I just finished the Go for absolute living beat it challenge. Push ups. I'm sure you all have watched this video somewhere. Japa did like 50, Richard did like 20 or 30. I just finished 100 push ups and I'm telling you, no one is going to beat that record. That's why these babies look so beautiful, you understand? And of course I look this good after the workout because of Defy and I've been sitting here in Thailand for the past few days. I came for my godson's birthday party. Louis Isweran, alright, Maya jr's son. And he celebrated his first year birthday party. It was crazy. I was in a house with like 20 children screaming. Unbelievable. It was like wee kids all over again. Unbelievable. So we had a great birthday celebration and I've been spending a few days here with the amazing employees we have in QNET Bangkok planning a lot of exciting things for VCon, UAE and the remaining six months of the year to make sure that you guys max out, that you guys achieve whatever you planned out to achieve this year. Now this Wednesday message is a wake up call, It's a hammering. So first I'm speaking to you as your upline, as your chief and this message is going to be very strong. So you have a weak heart. All right? Take some edge, okay? And get ready for the message. Now guys, we have reached the month of July right now. That means we are coming close to seven months finishing of 2016 and my first Wednesday message of this year. I clearly stated out to all of.

You guys that you cannot exist in network marketing, you cannot exist in qnet without crystal clear goals to achieve.

And all of you came to ISB and all of you have my mobile number, my WhatsApp number. You constantly send me your target, what you achieve and target for the next week tat alright, many of you drop out not consistent and many of you are consistent.

But I want to remind you of.

The fundamental importance of my first Wednesday message of 2016. That is the 52 week planner, all right?

That you have 52 weeks in the year and you are a networker. Now why did you become a networker? I didn't force you to become a networker. Somebody did a presentation, told you that this business works.

And yes, it works. We've been around for 18 years we.

Have created thousands of US dollar millionaires all across the planet. Alright? The past 18 years have been challenging.

There are morons out there who are.

Trying to slow us down, attacking us, all right, Calling us all kinds of names. But I don't care, alright? Because I'm here to prove them wrong.

And so are you.

But you made a decision to sign up. And you didn't sign up as a hobby. You didn't sign up to hold hands and sing Kumbaya with your uplines and downlines. You signed up with one purpose. To have an opportunity to change your lives. To be able to make money, achieve financial freedom through this business model called network marketing. Through a great company called qnet that allows you to do business in every corner of the world, pays you commission on time every week, delivers some of the most amazing products in network marketing.

Industry right to your doorstep.

Whether it's a vacation package, you travel to Koh Samui or wherever around the world. But wake up and smell the coffee. The responsibility of succeeding, the responsibility of achieving financial freedom is on your own shoulders. Because you must want it. Because every Wednesday message I talk about the power of the dream. But many of you signed up with a dream, then you gave up on it. Halfway, you lost focus. You don't treat every seven days as the most important seven days in your journey. Now I know you got challenges. I know you are facing challenges in certain markets. You are facing challenges with lazy downlines, useless uplines, people who switch off prospects, who say no. So welcome to the journey to financial freedom. If you are under the impression that financial freedom is going to fall on your lap automatically just because you signed up in qnet, you are the biggest moron on the planet. Achieving financial freedom, being part of the 5% of the world requires a lot of work, requires you to be resilient, requires you to be strong and most importantly requires you to be focused on your weekly goals. Alright? Now I laid out a mantra this year which is prove them wrong. And my networking mantra is weekly checks that you cannot exist in this industry. You cannot operate every week unless you know crystal clear in your mind what check you want to achieve by Friday midnight Hong Kong time for that week and that reverse engineer. How many presentations? How many bv? Which group has to perform your cash outlet? How many direct referrals do you need to get for you to achieve your goals. Now a lot of you today are cruising in qnet. You are hanging around. This is not a social club. I signed up to be financially free. Dato Sri Vijay told me, Padman, do this. A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Be consistent, never switch off. Have a thick skin. Don't allow the world to stop you from achieving your dreams. And Patman, if you are consistent and you never switch off and you have goals every week, so I promise you, you'll be financially free within three to five years. And he was right. I did become financially free in my first three or five years. Now it must be the same to you. The same rules apply today. Qnet is a bigger company. We are a stronger company. We got global credibility. All of this is supposed to help you even achieve financial freedom faster than when I joined 18 years ago we didn't have anything. You have everything today on a silver platter. But the challenge comes back to your lack of focus, your lack of real desire to achieve financial freedom. Do you truly want it? That's my question to all of you. So stop wasting time, alright? Wake up and smell the coffee. You own your own business today. Whichever country, region you belong to, you are now a businessman or businesswoman. Take ownership. And the key component to success in network marketing, the key component for you to achieve financial freedom, alright, is to have weekly goals that are non negotiable. Weekly goals that you will do or die. To achieve weekly goals that you will push yourself out of your comfort zone. That you don't need a balanced life. That. That watching a movie is a waste of time unless it contributes to your weekly goals. Because I want you to go back tonight after watching this Wednesday message. Look at your children and tell them that you are a loser. That you're not focused enough, that you gave up on your dreams. If you're willing to do that, then quit this business and stop complaining and bitching and crying over everything that's happening to you. This is the journey that every one of us took. That Dato, Sri and Japa have gone through worse challenges than you can imagine to keep it possible for our dreams to become a reality. What frustrates me the most as your upline, as your chief, is when I see great potential in you, which I do, and you waste it. You give up too fast, too soon, you slow down, you get distracted by total bullshit happening around you. This is your life, your family, your future. Alright? And I am telling you once again that dreams can become a reality with qnet. That dreams will become a reality if you stay focused. Yes, there are tough times. Oh my God. So what? Are you that weak? Are you afraid? Stop being a coward. Be a warrior. That this is about your Life, your children's future, your family. Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, Iraq. Wake up and smell the coffee guys. This is the greatest opportunity that has come into your life. And prove them right. We are here to prove them wrong. So this week I want you to roll up your sleeves, pull up your socks, stop being a wimp, be a warrior. Fight for what you believe in. This is your journey. And the only person that can succeed in your journey is you, yourself. We can support you, we can hold your hand. I can make Wednesday message until the cows come home. But you need to decide that this is what you want to do. And this week I want you to have a crystal clear goal. And Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, do or die to achieve that goal, bleed to achieve that goal. Be a leading example for your organization. People follow warriors, they don't follow whims, alright? They follow success. That you cannot tell somebody to dream when you have given up dreaming. You cannot tell people that your dreams will become a reality when you don't even know what you want anymore. So wake up, smell the coffee. This week proved them wrong. We are changing lives. We are helping nobody become somebody's in every corner of the world. Countries that the world has given up on. Japan and Dato Sri Vijay never gives up on them. That this year we will grow to become the strongest network marketing company in the world. And it all comes back to you. Focusing on your weekly goals, your weekly checks. Going out there, doing direct presentation, signing up a direct referral. And bringing them into this amazing journey with qnet and the V. Now this week. Alright, wake up. Smell the coffee.
