Greetings my unbelievable sexy V family all over the planet. This is once again your gorgeous chief. Just came back after spending three days in Bali, guys. It was a life changing experience for me to meet the king of the kingdom of Singaraja to receive an award of recognition for contribution to the Indonesian economy and the Indonesian people. It was a spiritual experience. I was in this amazing palace, a traditional Balinese palace, alright, And I was there. And when I received the award from the king, I recognised one fact that I proudly stood there. Not for Padman Senathiraja, not as chief. I stood there as the humble student of Dato Sri Vijay Ishwar that without his guidance for the past 18 years, not a single king on this planet would ever give this moron an award. I stood there representing all of you. I stood there representing the V partners, the people who made me into who I am today. And I received that award in the name of Vijay Ishwaran. That he is the reason of who I am today. And I want all of you to know that award didn't mean anything. Receiving that award to me. Firstly, if my mother was still alive, she would be so proud. Secondly, receiving that award made me realize that 18 years of paying the price was worth it. Every single night, every single day without food, every single presentation, every single vikon. And to be recognized by such a regal royal family of Indonesia, a traditional royal family of Indonesia was a great experience for me. And I just want you to know that I appreciate all of you guys. Thank you for making me into the Patman Senati Raja I am today. So I love you guys. And last night when I landed, I immediately went and met a group of warriors from India who came to spend a couple of days with me. And I spoke to them last night in the hotel lobby about a topic which I believe is fundamentally important that I share with you today at the closing of 2016. And the topic is belief. A lot of people don't understand this word, belief. When I tell you to believe in the company, to believe in the founders Dato Sri Vijay and Japaras Bismar, to believe in your dreams, it is not a motivational talk, it's not a marketing spiel. Is I believe in the power of belief that if you analyze your life today, from the time you were born until today, your life achievements has not been built on strategy, on intelligence. It has not been built on your knowledge. You have acquired in school or university every great thing you have achieved, whether in love, in life, in financial success, in any achievement. It has been the Power of belief that has pushed you to that achievement. That the power of belief is not easily defined. It is so subjective. And I always tell people that we believe in God, alright? That all around the world people have absolute, unconditional belief in God and all of them have not seen God, have not seen him physically stand in front of you. That sometimes belief only exists when there is no proof. When there's already proof, then it becomes factual and is no longer based on true belief. Now today all of you signed up in qnet and you signed up because you believed in that person who brought you into the business. You believed in the company after you came to VCon or ISB or met the founders or met me. You believed after earning a check. You believed after your dream became a reality. But along this journey, from the time you begin until you reach true financial freedom, your belief is going to be tested. Your belief is going to be hammered by people around you, by the environment, by the media, by Google, by rumors, by absolute bullshit opinions of morons who are going to attack your belief. And the funny thing about belief, it will reduce without you realizing. Because we are networkers. We are trained to project ourselves as warriors without fear. We are trained to project ourselves with full of confidence all the time. But what you fail to realize, that that confidence is not real unless it's backed up by absolute belief in what you do and who you are and your organization. All your downlines over the years when you have built this organization, it is not a transfer of knowledge, it is not a transfer of motivation, it is not a transfer of energy, it is not a transfer of passion that has helped you build your organization into the size it is today. The only thing you have effectively transferred to your organization, to your downlines, all the way in your organization that you have transferred belief. Because with belief alone we can move mountains. And with belief alone we can survive and overcome any challenges. Now the first question I put forward to you tonight when I'm making this Wednesday video and you're watching it on Wednesday, do you still believe in yourself? That is the most important question. See, I believe in myself. I believe that I can do whatever I set my mind to. I believe that I'm doing something right. I believe 100% that I belong to a great industry and, and the greatest company. And my belief is internal. And that belief keeps me sane. Because without that internal belief in yourself, you can never do anything effectively. You cannot go on stage and do training. You cannot do a one on one presentation and complete rule three. You cannot close A tough prospect that prospects don't say yes because of the product and the plan. They say yes because they see it in your eyes. And they see the absolute, unconditional belief in you. And belief is transferred to them. And that is when they say yes. That your belief in yourself must be absolute. You cannot have conditions. You cannot believe in yourself on Monday and lose faith on Tuesday. You cannot believe in yourself when your checks are high and lose belief when your checks are low. Belief has no up and down. Belief is at the highest level and it should stay there all the time. And when you start to believe in yourself, you are unstoppable. You can conquer the world and no challenge can stop you or slow you down. And that belief must be contagious. It must shine from you that you watch my Wednesday message every day. Some of you don't even remember what I say. Some of you just look at my face and listen to my voice. And you can feel the power of my belief. And that belief is transferred to you and carries you until the next Wednesday. Now, you need to answer this question. Do you believe in yourself 100%, without doubt that you made the right decision? That you are pushing yourself to the max? That you have the most powerful dream that you're willing to die for and fight for? You have to believe in yourself. That max out will only happen with belief. It cannot happen with strategy. That I have seen nobodies become somebodies purely because they believe in themselves. I have seen people struggling at 250 checks every week and today maxing out every week as a max out king or queen simply based on one concept, that they believe themselves. The second question. Do you believe in what you do? I'm not talking about networking. Do you believe in this choice you have made in your life? That today you are a networker, you're no longer an employed slave. That you are free and your sole purpose of existence is to help other people achieve freedom. That you will have to pay the biggest price every single day. That. Do you believe in what you do as a networker? Do you believe in every presentation, every training, every Vsell, every vcon, every ISB that you attend? Do you believe in what you do? Now, you cannot be a powerful networker if you don't believe in what you do. I'll give you an example. There are doctors who believe in what they do, and there are doctors who don't. I only go to the doctors who believe in what they do. They believe that what they're doing is saving lives, making a difference in this world, they're not doing it just because they got a medical degree and they have to practice medicine because they can't do anything else. And they're doing it for the money only. So I need you to believe in what you do that you are a networker. A profession that is going to revolutionize the world. A profession that I am damn proud of being part of. A profession that Dato Sri Vijay and Japara's Bismarck represent today to the world. That as much as people criticize us and attack the industry, I don't give a shit. Because I know who we are. I know that today the most respected profession, the most respected modality of changing lives and making a difference on this screwed up planet is by being a networker. And the future will prove this. That in the next 10 years, trust me, our profession will be the most respected profession on this planet. That people will fight to be recognized as a networker. But you got to believe in what you do. You got to believe that we are not only getting people to make money, but we're getting them to change their lives and become better at what they do and become better individuals. Every single one I met at VCon, at ISB, at the VLC. All right, think about it. They have become better individuals. So you got to believe in what you do. And then the third belief is belief in the company, the organization. In your uplines. You cannot belong to a family if you don't believe in your mother and father. You cannot belong in an organization in our industry if you don't believe in the uplines like Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck. And belief cannot come with conditions. You either believe or you don't. And right now you belong to QNET. You belong to the V2 of the greatest organizations in this whole industry of network marketing and our parents, Dato Srivij and Japaras Bismarck. You have to ask yourself, do you truly believe in us? Do you truly believe in me? If you don't, you cannot exist in this organization. You cannot succeed. You cannot max out that the power of belief is the only power that you truly require. Not the power of being an upline, not the power of being a V ambassador. Not about titles and recognition. It's the power of belief. And when you have confidently acquired the power of belief, your duty as an upline, your duty as a networker is to constantly transfer this belief to your people. Now, Dato Sri Vijay doesn't keep me around only because of my good looks. He doesn't keep me around Because I'm a great networker, because I don't think I'm the greatest networker. He keeps me around because I have this ability, thanks to God, thanks to my mum, thanks to Datu Sri, of transferring belief to others. And I want you to do the same. Because all your downlines, every single day, going out there, doing the business, facing the challenges, their beliefs are attacked and some of them lose belief very fast. And your job is to be the source of energy, of belief and constantly transfer this belief to your organization. That 18 years we built the most powerful network marketing organization based on the power of belief. So you need to believe in qnet, you need to believe in the voice, you need to believe in your uplines. And if you don't find another upline above that that you believe in, you have to believe in me. Because I am your upline. You got to believe in the founders, my uplines, Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck. You have to find that belief. You have to find something in us that you can believe in. And then I promise you, you will max out. And along your journey, your belief is going to be tested. Your belief is going to be hammered by the people closest to you, by organizations around us, by everyone. And if your power of belief is not strong, you will still continue networking. But you will not see results without absolute unconditional belief. So this Wednesday message, I want to remind you that the true duty of a networker is to transfer belief to your people, alright? And when they lose belief, to re instill that belief, to re energize your organization just with one simple thing, belief. And you cannot transfer something you don't have within yourself. I cannot do this Wednesday message for 190 weeks if I don't have absolute belief in who I am, in what I do, in this organization, in this company, in this industry, and especially in the two great ones, Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck. So whoever you are, wherever you are around the world, ask yourself the three questions. Do you believe in yourself? Do you believe in what we do? Do you believe in the company, in your uplines, in the founders? And if these three answers are yes, in the next few months, I promise you, you will max out. So all you need is the power of belief and we will change the world. We will prove them wrong. And the power of belief can perform miracles every single step of your journey to financial freedom. Guys, I believe you need to believe. And belief is not Monday, Tuesday and not on Wednesday and on Thursday. Belief is consistent. Belief is absolute. Belief is unconditional.
