Greetings to all my beautiful brothers and sisters who attended VCon Malaysia 2013 Rhythm Nation. As I promised you, every Wednesday when you log on to VTube plus, you will be able to see this gorgeous face talking and reminding you of Vicon. Now, this is my third or fourth video. I'm not sure, alright? But my message for this video is once again, the energy, alright? Because I realized that after VCon, after two or three weeks you have gone back home and your energy levels may sort of come down like a battery, you know, like your Nokia phone or your BlackBerry or your iPhone. See, I'm endorsing products, okay? Every time you keep using it, the battery comes down and you have to recharge it. Now I always see VCON as a giant mobile phone charger. And all of you guys are like mobile phones, different brands, okay? And you come to Vcon and you get charged up and your energy level is unbelievable, all right? And you go back to your country and you are like a maniac, shouting, screaming, singing and showing the plan to everyone. So right now your energy levels may be different from the time you came to Vcon. Now how do you get your energy level up again? It's very simple. Ultimately, my energy level is high all the time. All the time. Guys, you know this, alright? Why? Because it's a simple decision I make. Because you must understand this. You are today a networker. You are an upline. I don't care whether you got two downlines or 20,000 downlines. You're always an upline and you're always a downline, okay? Now as an upline, you have an organization under you and that organization looks at you and you become the source of energy for them, alright? You have to become the best mobile phone charger for them, alright? And this requires you to make the decision that as upline, you got to keep your energy up. Now, Dato Sri Vijay Ishwar, my upline and mentor, always told me, padman, your passion and your energy will decide your weekly check. I never understood it, alright? As usual, Dato Sri, as my upline gives me all these very confusing advice which I have to analyze and then come to a conclusion. But I realized how true it is. So for 15 years I made a decision to keep my energy high, alright? You will never know if I have a bad day, you will never know whether my cat died and you will never know if I am feeling any pain or sickness. Because I am your upline. And as an upline, it is my duty to keep my energy high. So it can be duplicated and transferred to all of you. And you have to do the same thing because your downlines are looking at you and saying, okay, I need energy. Give me some energy, all right? And you have to give that energy. Now remember how you felt at Vicon? It was unbelievable. You didn't sleep, you didn't eat properly, you didn't even go to the toilet properly for many reasons, alright? But you were wide awake 1:30 in the morning, you were switched on like a maniac listening to Dato and Japa. Alright? Now why? Because you made that decision. The five days in VCon, you're going to be switched on. You're going to be energized, you're going to be unbelievable. Now, it doesn't need to only happen at Vcon. It can happen while you're at home. It can happen while you're having chai in a restaurant. It can happen while you're in the car. It can happen while you're talking to your downlines or doing a training. Having that passion and energy like Vcon is a decision. And you have to make that decision every morning when you wake up. When I wake up in the morning or afternoon, because I'm financially free, I'm allowed to wake up whenever I want. When I wake up, I say, today is going to be a great day. And from the first phone call I answer, I'm on high energy. I can be fast asleep and you call me and I'm going to say, yes, Good morning. What's up? Unbelievable. Even though I'm fast asleep, it's a conscious decision. And what is network marketing about? Network marketing is about energy. It's about positive aura. It's about raising the bar higher. It's about being crazy. Like how you were Vicon. I saw you guys, some of you never danced in your life. And Vikon, you were doing all kinds of dances and totally losing it. Like you're mentally unstable. But that's how you become rich. That's how you become financially free. That's how you become an unbelievable upline, by making that conscious decision making, knowing that people depend on your energy. So you don't have a choice. You don't have a choice. You got to be switched on, you got to be passionate, you got to be 100% every single day because there are thousands of people who depend on your energy, who look at you for inspiration. So right now you are in a position that you attended Vcon, so the expectation from you is higher. Now if your energy is low and sometimes you come Back at night, you feel tired. Very simple. Print a small photograph of Patman Senati Raja and stick it in your car or in your wallet or in your bathroom. So every time you feel low energy, look at me and I guarantee your energy will go up. Raise the bar higher. So all of you who attended Vcon, don't lose that energy. Keep that energy switched on. Remember your dream. Remember that you found your dream at VCon. Remember the three most important things. Presentacion. Presentacion. Presentacion. And you already found two. You are always finding two. But now it's a planner day. But everything you do, you have a choice. Do it low energy. Do it high energy. And that's the decision you have to make. And to me, high energy is the only way to go. Passion is the only way to go. And passion and energy is contagious. When you come and spend a day with me, you become crazy like me. Alright? So when your downline spends time with you, the same thing should happen. You must become the Most powerful Nokia, BlackBerry, iPhone, Samsung charger on the planet where you charge up your network every single day. You have a choice. Do things with passion, do things without passion. And it's proven that passion works. Passion works. Alright, so to my VCon participants, 2013. I truly miss you guys. But the best thing you can do right now is show me that you are the best Vcon participants we ever had. Raise the bar higher. Your checks. Raise the bar higher. A plan a day. Raise the bar higher. Your passion and energy must be exactly like Vcon every single day this year. Alright guys, so remember this. Vcon is not over. Vcon must keep happening here and must keep happening here. Remember every day like it was just yesterday. And you will become the most powerful networkers we have ever seen in the V. So this is your gorgeous chief saying, I miss you guys. And truly, truly keep VCON alive within you. Keep Vcon alive in your organization. And raise the bar higher.
