Greetings to my unbelievable V family all over the world. This is your extra gorgeous chief today on this Wednesday message in my tuxedo. Because before this, I was making a video that I'm going to present as a surprise at VCON on the last day. So look forward to that video. It's going to be funny, but I believe you guys will love it. So I'm sitting here a few days away from the greatest event in network marketing history. VCon Malaysia 2016. Evolve, Empower and reach. And I just spent one week in Hong Kong with my upline mentor, visionary Datosree Vijay Ishwaran and Japadas Bismarck. And we were speaking about this VCon. And you guys, everyone watching this video, I hope you're coming to VCon. All right? Because this year's VCON is extra special. We have some amazing surprise guests who are coming up on stage. It's an absolute surprise. I cannot reveal it, but trust me, it will mesmerize you when you come to VCon. Now, this is my last video here in PJ. My next Wednesday video will be from the venue at Spice Arena, Penang, where over 15,000 unbelievable warriors of Datosri and Japadas gathered under one roof to celebrate success, to celebrate the power of the dream. To celebrate the fact that after 18 years, we are still here after going through so many trials, tribulations, challenges, people throwing shit at us. All right? Over 18 years and people trying to prove us wrong when we said we will last forever. And this week on is the greatest statement we are making to prove them wrong, that we are here. After 18 years, we are going to be here. After another 18 years, our weak ones are going to grow bigger, stronger and louder. All right? I'm just looking for bigger space, bigger stadiums to hold. Insha allah. One day, 60,000 people, 100,000 people. That's the vision that our founders have planted in my mind. But I want to Prepare you for VCon. Now, whichever country you're coming from, whether you're coming from India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Dubai, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Cote d', Ivoire, Senegal, Niger, okay? Or you're coming from Indonesia, or you're coming from Hong Kong, or you're coming from Europe, London, or you're coming from any part of the gcc, any part of the world you're coming from first, congratulations. You made the best decision of your life. Because VCON is not only about network marketing. I believe that VCON is not only about how to max out, how to build your organization left and right, how to understand RSP or understand what it takes to max out. Vcon is about the human potential that in our journey of life, there's not enough moments where we hear from other people that we have great potential. There's not enough moments where there are people who actually say they believe in us, to empower us to reach our own true potential. Now, when I joined Dato Sri 18 years ago in this amazing, unbelievable journey, all right, I had very little faith in myself, like most of us, because the world and life has a way of knocking us down. You know, even our own families sometimes call us morons and idiots, okay? But when I met him, I felt empowered, right? He had enough faith in me to make me believe in my potential. Now, this VCON is about 15,000 over people coming under one roof. People who have dreams, people who believe in us, people who made that leap of faith to become an entrepreneur, to become a networker. But all of these people still have doubt whether they can reach their true potential. And if you ask me what Vcon is about, Vcon is the best platform, the most amazing place to be where the right people help you understand that you can, you will, and you must, all right, reach your true potential. Because within all of us, there is great potential. You may not know this. I didn't know this 18 years ago, all right? And sometimes we were told so many times by people around us or world, the world tells us that be mediocre, be a nobody, all right? Go to work, come back home, pay your bills. And you need somebody to tell you to dream again. You need somebody to tell you to believe in your dreams. You need somebody to shout out at you and tell you that you can reach the peak of any mountain you choose to conquer, that that is your true potential. That you were born to be great and greatness belongs to you. But you need to realize that potential. You need to believe in that greatness. And the place where I see that happening is at Vcon. Because I see the faces of people who come on day one. Yes, they are excited. Yes, they are dreamers. And they are dancing and screaming because VCON is the loudest, craziest, network marketing party the world will ever see. But deep down in their eyes, you can see doubt. You can see lack of belief. You can see potential not achieved. So Vcon is about erasing that doubt, alright? Instilling that belief and helping people understand that you are born for greatness, that your potential is limitless. And somebody needs to tell us this because we are not programmed to realize our potential ourselves. You and anyone who tells you, oh, I realize my potential and myself. They're high on drugs and they are morons, you understand? You need somebody to believe in you before you can believe in yourself. You need somebody to show you your potential because you are blind to your own potential. And that is what VCON is about. So if you made a decision to come to Vcon, welcome to realizing your true potential. Alright? Welcome to understanding your purpose of why you belong here. Like what I said on my last Wednesday message, you will see the founders, alright? You will see the V partners. You will see people who have walked the journey you are walking right now. You will see people who have completed the journey, faced the challenges you are facing and they came out victorious. This is VCon and I telling you, I'm telling you my vision is to have non IRS come to VCon. I want my kids to come to VCon. I want My parents to come to VCon. I Want politicians to come to VCon. I WANT presidents to come to VCon. Then we will have a beautiful world to live in. Because this VCON is not about products. It's not about the complain. It's about the human potential and the realization of that potential. And the magic will happen to anyone coming. The magic will happen. I am telling you. Until now. I have done VCon for 18 years, guys, as chief I still have goosebumps. I'm excited about packing for VCon. I don't know what shoes to bring, I don't know what pants to wear, you understand? I'm looking forward to meeting my core in service, meeting the VE partners. After so many months, it's like a coming together. It's like a family reunion of dreamers, of your best friends, of uplines and downlines, of small families coming for the big family reunion where our parents, the founders are there. So if you made a decision to come to Vcon, I'm proud of you. You made the best decision of your life. Not Only related to QNET, your iShip and maxing out, but generally for you to grow, for you to take that leap of growth and become somebody new, for you to be born again. It will happen at VCon. So mark down the date, all right? May 3rd to May 7th. One of those days is going to be your new birthday because you're going to feel rejuvenated, re energized, realigned and you will realize your true potential. Now coming to VCON means you are leaving your country, means you are leaving your organization for seven to ten days. Now, if you have plans to Have a holiday in Malaysia after VCon. Cancel it. Go back to your country. Don't spend five days singing Kumbaya and KL on the beach when you're financially free. Come holiday with me in style. Right now, you need to rush back right after VCON and transfer that energy, transfer that realization, transfer that human potential to transfer that power back to your organization and let's rock the world. After this week on, after this week on, BVs are going to go up. Commissions are going to go up, organizations are going to grow. Everyone is just going to be crazy in a positive way. But you need to set systems in place when you leave your organization. Presentations must continue, events must continue, communication must Continue. And at VCon, don't take selfies of yourself and send to your downlines and say, hey miss you guys, I'm at VCon. That's a moronic thing to do. Send messages, take short videos of the people speaking. Three minutes, boom. Send it back. Even though they are not there physically. All right? They must experience VCON in every country they belong your organization. Through you, you become the messenger. Send five days of power back to your organization and make sure E cards are supplied, all right? Make sure your organization is switched on and not switched off during VCon that during this VCON period. I want to see the highest BV ever recorded in QNET history during a VCON period. Because everyone says everyone comes to VCon. There's nobody networking, alright? There's no 1 million people at VCon. There's 15 over 1,000. That means there's over millions of people around the world who still need to do presentation, still need to continue systems, still need to sign up, people still need to do training, still need to do eight basic building blocks. And it's your responsibility to implement this system in your organization that you are still in touch with your organization while you're at vcom. And channel that energy, channel that power. Channel the wisdom of our founders and V partners with back to your people on an hourly basis. Lunch break, dinner break, record selfies of the message you heard and what you can translate to your organization and send it back. VCON doesn't mean shut out the rest of the world. VCON means take VCON to the rest of the world while you are at VCon. Now, this VCon is going to be magical. We have planned out so many exciting, unbelievable things. And those of you all who think you've already come for one VCon, I guarantee you no two VCons are the same. It'll never be the same alright? And this Vcon we have put all our efforts, all our heart, the V corporate family have organized one of the most amazing events you will ever experience. See, Vcon is what I call a world class event.
