Have a sense of urgency every week. Look back at your list of goals and dreams for 2025 and ask yourself, how close am I to it? What do I need to do to Achieve it. All right. How many BVs do I need on my left? How many BVs do I need on my right? How many people do I need to raise? All right. From gold to sapphire to platinum to diamond to blue diamond. This year I need you to focus and focus on building. Build quality. Build people, raise people. Make sure they're well trained. Make sure there's duplication in the culture of presentacion.
