Greetings my beautiful sexy V family all over the planet. This is your chief freezing his ass off in the United Kingdom in London. But right now, very warm and comfortable in the Saffron Suite in the Mayfair Hotel. As you know, watching social media the past four days we are here with 100 of our top leaders. Platinum Diamond. We partner the one and only Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran. Enjoying the city of London. We have done so many things. We went for Manchester City, Everton, we drew one all because they didn't allow me to play. If I played I would have scored the two penalties and become 3:1. And then we've been chilling, eating, river cruise, spending time. It's just been an unbelievable experience. And I attended and spoke at the NSS in London with 450 crazy British unbelievable maniacs. Alright? And it's just been an unbelievable few days in London. And right after this I'm coming to Dubai to the warmer climate to do NSS Dubai with 2000 crazy maniacs. So if you're not at NSS Dubai, you are officially a moron. Alright? So wherever you are in the world, come to Dubai to see me live on stage. But guys, the past few days spending time with some of my most amazing downlines from all over the world. The warriors of Dato Sri BJ in Japa, I realized one thing. That we are not just a company. That qnet is projected all around the world as the fastest growing network marketing company. As the most unbelievable opportunity in the industry of network marketing. But what I experienced the last four days is simply three words. Loyalty, love and service. What I experienced the last three days is that we are not a company but we are truly a family. That this four Days Achievers Club getaway in London felt to me completely like a family reunion. Alright? And this is why we have been around for 18 years. And this is why we'll be around for another 18 years. And this is why we are a network marketing company. But we are proud to be different from the rest of them. And you guys don't just belong to qnet in the V, you belong to the family of Dato Sri Vijay and Japras Bismarck. Alright? And we're always going to be there for you no matter what. And I got a chance to go up on stage as the final speaker at the nss. And I spoke to my London downlines or the UK downlines. And some people came from Europe, even Bulgaria was there. And I realized one thing, that you guys as usual have taken a beautiful simple concept called network marketing. And you have gone and complicated the hell out of it. And today if you look at qnet and look at you building your organization, you have so many messages going to your downlines, you have so many strategies, techniques that you have implemented in your system which has led to your organization almost being confused. And that's a dangerous point. I've always said that network marketing is simple. Don't complicate it. When I spoke to the 450 people in London, I realized that every single one of them, they have a dream, they know where they want to go, alright? And they're all willing to pay the price. They're amazing warriors. But everyone had a different benchmark, everyone had a different goal, everyone had a different understanding of what is normal that they are supposed to do. Because you see, it takes somebody to be extraordinary to believe in network marketing. But you don't have to be extraordinary to max out that everyone believes that. You got to be Superman, you understand? You got to be an amazing, unbelievable person which is so rare, like a blue moon or something like that to be able to max out. Guys, normal people are maxing out every single day in qnet, alright? Because they simplified this business. So I want to take you back to the basics. Now in the early days from 1998 until I sort of semi retired from active networking and focused on fulfilling the vision of Datusri and japa, I had a simple way of looking at network marketing. First is the eight basic building blocks. Now if you have not watched the eight basic building blocks, you belong to a wrong company. And accidentally watching the Wednesday message, it is the official foundation video for everyone to watch in our organization today around the world. Now from the eight basic building blocks, it has evolved and grown, alright? Because qnet has grown as a company, we got more products, all right? Different aspects of the comp plan for you to earn. But the basics are the basics are the basics. It never changes. So I built this organization, all the V partners built it with me over 18 years based on some simple philosophies. And I'm going to take you back right down memory lane or blast from the past where we built. Now the first rule I always practice in network marketing, the minute the person signs up, alright? 3,000 BV, 5,000 BB, 7,000 BB, whatever the person signs up, his belief, his passion, his commitment is actually at the highest point because he has separated himself from the money. He's already put the money in, alright? He has bought the product. Now he is committed whether he likes it or not. It's like manage Guys, once you say I do alright, you're no longer single. The ring is still here. You understand? Alright? And what happens at that point? You guys do not know how to handle this new sign up. You start overloading the guy, trying to get him to get a PhD in network marketing, you throw videos at him, you give your own opinion, your own philosophies, and the guy now suddenly gets confused. Am I here to make money or learn about this industry? So when the guy just signs up, I have always believed that within 48 hours he should get two directs. It's called Act 48, activate in 48 hours. This has been my mantra from day one. And many of you have forgotten this. That strike when the iron is hot. Because every moron on the planet, whether you are in Papua New Guinea, India, Algeria, Cote d', Ivoire, Malaysia, Indonesia, uk, Iceland, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, you understand? Kurdistan, Turkey, wherever you are, Kazakhstan, Georgia is the same. Every moron on the planet who has signed up with QNET has two people who will say yes. Like that, alright? And that's how you activate in 48 hours that within 48 hours you should take your hot list, alright? And immediately sign up to people. That should be the benchmark, that should be the standard in your organization. Now in the beginning everyone is going to say, oh, isn't it too difficult? Am I too new? Do I need to learn how to do the presentation? Do I have to improve myself before I do it? No, just go there and get your two, right? I got 22 in 48 hours, you understand? So you better get two. And you don't have to be an expert in our comp plan. You don't have to be an expert in network marketing to get your first two to activate, alright? In 48 hours, any Tom, Dick and Sally with a dream who has already signed up must find two in 48 hours. That was my first mantra, alright? My first benchmark in my organization until today is Act 48. It is not extraordinary. It is normal that everyone should be able to do this. So if you're watching this video, re evaluate your system, counsel your upline and ask them. Chief said on Wednesday message that we should activate in 48 hours. Should we implement it? And your upline should say yes, because I am saying yes as the grand upline of the whole world. Are you guys with me? So activate in 48 hours. That's what you should follow. That's the first benchmark. So for those of you who have forgotten or your system around the world does not have this rule of Act 48, talk to your appliance, counsel your appliance and start implementing it. Okay? Now the second benchmark, which has been modified over 18 years. And today I say presentacion. Presentacion, Presentation. I think it's an easier message to cross over every organizational system. But let me tell you one thing, guys. When I started, I founded this concept which I learned from some of the greatest networkers in the world, called Rule 3. Rule 3 was launched in 2007 at VCon Jakarta. And I went on a world tour to 40 cities in 30 days with all the VPartners. And at that time, we saw a leap for QNET across the planet with a simple mantra, a simple benchmark called Rule 3. What is Rule 3? Rule 3 is a minimum of 15 presentations a month. Now if you're looking at me and saying, oh Chief, I do more than 15 presentations a month. Bull sugar. Alright? It's not about you. It's about your whole organization. I have gone everywhere on the planet and asked every moron of yours how many presentations they do in a month. Average. 3, 4, 5, 5. The guy already think he won a gold medal in the Olympics, you understand? So wake up and smell the bloody coffee, alright? Not everyone is doing 20 like you. If you're doing 20, I'm clapping for you. Smile. Alright? But I want everyone to have a benchmark. So I created this benchmark called 15 presentations minimum a month. You want to do 50, you want to do 100amonth. Congratulations. I will tell Dato Sri to remove Gandhi's picture from my office and put your picture in my office. Alright? But the key is consistency. Not a one month wonder, you understand? Not a one hit wonder. It's about consistency. And consistency comes from a benchmark. It comes from a consistent message from the uplines. It comes from a consistent message trickling down your whole organization. And that is rule three. A minimum of 15 presentations a month. In the beginning, everyone is going to be confused. Should we do this? Should we not? But if you keep repeating this mantra, alright, for six months, it becomes a culture in your organization. Everyone who signs up says that 15 presentations a month, which is about four presentations a week, is normal. The minute it becomes normal, everyone does it. It's not a miracle. No. Don't throw flowers on the guy who does 15 presentations a month. Rule 3, it should be normal. Because four presentations a week is normal. One on Monday. Tuesday, sing Kumbaya with your mother in law. Wednesday, do one more. Thursday, go and do whatever you want to do. Friday, attend system. Saturday, do two More done. Four. A week. One month. Sixteen. You've crossed rule three. But it must be a message. It must be a consistent mantra, alright? And that's how we built this organization worldwide. That's how I maxed out. That's how everyone else maxed out. Two simple benchmarks in our organization. Act 48, normal. Alright? Benchmark. And Rule 3. Minimum of 15 presentations a month, alright? A must, a normal must. Just go with the flow. Complete 15. And it's the only way you can evaluate your downlines. You can ask the guy how many he has done. And he said, today I did three. Good or bad? I don't know. Without a benchmark, what is good, what is bad? Nobody knows. You can't run 100 meters race in the Olympics without a finish line, guys. You understand? Now when do you stop running? Alright? When do you slow down? When do you realize you have won? So these two benchmarks is a standard in your organization. Act 48, new sign up. Activate in 48 hours. Alright? And it must be monkey see, monkey do. Not monkey talk. And the other Monkey talk. Two monkeys talk. Everyone's in Kumbaya and nobody does jack. You understand? So it must be monkey see, monkey do. So you cannot preach Act 48 unless you do Act 48, alright? And you have to do it constantly to remind your downlines that it is possible. Then Rule three. I don't care if you are we partner. Max out. King. Max out. Queen President. Son or daughter, I don't care. The rule applies to everyone from the top to the last man or woman standing. Rule three. Monkey see, monkey do. That's the only way it works. So with these two mantras, these two benchmarks re implemented into your organization consistently. I promise you that max out will happen. I promise you that momentum will grow. I guarantee you that BVs will rise and checks will rise in your whole organization. So guys, this is your chief. Drinking the most amazing water on the planet. Coming soon to qnect. Alright? Don't drink any other water after we launch this product, alright? I love you guys. And my vision for the next two months of 2016 is for us to raise the bar higher. Is for us to prove them wrong. Keep it simple. Alright? Eight basic building blocks. Act 48, Rule 3 put together. And welcome to the world of financial freedom. I love you guys.
