Greetings to all my amazing downlines all over the world. This is your chief. Now let me explain what's happening right now, okay? I am recording my Wednesday message way ahead of the time. It is supposed to be put online on VTUBE plus. The reason why is technically I have trouble recording it because I'll be traveling around Europe. Hard to find a reliable cameraman who's willing to sit down and record your chief. So this is actually recorded even before my birthday. But when you are watching it, I've already celebrated my birthday in Madrid with my friends, family v partners and the Bollywood stars who wanted to celebrate with me. So I'm legally, officially now 22. I'm legally 22 now. Alright? So I want to thank you guys for all your birthday wishes. I'm sure I would receive tons of Messages on Facebook, WhatsApp and on SMS. I just want to say thank you and I'm sure I had a great celebration of my birthday and I'm sure you guys saw all the photos on my Facebook. But right now the week has started and you guys need to realize that you have the fine for promo or go for absolute living promo. If you didn't qualify week number one, you didn't qualify week number two, then make sure you qualify week number three, the bonus is still very attractive if you have qualified week one and week two, qualify again and find four this week and make sure you qualify for more money. Why would you turn down free money from the most amazing network marketing company, qnet? Alright, now it's time for the Wednesday message. At the age of 22. So guys, ultimately one thing all of you have to realize is that in your organization there's a lot of things that need to be done that you have a responsibility towards your downlines. Like when the person first signs up, you do the induction, you do the basic training and you invite them for the system. You get a lot of things done because your whole organization is operating on a predetermined system. However, you don't usually get the results that you expect or you want from the system simply because you think the system is automated. You think the system can be absolutely independent of human involvement. Now, no matter how great your systems are, a system without emotion, a system without belief, a system without power is useless. That your system needs to be carried on your shoulder. Your system needs to be implemented by you, all right? And your leaders around every part of your market, every aspect of your leaders need to buy into the system. They need to believe in the system. They need to understand that without the system they cannot succeed. That the system is what is going to help them get to max out, help them get to financial freedom, help to get them to achieve their dreams. Now, your system, you cannot create a system and leave it to run. That's total absolute bull sugar. Your system needs to be constantly updated. Your system needs to be continuously modified. You need to adapt, adjust, accommodate. All right? Your system according to what's happening in your market. If your market cannot operate large events, then you go back to V circles. If your market has trouble for you to reach geographically distance, then you use technology, use WhatsApp, use videos, use VTube plus to make sure that your people are switched on even though they're not physically there with you. Because if you realize today, the people who drop out, the people who become negative, the people who supposedly fail in this business, if you analyze them, you know what happened? They were left alone with the world. When you join network marketing, when you become a networker, we don't live in that world anymore. We live in our world like there's a border, you understand? So this is our world right now. And the rest of the world is out here. Now, if you allow your people to step out into this world for too long, they become aggressively, negatively influenced by the world out there of the non believers. Now I don't blame those morons for being non believers. It's hard to believe that you could join qnet and become a millionaire in the first one or two years, but it happens. That's the beauty of network marketing. But the morons out there will never understand this until they step into our world. Now what is our world? Our world is based on the power of the dream or purpose. As I spoke about the last Wednesday message, our world is about association. It's about the like minded people being together. Today when I go and meet the morons out there in the other world, I cannot carry a conversation with them for more than two minutes without wanting to puke or stab them with a rusty knife. Alright? Because we are not aligned. I am here. I am a believer. I have seen morons with dreams become millionaires in one year. I have seen housewives today driving a Mercedes. I have seen people who have never been on a plane flying first class. I am a believer and I'm living in this world of believers. So what happens is when you allow your flock, when you allow your team, when you allow your downlines to cross our borders and go to enemy territory, they're going to be sucked into the darkness. There is no Light, they're going to hear negativity, people bitching and complaining that networking doesn't work. These are the same losers who complain they are broke and do nothing about it. And you cannot allow your team members to go to that side. So like Donald Trump, as stupid as his idea sounds of building a wall around United States of America, we don't need to build a wall, we build a virtual wall, you understand? A wall that protects our people. We invite people in, unlike America, alright, we invite everyone in. But we try our best not to allow people to cross that border and go to the badlands, as the movie has it, or the negative zone. Now, in order to keep people in your zone, your system must be aggressive, your power of association must be strong, your communication methodology and frequency must be high. That they must understand that they belong to a family and organization that believes in them because the world out there doesn't believe in them. So when they cross that line or that border, they're going to switch off, they're going to become negative, they're going to quit. So you must keep them close. And keeping them close is not easy. It's paying a big price. I have sacrificed 18 years of my life from the rest of the world, which I think is a good thing in hindsight, to spend time with the people that matter. Because remember, you have given people your promise, you have given them their commitment that if they join you, if they follow you, they're going to achieve financial freedom. But all the words there is, follow me, stay with me, stay switched on. That's keeping them in that zone. This is fundamentally important, alright? Especially when you are in markets where there's a lot of negativity, a lot of challenges, especially when you're in markets where there's a lot of other mosquito companies. Especially when you're in a market where network marketing is still young and people around don't understand it and may have a negative perception of it. You got to keep your people close, keep your system tight, keep your system consistent, keep your communication consistent, keep your power of association consistent, all right? That never allow them to stray because when they stray, they cross the border from positivity to negativity, then it's hard to pull them back. It's damn hard to pull them back. And then they cross over to the dark side. They need to be where it's bright. And that's our zone, our family, the V qnet. Alright? The zone of our founders, Dato Sri Vijay Japadas Bismarck. And you need to make sure this happens. So at all costs, you have to protect your flock. You have to protect your family. Build these virtual walls, make it strong, create a bubble. And your team is inside. And every day when there's presentacion, presentacion, presentacion and fine four, you should bring people into our family. When Datosri Vijay went up on stage at Vcon and said, inshallah, one day we'll have QI City. It is a reality. We have QI City. We are building our own city in Malaysia. Soon we'll have a state called Qi. And I know it's going to happen. We will have a country called qi, qnet and the V. Hopefully Dato street will make me like some kind of Minister of excitement or Minister of energy or Minister. Not energy like oil and gas, but energy you understand or minister or positivity you guys understand. So keep your family close. Keep your system running strong. Communicate far more aggressively with markets which are having challenges or groups that are slowing down. Build that virtual wall to protect your people from the negativity that exists outside. Feed them with videos. Make sure they subscribe to VTube plus, make sure they watch the Wednesday message every week. Make sure they are in that zone. So guys, protect your family. Not only your immediate family, but your V family, your network, your organization. Because surprisingly and sadly, the world out there, they don't want you to succeed. They're afraid of you succeeding. Because when you succeed, you prove them wrong. And they don't want to be proven wrong, right? And Datu Sri Vijay always said, what we do is not only about ourselves, it's about proving them wrong. Showing the world that network marketing is the greatest industry. And showing the world that qnet is the greatest company. Guys. Alright. So this year, keep your family close. Intensify your system. Increase your communication.
