Guys, it's me, your chief. All right, recording the Wednesday message. But I'm recording it on Valentine's Day, so happy Valentine's Day. You'll be getting this wish five days later than Valentine's Day, okay? Alright. It's Valentine's Day and I'm in the office because I love the V and I love you guys. And I wouldn't know what to do anyway on Valentine's Day, okay? But it's been exciting. I just finished a trip to Indonesia. I was in Bali in a beautiful resort doing WhatsApp. That's my version of holiday, okay? And then I went to Jakarta for press conference of a movie we are supporting called Dream, the movie by a very famous director called Damien Dimatra. Okay? And QNET is supporting the movie and promoting it in Indonesia. And then I'm back in kl. I landed yesterday, today went to see my doctor to get thumbs up that I will live insha' Allah for 100 more years. And I've been in the office ever since. And now I'm recording the Wednesday message. Now the long awaited mystery has been resolved. Alright? So firstly I was thinking, what will be my message this year? Last year was raise the bar higher. Then I spoke about yolo. Alright? You only live once. Then a lot of people gave their opinions that YOLO is now old, all right? Teenagers don't use it anymore. No one uses it anymore. I disagree with them, but I got to listen to them. And finally, while I was in Bali in a beautiful five star resort in my villa, alright? Realize that what do I want to achieve this year for you and for the V, alright? And I came with three words and that will be our tagline this year, alright? For me, chief, at least, okay? It's very simple. This year I want us, you and me, to be bigger, to be stronger and to be louder, right? So bigger, stronger, louder, alright? So at VCon, we'll say the V. The V, the V. Bigger, stronger, louder. That's the final, final, final thing. I love it because all these three words truly define me as a person, alright? How I look at life, how I look at the business, how I look at my goals, how I look at you as my family. All right? Now bigger. What does bigger means? Bigger means everything you do this year has to be bigger, all right? Your BVs have to be bigger. Your organization has to be bigger. The number of people coming to your events have to be bigger. The number of people from your team coming To VCon Malaysia 2014 must be bigger, all right? Your House must become bigger. Your car must be bigger by financial price. Because if you buy a Ferrari, it's smaller than a Mercedes, but it's bigger. All right? I hope you understand it. Your watches must be bigger. All right? Like this beautiful Rolex here. Okay? All right? And everything must be bigger. Your dreams must become bigger. All right? The way you look at the world must become bigger. The way you believe in QNET and our visionary founders, Dato Sri Vijay Eshwaran and Japadas Bismarck must be bigger. All right? Everything bigger, Bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger. So that's the first one. Secondly, you must become stronger from every aspect. Your system must be stronger. It must be more effective. It must produce more results. All right? You as an individual, you and me as individuals must become stronger. That means we face a challenge in India or Kazakhstan or Saudi or anywhere in the world. It does not break us. It will make us stronger. All right? That every challenge we face, we will overcome it and we will become stronger. All right? Your attitude must become stronger. You must become a stronger upline. You must become a stronger downline. You must become a stronger mom and dad. All right? You must be a stronger citizen of your country. You must just be stronger physically. You must become stronger. Do 10 push ups before you sleep every night or run around in circles, okay? While doing mauna or writing down your goals. You understand, right? You must become stronger this year. Because I realized that a lot of networkers start strong and then they become weaker. They become wimps. They don't become warriors. You must become the strongest warrior there is. Your presentation must become stronger. Your fine two must become stronger. Your rule three must become stronger. Every aspect of your journey with us just become stronger. So bigger, stronger. And the third one, my favourite is louder. When I mean louder, I don't mean your voice only. Including your voice, I believe that quiet people are not very successful. Alright? When you walk into a room, when you walk into a hotel lobby, when you walk into your meeting, you must mesmerize people. Everyone must look and say, wow, who's that guy? I want to be part of his organization. I just want to know him. I just want to shake his hand. So your Persona must be louder, all right? Your dressing must be louder. If you never use a suit, start using a suit. Alright? Now don't use a purple suit just to be loud in color. Use a classy suit. Alright? Okay. Your events must be louder. The energy in your events must reach heights you have never seen or felt before. Everything about you and your journey just become louder. And that's what we want. So bigger, Stronger, louder. That's 2014. The V is going to be bigger, stronger and louder. You are going to be bigger, stronger and louder. Your organization is going to be bigger, stronger and louder. Your dreams are going to be bigger, stronger and louder, all right? Your life is going to be bigger, stronger and louder. All right? And this is what the tagline is going to be.
