at how do we create a system for community creation, for business development. Community could help in go to market. And if you're not familiar with go to market, it's that combination of your product, your marketing, your sales and your customer success product. If you, if you get good feedback from, from a community that uses your product, right? That's roadmap opportunities. That is, how can you make it better? How can you, how can you improve it? Marketing, that social proof, that validation that's so, so critical to marketing community, is that in spades, right? For, for sales, it's obvious, right? Somebody put it here. Referrals, right? Word of mouth happens through community, right? And so many companies live off of word of mouth, but haven't put a framework to this thing, right? They haven't put a predictable way to grow this thing. And finally with customer success, it's really that qualitative feedback, right? That, that qualitative feedback, those things that you ask that you, when you send out in a survey, they're going to say A, B or C or none of the above. But, but really interacting with people, understanding what their pain points are, understanding what their motivations, understanding where they fit into the equation. That's when you can really figure out what's missing here. How can I make this better? And it's pretty clear to us, right? And you can see it in the zone. You are on the path. You understand that it has something to do with content. It has something to do with interacting with people and it has something to do with creating these feedback motions. People that want community, want community. They understand these things, but they're so focused on how do I get another customer, how do I make this product better right now, how do I, you know, how do I create these feedback loops that I realized that what they needed was one solution that created community while doing all these other things, while creating these roadmap opportunities, social validation referrals and qualitative feedback that created content, that created an interaction, created this feedback loop. And the best thing that I've come up with is a talk show format. The perfect positioning for the content stream for the Internet talk show is halfway between what you are providing and where the customer is, right? Where does it intersect in priorities and in motivation.
