Greetings to my V family all over the freaking planet. This is your one and only Bollywood star. Most eligible bachelor, most sexy man alive, Chief Padman Senati Raja here live from the United Kingdom, formerly part of the eu. Confused bunch of people decided to exit the eu, which simply means more bv. Alright, for qnet guys, I've been spending the last two weeks traveling around. You guys saw me at IFA Madrid. It was unbelievable. I managed to meet a lot of stars. Deepika was chasing me down like a desperate girlfriend. Finally she got to take a photo with me, alright? I had two minutes free time so I allowed her to. And then I went to Germany, spent a lot of time with the QN Europe team and finally came to my favorite country, the United Kingdom. To my favorite city, London. Spent the last three days with great leadership here in uk and while speaking to them, a lot of things came back to me of the early days because I realized I spent a lot of time with some of the other country networks around the world. And every country is at a different stage of growth. And what I love about the UK right now is that they are right now at a stage where they're taking UK to a whole new level. And I started spending time with the leadership, Vcouncil Keith and Vcounsel Talley and all the in service leaders. And I realized one thing. In every network marketing organization I've seen over the past 18 years, they always start their journey focus on the unique part about network marketing, that is the emotional part about network marketing. The language, their passion, the way they speak about their dreams is very different. In the beginning, you yourself will realize this. When you first started networking, you spoke about stuff from your heart. You were true to yourself. You believed everything to an extent of absolute belief, no conditions attached, and it sort of made you real. And what happens along your journey of networking, whether it's nine months, nine years, you lose that raw passion, alright? You lose that purpose, why network marketing is so great. And you sort of take everything and formalize it and turn it into technique and turn it into like a chapter of a book or a degree in a university. And what happens, your organization loses what I call the mojo. The mojo is that uniqueness that makes something real, that makes something allow you to feel and be yourself, alright, that it's raw. And most network marketing organizations start with that mojo where they scream about their dreams, alright? They shout from on top of the mountains that I have a dream. And somewhere along the line they lose that mojo and they start talking about technique like how to do an effective presentation, how to manage a group like one person now calling me and asking where do I find my mojo? You understand we have to respond later. But what happens? The organization becomes technical and then from heart it travels upwards towards mind. That's totally contradicting what Dato Sri Vijay taught me. Dato Sri Vijay taught me that network marketing to be a great networker, to be a powerful leader, alright? To succeed and achieve financial freedom, you got to move our business from here 12 inches down to here. But a lot of organizations around the world and you may be feeling this in your own organization, wherever you are, that is starting to move from here back up to your head where you're starting to analyze things over analyzing things until you're paralyzed, all right? Finding reasons why you're failing, but not finding enough reasons why you should succeed. And then you fall into 95% of the world. You live a life of excusitis. You create excuses in your mind, all right? To convince yourself why you're not hitting the two thousand dollar check, why you're not hitting the five thousand dollars check, why your market is not growing, why your group is slow or not motivated. And you start to rationalize and justify. Almost like a PhD. Alright, now that's the wrong way to build a Network. The past 18 years I've been guided by Dato Sri and Japa to follow my heart. That I always believe that when you do something from your heart with raw belief, oh absolute belief, nothing can go wrong. And along that journey you must sustain it. And I always tell you guys, never stop talking about the dream. As much as it's cliche, that it's sort of uncomfortable in a public platform to say, hey, this is my dream. I have a dream. No matter how small, how big it is, a dream is a dream. And I always say this. Without a dream, network marketing is a job without the passion and belief. What's the difference between going to an office or going to a training? You don't go to a training to gain knowledge. Knowledge is the least of your worries, alright? You can Google network marketing and read thousands of articles from experts in network marketing, alright? Experts who never made it in the real business called network marketing. So what they do, they write about it. Don't go there. Remember why you started this. If you go back to the first day somebody presented to you for the first day, when you saw this plan, the first day you saw the eight basic building blocks. And when that person said, hey, the first block is dream, now list down your dreams, many of you struggled. Because that part of your mind, the part of your heart where dreams were alive was shut off, the doors were closed. And qnet the V opened those doors again. Dato Sri Vijay Jaapadas Disma. You can call them great businessmen, great uplines, alright? Great entrepreneurs. You know what I call them? The two greatest dreamers I've had the pleasure of meeting. And that's why we're here after 18 years. So when those doors open, people dream again. And what happens along your journey in network marketing? Because of our own stupidity, our own fears, our own desire to overanalyze things, we close the doors again. Without that dream, your organization will not grow without speaking about it, preaching about it and telling the whole world that ultimately this business are not only for entrepreneurs. It's not only about making money, it's about bringing that dream back alive. The dreams you and I had when we were 16, 17 years old, when you wanted to rule the world, like Tears for fears would sing that song. Everybody wants to rule the world, alright? Remember when you were 16, 17, everything was possible, alright? And when you had a dream, you were so focused, nothing could distract you, nobody could stop you. Now. Bring back that power. Bring back that belief. See, ultimately qnet is a vehicle, alright? It's a perfect car, it's a Ferrari, perfect engine, perfect everything. But you are driving it and you can't drive it like a Formula one driver, alright? All on science and technology. If you remember, Formula one started without science and technology. Like the Ayrton Senna of the world who drove with his heart. We lost a great driver, but he drove with his heart. Formula one is never the same today. Don't technicalize network marketing, don't formalize network marketing. Don't freaking turn network marketing into a university degree. Network marketing is about life. It's about your journey. It's about you starting a whole new journey. And the starting point of that journey must always be your dream. So whoever you are, whether you're in Central Asia watching me right now, or Asia or Africa, alright? Or Europe or in the uk or in us, Canada, wherever you are, South America, remember this. This business only works for dreamers. This business only works for those who dare to dream, those who dare to dream big, those who have no more fear of failing, alright? Because every time you fail, it simply proves that you're one step closer for your dreams to become a reality. Now, a lot of people have told me many things, that I'm a great networker, that I go up on stage and I mesmerize people that I'm a great speaker. All of these compliments mean nothing to me. The greatest compliment I've ever got is when people tell me, chief, thank you for helping me dream again. Thank you for helping me believe in the power of my dreams. That you have to understand one thing. I believe the human race is the only species that God created. That differentiates us from every other species is the fact that we have dreams. Now, network marketing is about dreams. I know I talk about Find two, and I want you to find two. I want you to find four. I want you to be consistent. I want you to focus on presentacion, presentacion, presentacion. But everything, all roads in network marketing leads back to your dream. Because you must have something that pushes you on the dark days. There must be something that pushes you to the next presentation after your first rejection. There must be something that keeps you going. When all your relatives, all your friends, all right? And everyone in your circle, influence. Call you a moron for being a networker. There must be something, something so unique, something not definable, all right? Something almost spiritual that keeps you smiling when you are alone, that keeps you doing what you're supposed to do in this business. So to all of you out there, I'm sitting here in the United freaking Kingdom, alright? And my message this Wednesday to all of you, don't convert network marketing from a beautiful, passionate, raw, powered by the dream, powered by passion, concept and business into just another business which is based on textbook and traditional theories and whatever crap your universities taught you along your journey. It won't work that way. Alright? Bring back the power of the dream. I cannot reaffirm this to you enough. I am here because I'm a dreamer. Tato, Srivijay and Japa are here because they are dreamers. And ultimately, if you want to reach that pinnacle of success called financial freedom, if you want to go up on stage one day at Vcon and tell them you made it, then bring your dreams back alive. Open that door. Erase all these preconceived notions you have that network marketing is technical. It is not. It's a business from the heart, not a business from the mind. So if qnet network marketing, financial freedom is here right now, let me give you one most important advice I've given on the Wednesday message. Move it from here 12 inches down to here. And I promise you, you will be financially free. I love you guys. Today you're not my downlines. Today you are my dreamers.
