This is the second Wednesday video after Vcon and I'm here in the beautiful island of Phuket, Thailand, all right? With some of my managers who ran a successful Vcon and of course my brother, David Sharma taking his high dose of supplements from qnet to, to keep him superbly charged. I'm in a beautiful, seven star, beautiful resort. Right behind the camera is a beautiful swimming pool. We've been here strategizing what we're going to do for the remaining part of the year. Very excited guys, a lot of exciting things for you. Exciting promos coming soon, exciting new products, exciting events all over the world. Most importantly, new strategies that QNET and the V is going to implement in your markets. By the way, if you don't know me, this is chief Padman Sanathiraja in Phuket, Thailand, right? And guys, Vcon was a phenomenal success. I've been getting thousands of feedback on Facebook, on my WhatsApp from all over the world saying that this was the greatest Vcon ever. And I freaking agree with you, okay? But Vcon should never be over. Vcon should live in you the whole duration of this year until you come to the next Vcon. That means whatever you have taken from Vcon, whatever passion, belief that you have taken from Vcon, now it's time to apply, implement in your own organization. I hope you remember your dream, alright? I hope you remember that you gave me a commitment that you would do presentation, presentation, presentation every day with no excuse. And for those of you who did not come to Vcon, I hope you felt the passion or your feeling the passion, the tremendous excitement, knowledge and strategy that your uplines have brought back to you. But most importantly on this Wednesday video, I want to explain to you the importance of consistency that you should never switch off no matter what happens. The energy that you carry with you, whether you came to Vcon or you're feeling the energy of VCON as a downline, consistency is the key. I will just speak to a group of leaders in Malaysia after Vcon, alright? And they're asking me, chief, you know, we really want to know your secret of success. And I keep telling you guys the same answer. David applies the same principle I do. And of course Dato Sri Vijay, that's his mantra, that if you never switch off, right, I guarantee you that you're going to max out. Because all of you watching this video, I have one new vision, one new dream, one new passion of Mine, which I'm fanatic about, that is I want you to max out. I want to have the largest number of max out in QNET history happening this year, 2014, all over the world, right? Whether you're from India, other parts of Asia, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Turkey, Europe, wherever you're from, I want you to max out. And this is my vision. So David and I, we are not better than you. We're not smarter than you. Look at David, we're obviously not smarter than you, all right? And, but one thing we have, one skill we have that we have applied tremendously, all right? That's a prospect. All right? Remember, everyone is a prospect. So now, okay, most importantly is that you stay consistent, that you never switch off. That once you have made the decision that this is what you're going to do with the amount of passion, those who came from Vcon, you're so excited. Now maintain that excitement, maintain that passion, all right? All the way. Never, never, never switching off. So remember, your living room is a comfort zone. Burn the sofa, all right? I hope you already did. Okay, Explain to your family that you're no longer in qnet. Qnet is in you. And you have made the decision to take this far more seriously than you ever have before. Guys, alright? And I'll be coming back to Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok very soon. I'll be coming to the Middle East. I'm flying to London to celebrate my birthday with close friends and family. So I need you guys, okay, to focus on one simple thing. Consistency is the key to your success. Never, never switch off. I want one presentation every day. That's the promise you made me.
