Hattaiwat Pusanti delivers a motivational message about network marketing, arguing the business is not inherently harder than traditional employment and stressing the importance of distinguishing challenges that are out of your control (e.g., floods, media attacks) from those fully in your control (personal activity, team growth, weekly earnings). He urges leaders to avoid amplifying negative events and to focus energy on actionable, controllable tasks to drive success within QNET.

But I'm here today to talk about network marketing. Okay? And today I want to talk about challenges. So the word challenges. Or challenge, what is it? This is something people don't understand. Firstly, if anyone who showed you the plan told you it was going to be easy, he was telling the truth. Because this business is easy. Depends how you look at it. Are you guys with me? Because I think it's harder to stay poor. It's harder to go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home for 40 years, be broke. So doing something different from that. Nothing is more difficult than working for 40 years of your life and being broke and practically hating it every day you go to work. What could be more difficult? That's the difference. So when people say network marketing is difficult, what do they mean? Why is it difficult in the perception? Because a lot of your downlines have quit. A lot of you are hanging in there, but not exactly having a walk in the park. But my question to these people, is life easier than network marketing? Is having a job easier than network marketing? Because people look at network marketing without the right mindset. First let me explain one thing to you. Network marketing, like any other business on the planet, has challenges. Has challenges. You got two types of challenges, right? Challenges are divided to two. Number one, not in your control. Alright? Not in your control. That means if tomorrow there is floods in Mumbai and all your BPs get cancelled and that week your BV is low, what, what are you going to do about it? Go into depression? Quit the business? No, it's not in your control. I would take a boat, all right? And sign up people on the streets of Mumbai while rowing the boat if necessary. If tomorrow the newspaper article comes out condemning network marketing, all right, or even attacking QNET as a name, which happens sometimes in some countries, okay? Very rarely, but it happens. Is it within your control? You are the newspaper editor. Your father owns a newspaper. Is your father a prime minister? The president of a country? So is it within your control or not? So if something is not within your control, can you change it? Can you change it? The only thing you can control is your reaction to it. It's your reaction to it. So whenever I hear any negative thing about qnet or network marketing, I don't care, I don't react. Now imagine if I am your leader. This is my network here, okay? This block newspaper. And I run into the meeting, oh my God, guys, it's how you gonna react worse, correct? It started with me. I reacted negatively. You react negatively. Right. But my negativity may be controlled by the time the reaction reaches the last row. What is the story? What is the story? Go on. Go and hide under your bed. You understand? Not climb the highest building in Mumbai. Play the song. I believe so most of the time challenges are made to look much bigger by you. So who is the biggest culprit to amplify challenges? Who? Who? Who? You guys. You guys are the greatest people to spread good news. Correct or not? New product launch very fast. Your great grandmother will find out about it. All right? But bad news, your great grandmother's third cousin in China will know about it. Yes or no? So every country, when we hear anything negative, you know who makes it worse? Who makes it worse? Who makes it worse? Who makes it worse? Who makes it worse? Because you're morons, Right? You don't want to be accountable. So what you do? You talk about challenges which is not in your control. And you make it into a big mountain. You are guilty. Now there is another set of challenges which is 100% in your control. Yes or no? What is that example? Success. Success is hundred percent in your control. But do you talk about it every day? Do you look at your checks every week? Do you ask yourself, what's my check next week? Right. Difficult question to ask. You know, you rather talk about the Mumbai floods. Are there floods in Mumbai? You rather talk about the summer. Oh, the summer is too hot in Dubai or Egypt, nobody can go for meetings. Or we talk about Ramadan, all right? Business is going to slow down, all right? Or we talk about Christmas. Everyone is in a celebration mode so we can produce higher results. So there's two types of challenges in network marketing. Number one, not in your control. Not in your control. What is not in my control? I don't spend sleepless nights thinking about it. I don't convene a meeting to talk about it. I rather focus on what is in my control. My checks, my bv, the growth of my organization, the checks of my downline that I must talk about. Because who is in control of that? Who is in control of that? Who is in control of that? You are in control of that, right? You are absolutely 100% in control of your own success in QNET. You cannot blame anyone, right? You cannot point fingers and say I should be financially free. But because my downlines are morons, all right, I am not financially free. Can you say that? Can you say that? So my question to you is, are there challenges in network marketing? Yes or no? Yes. Are there challenges in network marketing? Yes. Some are out of your control. Some are in your control. Should you waste time on challenges which are out of your control? You should focus on the challenges that are in your control.
