I hope all of you enjoyed our global broadcast of my life, my story, my time. And I hope that you understood and benefited from my message of my life, my story, my time and 2025 has started. And today, right now in this room, I'm going to take you in to show you a sneak preview and listen to Datos D. Vijay is ice. All right. 2025 and ice. The four days of eyes the words that our upline and mentor Dato Steviejay has chosen is patient. All right? Persist, persevere and perform. Be patient, all right? Be persistent. Make sure you persevere and survive everything and then perform. Are you guys with me? Now this year is about you. And before I take you in, I want you to know one thing and all of you listen very carefully to me. Every answer you seek to any question that you have, you already know the answer. You know the answer. You have always known the answer. You need to understand that your potential has been, is and will always be limitless. You today have in your hands whether you are brand new in the business, signed up a long time ago, you're part of vkids, V Teams. I love you guys. You have in your hands one of the greatest opportunities ever. An opportunity with no boundaries that you can start the business anywhere, take the business anywhere you can dream of a million dollars a week or a thousand dollars a week, it doesn't matter, it is possible. And you are being led by two of the greatest founders in the industry of network marketing called Japadas Bismarck and the one and only Dato Sri Vijay Yishwan. You have fantastic guidance from the V, the fullest of support. You have the greatest product and system from qnet. You have the highest paying commission structure in the network marketing industry only by qnet. Now all of this doesn't mean anything if you don't make the decision. And the decision that I think you and me and everyone has to make this year is to start a serious journey. To start a serious committed journey on becoming the best version of yourself. A serious committed journey. That this year 2025, you will unleash your limitless potential. That you will live 2025 with the highest level of commitment, paying the price, performance. That you will take your weekly goals to a fanatic level and make sure you achieve them. That you will understand the power and simplicity of Rule 3. 15 presentations a month, Act 48. You will recognize the fact that this year you start a journey of becoming the best version of yourself. You will remove this year the disease that you have had your whole life called excusitis. Where you find excuses or reasons to rationalize and justify your lack of success, your lack of achieving your targets and all of that bull sugar. So I was just listening to my upline Japa speak today and my grand upline Dato Sri Vijay speak today. And I remember from the early days they reminded me of something very important. They reminded me that my future, my results, my life is in my hands, my control and I just have to take charge, take ownership. Before you take ownership of your qnet business, before you take ownership of your entrepreneurship journey, it is first important that you take ownership of yourself, your life, recognizing the fact that within you you are powerful, you are unbelievable, you are magnificent. You are already a max out king and max out queen within you. Now you just have to convert it into a reality and create the results. This ICE that we have every beginning of the year where we invite all of your top leadership from all over the world to attend. Alright? It's a special event because this event, the in service who serve at this event, who serve your uplines, who serve our founders, are none other than the V partners themselves. So I'm going to take you, you are the lucky ones. Because my insta is happening during ice. Nobody has seen what's happening in this room. This is a private event for the best of the best, the movers, the shakers, the max out kings and queens of the V. So I'm going to take you in and show you what's happening in ice. All right? So you are the lucky ones. Okay? So first you see my gorgeous face. I can't speak so loudly because Datusri is talking. All right? And I'm going to take you. This is Donna. That's Donna behind the mask and trying.

To rationalize and pick them into a hole. This category, there is no such thing black and white assessment of, you know, human beings. There's only grains. Human beings are made up of shades of.

There's Cherian, there's Hendra.

So everyone is different. There's Japa. Say hi Japa.

And fertility is.

And that's where your strength and I'm walking right now.

You can see all your uplines sitting down right in this.

Suggestion box.

There ugly.

This has nothing to do right with us needing to basically put people down or anything of that nature. We are not in a. This is surviving and that's tattoo Sriviji. We have to fight against every startup that's out there. Are you with me? In order for us to survive, we.

Have to be better.

Why not make him better? There's only two ways out of this mess. Reschool, Reskill continuously and live life on end times. We are at the best possible time of our lives or the worst. And where does that decision lie?

Here.

Don't make them feel they are out of the, you know, comfort zone.

The war.

The war has begun. Am I making sense?

Yes.

Am I getting true?

Yes. Yes. Is it gray?

Gray Gray, meaning gray. There are many blacks. There's no black and white.

When you refer to that, do you mean which. Who we still.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, absolutely.

I was trying to understand how do you.

If you were to take a look at the blacks and the whites and the blacks are strikes against you and the whites are what is in your favor. You need to raise your whites, right? Pros and cons, right now, all of us have different pros and cons. We have to work on it, right? I mean, look at s if s to speak English. Where the hell he won't be in Africa. He goddamn head working in your backyard in Pune. He will scare the out of you guys.

You heard live at ICE 2025. Together we rise, guys. And you are the lucky ones because you got a sneak peek at Dato Sri Vijay addressing the warriors of the V, your uplines, the v partners, the AVPs. And you saw leadership by example that the V partners have been in service for the last two days and the next two days at ice. Now, this year, 2025, guys, I want you to remember one thing. This is the year, and I told you at my life, my story, my time, that it is a magical year. I have a feeling in my heart that this year we are going to rise together. We are going to rise higher and higher and higher to an unbelievable level. Now, each one of you this year, don't complicate your journey. Don't over analyze everything and anything, all right? This journey of life is simple. I hope that you have identified your goals, your dreams for 2025, that you know exactly what you want to achieve, what you want to buy, where you want to live. All right? In 2025, this year, I hope you have listed down those dreams, specifically the dreams of 2025. And now you start doing the work, and you do the work consistently. If there's one commitment you need to make to me, to Japa, to Dato Sriviji, our great founders, and to yourself. If there's one thing I want you to achieve this year is consistency. That you never, never, never, never, never, never, never switch off. Are you guys with me? That I already told you at the live event, okay? Cancel your holidays. Make sure your family understands that this year I want you and everyone in your organization to be freaking consistent. Never switch off. Just keep going and going and going every week. Have a sense of urgency every week. Look back at your list of goals and dreams for 2025 and ask yourself, how close am I to it? What do I need to do to Achieve it. All right. How many BVs do I need on my left? How many BVs do I need on my right? How many people do I need to raise? All right. From gold to sapphire to platinum to diamond to blue diamond. This year I need you to focus and focus on building. Build quality. Build people, raise people. Make sure they're well trained. Make sure there's duplication in the culture of presentacion. Presentation. Presentation. Make sure that you are crystal clear about the dreams and goals that you want to achieve in 2025. Crystal clear. If you want to buy a car, go to that showroom. Have the exact color, the exact model, the exact color of the leather, the rims, the tire. Get the exact picture and put on your wall. So you look at it every day, every week. Find time. Go to the showroom, sit in that car. Smell the new leather. Understand it. If you want to buy a new home, a new apartment, a new villa, go to that area, look at the villa. Get a real estate agent to take you, show you inside the house. Feel it. Stand there, look out the window and say, this is where I'm going to live this year. Do positive affirmation to yourself every day that I am a max out king. I am a max out queen. I am going to be a blue diamond. I am going to achieve my goals. Goals. I am going to buy that house. I am going to buy that car. I am going to take my. My family next year to a holiday, to Greece, to Europe, to London. I am. Are you guys with me? Right? I want positive, efficient. This year is all about positivity. Stay away from any negative people. Avoid any power of association. Does not add value to your life. Walk away. You don't have to hold hands and sing Kumbaya to people just because they are your old friends, family, relatives. No, this year is about you. Your success, your life, your story, your time. Are you guys with me or not? So this is your Chief telling you 2025 is going to be the most magical, magical, unbelievable year. You heard. You saw the great one, Dato Sri Vijay in there speaking to your uplines. We're going to send them back after this ice and we are going to rock the world this year. Remember, the key to success has been and will always be the culture of presentation. Presentacion. Presentacion. Rule 3. All right. Write more names on your list. Talk to people. Connect with people. Do zooms every week with your team. If you're not physically with them, invite them home. Maintain a powerful, unbelievable power of association. Keep everyone positive.
