Chief Pathman’s Wednesday Message Video 166

Hattaiwat Pusanti delivers a Wednesday motivational message to his global "V family," recounting recent travel (Madrid, Frankfurt, London, Dubai, Cape Town) and meetings with leaders. He argues that as network marketing organizations grow, personal relationships with downlines often weaken—leading to attrition—and stresses that leaders must remain relatable and maintain one-on-one, human connections. He credits mentors Datu Sri Vijay and Japara's Bismarck for this lesson and issues a practical call-to-action: revive relationships, contact key leaders personally, and build the organization like a family rather than a numbers-only system.

Foreign. Greetings to my unbelievable V family all over the world. This is your chief, looking sexier than ever before. Recording the Wednesday message. I just finished an amazing trip around the world. I was in Madrid for ifa. You saw the photographs with me and my girlfriend, Deepika Padukone. Two beautiful people together. I went to Frankfurt. Rock and roll. With the qnet Europe organization. Europe is going to be an amazing future market for all of us globally. I went to London, had an amazing time with our organization in London. Alright, they're going to rock. They're all coming to Vcon Dubai. You should come to Vcon Dubai also. And then I went to Dubai. Beautiful, hot, but had a great time with all the leaders from all over the world and strategized and planned for the next six months of 2016. And then I flew with a great group of leaders to South Africa, Cape Town, spent a few days there freezing my ass off. But had a blast of a time, all right, with the elite club and then came back to Malaysia, all right? So I've been in like five different time zones, going crazy. Came back to Malaysia, had the honor and pleasure sitting down with my amazing uplines, Datu Sri Vijay and Japaras Bismarck, all right? Re energized myself, realigned myself with the founders and our uplines, and now we are ready to rock and roll. Now, this Wednesday message, I want to talk about the organization. Now, every time when we build a network, it always starts small and it grows and it grows and it grows. So some of you watching this video right now, you may have two downlines, all right? Four downlines, 40, 400, whatever, doesn't make a difference. Now, a lot of people, what happens to them is they take, think that they need to evolve and change as the organization grows. So as an upline, if you remember when you first signed up, your first two, your first four, your first six, all right, you took the effort, amazing amount of effort to spend time with these people, all right? To spend time with them one on one, all right? Inspiring them, guiding them, helping them with presentation. Very much to the basics, all right? But the fundamental aspect I always observe, when you start your organization, your relationships are very strong and you value that relationships. But as your organization grows bigger and bigger and bigger, all right, Your relationships with your downlines, with your direct referrals, with your indirect referrals, becomes weaker and weaker and weaker. Now, this happens for many reasons. Number one, you start making money. So you either become arrogant, all right, you fall into a comfort zone, all right, or you Think that hey, I'm the upline, all right? I'm the cool dude. All right? All of you now bow down because I am your successful upline. Now networking is not supposed to be like that. Datto Sri Vijay in Japara's Bismarck always taught me and guided me that no matter how successful you become, no matter how big your organization becomes, remember that network marketing is about relationships. All right? That I read a book by Pat Mesati long time ago, maybe 20 years ago called Relational Leadership that you will be surprised that your downline switch off, alright? Or drop out or give up the business for two reasons. Number one, it's not what they expected it to be. The challenges became too difficult. Maybe they were not earning enough money and they reach a point where the frustration hit them and they give up. Now that's moronic. But people do that. But the main reason I believe that they don't feel a connection to the organization. They feel that the organization has become about numbers and just systems. That the relationships, the multiple relationships in the organization have become weaker. Now people do many things out of love, out of respect, out of loyalty, out of relationship. See. Dato Sri Vijay today is an iconic, globalized, unbelievable leader in the industry of network marketing, in the corporate industry, as an author, as a speaker. But he has never allowed my relationship with him to dilute that. It doesn't change. Our timings change. We may not meet every day like I used to in the early days. He's busier, I'm busier. Looking after all of you beautiful morons. But the relationship stays strong. That whenever we meet, it's like we just met yesterday. We communicate on WhatsApp, on phone calls. We are always in touch. So what happens as a network grows bigger, Leaders uplines become more arrogant. They become less contactable. They become actually they become less human. See, I want you to see me as your upline. Fantastic. As chief, as your grand upline. Love me, respect me, listen to me, all that is fine. But I'm still human. I'm just like you. Alright? I'm ahead in the journey, but you on the same journey. We are the same. That our relatability is the biggest strength of network marketing. I don't want you to see me like I'm Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan. You understand? And you just want to take a photo with me. That's never been my intent. I want you to see me as somebody you can relate to, Somebody you can follow. Somebody you can relate to. Like a brother, like an upline, like a friend. And that is something I learned from Datu Sri Vijay. That no matter what happens, as busy as you are focusing on, max out, pushing your organization and creating a fantastic system, creating a fantastic system which is calling me right now, you need to maintain the relationships. That no matter how busy you are doing presentations, no matter how busy you are pushing everyone to achieve their goals, which is necessary in network marketing. In between that you got to sit down and talk human to human. Because it mustn't reach a point where your downlines feel they cannot talk to you. It mustn't reach a point where your downlines sit next to you and they are uncomfortable. That they speak from their mouth but their heart is closed. That I believe in network marketing. The power of network marketing is powerful relationships. The power of network marketing is to maintain those relationships and not change who you are. Now I know it contradicts that we say in network marketing you must grow, you must change, you must evolve. I think all that is true. Your presentation, the way you do, training, your confidence, your dressing, your success, your Mercedes, your BMW, your Rolex, your Audemars Piguet watch, all that is necessary. But your core of you must not change. Because if you remember when you started network marketing, it was so much fun, guys. We used to sit down, eat together, chill together, talk about our dreams. Our families were connected. We knew each other's wives, husbands, children. All right, That I believe the concept must be maintained. That way, no matter how big your organization grows, you as a networker, you as an upline must always be relatable. People must be able to connect with you. And you mustn't shut them out and only connect with them. On network marketing, you must be able to make this relationship like family. Because think about it. All your downlines, all your leaders, all your doctors, your direct referrals, your inner circle, you spend more time with them than anyone else. All right, we always say network marketing is a business. Yes, the comp plan, the product max out, financial freedom. All of this is business. But ultimately what is network marketing? Network marketing is thousands of relationships, millions of friendships. All right, Trespass, Love, loyalty, care. Being there for each other. Inside networking issues, outside non networking issues. It's about listening more than talking. It's about understanding what other people are going through and being there for them emotionally supporting them, holding their hands when necessary. And sometimes even Singh Kumbaya and I have watched how Datusree built his team, his organization. And I strongly believe in monkey see, monkey do that. No matter how successful I become, no matter how Big the V family becomes. We cannot lose the relationships. So this week, while you're focused on max out, while you're focused on BVs, while you're focused on achieving your goals, while you're pushing your organization, while you're running your system, alright? While you're making your calls, doing your system, small, large groups, whatever. Don't forget the power of the relationship. Don't become an arrogant prick, you understand? Don't become somebody others only see. Listen, respect. But don't love that your organization should be built on the foundation of relationships. And when your relationships are strong enough, like what Dato Sri has with us, if your relationship with each other is strong, people will never switch off. People will never drop out. People will never run away when there's a challenge or obstacle. Because you don't leave family, alright? You don't give up on a relationship just because there's pain. Just because times are tough. That our friendships are. Are stronger today than it's ever been. Because we put some effort into managing that relationship. So this week, this Wednesday message is about building relationships. All right? Reviving old relationships. Caring again. Showing people that beyond the bv, beyond the commission check, beyond growth and achieving goals. All right? The foundation is care. Love. The power of that relationship. That I believe I will grow old with all of you. I believe that one day when I have children, they will know all of you, alright? I believe that the relationships I have with the V partners, the AVPs, the V councils, the In Service Brotherhood, this is not relationships only now. These are relationships I pray will last a lifetime. And if you build your organization on the power of relationships, genuine care. That you're not chasing the guy for BV so your checks go up. You are pushing him so his dreams become a reality. Because you want him to succeed. And he must feel it. He must understand that. So this Wednesday message is something I want to share with you guys. Because I built my organization, I built the whole global organization with this great lesson from Datu Sri Vijay that nothing is more powerful than a strong relationship. People will max out because of love. People will never switch off if they feel you care. People will never leave your organization if that organization is a family. So this week, all right. Pick up the phone. Call some of your key leaders. Cook for them at home. Alright? Sit down. Laugh. Okay? Smile. Ask them how their family is. Ask them how they are. Give somebody a hug. It means so much. And we are sitting next to all your downlines watching this amazing Wednesday message with chief together. Give everyone a hug that we are not building a short term business. We are building a business that's going to last a lifetime. And if this is going to last a lifetime, which I believe it will, then we should grow, build and succeed as a family, not as individuals. That is no use rising alone, rise together. This is what Datusree always taught me. So I just want to reaffirm my love to all of you that I do care. That I don't do this because I'm chief. I don't do this because I'm MD of the VOV Partner. All those titles mean nothing, alright? I'm doing this because I care. I love you guys, alright? And I will never give up on you. And I hope that one day I'll be able to travel the world. I always ask Datu Sri, let me just travel around the world, sit down, eat with you and foster powerful relationships that will overcome any challenge that will last the test of time. You see, BV and money is very powerful. But nothing is as powerful as a relationship built on trust, love, care. This is what you should focus on this week. So pick up the phone, call your organization home, don't lock your door and only allow them to see you on stage. Let them connect with you. Build an organization like a family and I promise you it will last forever. I love you guys.
