Chief's Wednesday Message 047

Guys, this is your chief sitting here in my beautiful hotel in Dubai, uae. I came here to see some old friends and of course, meet the network. Last night we had an unbelievable training for the Go for Gold promo in UAE with all our leaders and those who have qualified for gold. There were hundreds of people there. Okay? Now this is my Wednesday message. And the Wednesday message has been something that you guys have been looking forward to. I'm very happy with the support that you guys have given this Wednesday message. Just to let you know, this Wednesday message discipline has truly, you know, made my life bigger, stronger and louder. Because I got to figure out how to record it in whichever part of the world I am, okay? And Dubai, I've got good friends here who bring their cameras to record me, alright? But some other parts of the world, sometimes I think I miss one Wednesday message and we upload some of the older videos of mine where I still look gorgeous, alright? So that you can watch it. But bottom line, okay, it's really something I look forward to because I think of a lot of things, okay? All right. Contrary to popular belief, this is just not good looks. There's a little bit of activity here also, and I think a lot of things. And I was talking a lot to a lot of people over the past few days in uae and I realized one thing. I realized as I was talking to the UAE leaders yesterday about the culture that in network marketing, we create a culture. Your organization creates a culture that every group I've interacted with, every team I have seen, they all have their own cultures. Some organizations are highly professional, everyone in suit and ties, every meeting, all right? They walk straight, okay? They extremely represent the level of professionalism in network marketing. Then you got the crazy groups, the groups which are just noisy, psychotic, excited about everything, but not necessarily wears a suit, okay? Then you got the youth groups like me, young and youthful. These are young people whose passion and interest are something different. Then you've got the older, let's say, the more matured groups and they have a whole different feel and different passion in what they talk about. Then you got the dream makers or the dream builders. These are people who basically focus on talking about the Ferraris, the Porsches, all right? The villa in, you know, Jumeirah, or the villa in Spain. Then you got the cultures where they talk about Stability and education for kids, whatever it is, right? You need to belong or create a culture of your organization that every organization has to be unique and has to be attractive. All right? Like I mentioned in one of my Wednesday videos, but one thing I want to talk about in this Wednesday video is the attitude of positivity that networkers are humans. Most of us are humans, okay? All right. We are humans. So we have our own emotional roller coaster. We have our ups and we have our downs. We have our good days and we have our bad days. But in network marketing, you don't have the choice to be a normal human. You have to be unique. You have to be different. For example, there is no room for you to allow any form of negativity to exist in your organization. You know my philosophy. Two minutes of negativity a day. You usually when I'm forced to wake up early, that's two minutes of negativity. The rest of the day. I maintain a high level of positive energy, positive belief. I smile a lot, all right? Because I believe it helps you. But you need to create this culture that your organization doesn't allow bad days to exist, doesn't allow down times. It's always positive. Super switched on, alright? Consistently. And that's the key. I know organizations who are switched on on Monday, switched off on Tuesday, and then super switched on on Friday because it's closing day or Wednesday because there's a training and system. Now, if your organization is on, off, on off, on off, on off, on off, you will never be able to see the results you want to see. You will never be able to build an organization that is going to give you financial freedom. So the rule is your organization must be constantly switched on. Constantly switched on, never switching off. There is no switching off in network marketing. There's no switching off in qnet and the V. Alright? I have built this business now for 15 years. I'm the grand upline to the organization. And my upline is Datus Sri Vijayishwaran. The greatest upline you can ever have. But we never switch off. Dato Sri Vijay never switched off. After 15 years and having enough money to retire for 100 generations. He doesn't switch off because switching off is a negative attitude. Switching off can create the total negativity in your organization. Because think about it as an upline, as a V partner and grand upline to the organization. I am the source of energy, all right? I am the Nokia Charger. You understand? I am the source of energy for the whole organization. So I have to constantly Correct my attitude and not allow myself to be engrossed in negative politics or negative issues around the world. I don't even watch news. I don't watch cnn. I don't watch BBC. The only thing I watch is positive movies or National Geographic or History Channel. But I don't expose myself to any form of negativity. If I walk to a restaurant, I see some morons sitting down and they're talking about something negative, I walk away. If I'm at home and all my relatives are holding hands and singing Kumbaya and start talking about something negative, straight away, I switch off from that topic and I pick up the phone, call one of my downlines or one of the V ambassadors somewhere around the world and have a positive conversation. Now, the world will think you're crazy. The world will think you're faking it, but who cares? Who bloody cares when you are making 10, 15,000 US a week, do you care what the world thinks of you? So even if you're not making 10, 15,000 US a week, stop worrying about what the world thinks of you. Now, people think I'm crazy. The whole world is convinced that I'm taking a super drug which keeps me positive the whole day. I don't take any drugs, all right? Okay, QNET is my drug. The V is my drug. Financial freedom is my drug. You guys are my drugs, all right? Seeing you achieve your dreams keeps me switched on. But there are days when I have a bad day. There are days when I'm surrounded by too much negativity, but I make the conscious choice to remain positive and switched on, all right? Because I'm a source of energy for all of you beautiful morons out there, all right? So I don't have a choice. Now, the same way when you are in networking, when you are in upline or downline or belong to an organization, you don't have this choice anymore. You don't have the luxury of switching off. Because when you switch off, your directs, switch off, your indirects switch off, your whole organization switches off. If you switch off, people's checks will drop. BV will drop, all right? Negativity, all right? Will start influencing the organization simply because you switch off for one day or one hour even, all right? And the rule of network marketing is the upline is the center of the organization. Not only the position of being upline, but you're the center of the whole organization. And you are the source of energy for everyone to get the energy. So if you are switched off, what energy can you give? Nothing and then something happens without you realizing just by switching off for one day. There is a domino effect, a trickle down effect where it could affect somebody hundred levels down not to get a sign up, not to get the thousand BV or 7,000 BV or 13,000 BV, all right? It could switch off somebody hundred levels down without you even realizing. So I realized today that my attitude, my level of positivity and me being switched on all the time, all right, is a necessity for you guys to be able to sign up, all right? Your 21,000 bv, your 7,000 bv, your 13,000 bv people, all right? Because that is what an upline is supposed to do. The upline is a source of energy, a source of motivation, a source of positivity, consistently not for one day and the next day you can't even find your upline. All right? So this Wednesday video message is to ask you to do a check on your attitude, to review your attitude. Are you a positive person? I don't care. I don't care if your whole life you have been negative. I don't care if you are the most pessimistic, negative, doomsday person on the planet. But the minute you become an IR in qnet, the minute you have two downlines or one downline, you have to change your attitude. You got to be the most positive, energetic, exciting, unbelievable person there is in network marketing, alright? Because training is good, knowledge is good, our products are great. Qnet is the fastest growing, most unbelievable network marketing company on the planet. All of that without a positive, excited, switched on mindset means nothing. You want financial freedom? Stay positive. You want financial freedom. Never, never, never, never, never, never switch off. You want financial freedom? Stay away from negativity. You want financial freedom? Make sure that everything comes out from your mouth is motivational, exciting, positive and unbelievable, alright? And that's the attitude you must carry as a networker. Simple thing. Smiling, I see networkers who don't smile. I cannot understand why you don't smile. You belong to the most exciting business on the planet. You're going to be financially free one day and buy everything you dreamed about. Why are you not happy? Why are you not happy? There's a new song which is my favorite song. Last Wednesday video I played it. It's called Happy by Pharrell Williams. Play that song. Guys, watch the videos from every city around the world and you see people who are genuinely happy. Now, I believe that children are the only people capable of genuine happiness. Children and networkers, alright? Children and networkers. Children they are naturally like that. Networkers. You have to become like that to be able to raise your checks and raise your bv. So guys, make sure that your organization, your environment, your meetings, your trainings, everything you do with qnet and the V carries a positive, energetic, exciting, unbelievable, happy, energy mode attitude. And that's what networkers need, right? So somebody asked me, padman, how come you're happy all the time? Because I'm in a plane. Do you understand? It's not only about the money I made and the lifestyle I lead. Because I'm an upline. It is not a choice. It's a duty. It's a necessity. So right now, wherever you are watching this Wednesday video, from the moment you watch this video, make a positive decision that from now onwards. Positivity. Positivity. Positivity. Smile. Smile. Smile. Alright? And don't forget. Presentacion. Presentation. Presentation. The energy you carry to a presentation must be positive. Alright? Energetic, exciting. Then the person signs up. The person doesn't sign up only because of the product. The person doesn't sign up only because of the complaint. The person also signs up because of you. So what are you showing that person? What energy is that person feeling from you? Your prospect? Anyone sits in front of me will sign up. Even if I don't talk about the products or don't even go into detail of the comp plan. Simply because I carry that aura and energy of positivity, belief and excitement. Now this is what networking is about. This is who a networker must be. So if you want to see financial freedom, if you want to get your checks up, live this life. Live a life where you count your blessings and not complain about your problems. Live a life where you spend 99% of your time talking about your dreams and positive things. And maybe 0.0001% of your time talking about your problems. Right now, you spend 99% of your time talking about your problems and negativity. And 1% you try to be positive for network marketing cannot work. Alright? Even if you are faking it, make it real. Do you understand? I know it's an oxymoronic statement, but even if you're faking it, make it real. I don't know. This is how I am. Alright? Is it real? I believe it is. Alright? This is how I've chosen to live my life. Full of positivity, energy, love, excitement. Alright? Because I am the greatest business where energy and positivity is the greatest motivator. You want everyone in your organization to get bigger checks, change your Attitude. You want your whole organization to max out, Change your attitude, alright? You want everyone to sign up, smile more and be positive more, alright? So if you are in a negative environment long enough, it's sort of, what's the word? Osmosis. You know, it goes into your body and no matter how hard you try to smile, it's not going to be real, right? So be happy, guys, right? Your future looks bright. You're going to buy beautiful things. All your dreams are going to become a reality. And make sure your whole organization carries that same culture and energy of positivity, excitement and passion. And then you're going to max out. I promise you that. Knowledge, skill, everything else you can learn, but this, you must learn how to feel. That's very important. So to all of you out there, I watched his video Happy by Pharrell Williams and it's all over the world and every hour Pharrell recorded a video about how happy he is. And I looked at that video and you just smile. You understand? Alright? For once in your life, guys, you're gonna die one day, that's for sure. As long as you are alive, live happy, alright? Live to the max, okay? Enjoy every moment, okay? And make sure every part of your journey in qnet and the V is a positive journey. And duplicate that down into your organization and I guarantee you, you see BV going up, you see your checks going up in QNET and the V, there is no room for negativity. You want to be negative, Go join another MLM company. All right? I think there you will survive in negativity. But this is a positive, supercharged organization which is going to take you to financial freedom. Now, Vcon is around the corner. It is going to be the center of energy and positivity.
