Guys, it's me, the one and only Padman Sinatiraja or lovingly known by all of you as Chief. I'm here in Malaysia. I just came back from Singapore. All right, While I was in Singapore, you guys watched my Wednesday message. We had a great trip in Singapore. I was with Dato Sri jr Maya Kuna, planning loads and loads of exciting stuff for all of you globally. Firstly, guys, I hope the Vcon Fever is still on. I hope that wherever you are in the world and if you attended VCon Malaysia 2014, arise, awake, achieve that the fire is still within you. That you're still. That you still have your dreams. That you're still willing to fight for your dreams and go all out for your dreams. And I hope you remember the music from Latika. Okay? And most importantly, I hope you went back to your countries and duplicated the energy, shared the knowledge and passion and got everyone to get off their ass and do presentacion presentation. Presentation. And everyone today should understand that max out is possible. That max out is your ultimate goal. That your purpose of existing in QNET and the V is to max out. All right? In my V corporate family, amazing guys and girls, all right, who working their ass off every day. And I've been talking to them about what we need to do from now until end of the year. And I shared with them my principle of taking ownership. All right? Taking ownership means that this is yours, that this belongs to you. And the same message I want to share to all of you in the network, in my V family, all right? Okay? Your tracking center is your source of Income. Your tracking centers are your source of income, your source of financial freedom. And you must take ownership away. That you are the CEO, that you are the owner of this business which is all focused into this.in the computer called a tracking center. And there are a lot of circumstances and a lot of factors that decide whether you max out this month, next month, next year, three years, four years, five years. And a lot of these things are out of your control. Whether your uplines are great uplines. Whether your downlines work hard enough. Whether you are in the right country, right market. Whether there is a moronic crisis in your country slowing you down or distracting you. Whether your wife supports you, whether your mother in law is a pain and doesn't support you or whether your mother in law is your biggest leader, whatever. The fact is at some point you have to wake up in the morning and realize that this is your business. That you take ownership. All right? That you don't allow your circumstances, your environment, the people around you to become your excuse for not maxing out. That ultimately I believe that if everyone around you drops date and you are alone with your tracking center, go to a country where there are people who are not dead yet and start building an organization. So I ask them, if you take ownership of something, I asked my corporate family, if you take ownership of something then you lose the ability to point the finger. If you say this is mine and I take ownership, I take full responsibility and accountability, then this finger cannot point anywhere else. This finger has no use anymore. All right? That if you are not maxing out guys, it's your fault. If your downlines are not active, it's your fault. If you got a moronic upline, it's your fault. Alright? If the crisis is slowing down your network, it is your fault. And this is how some of us choose to live, that we take ownership. I have never blamed or point a finger to anything or anyone in my 16 years of journey. Because this is your life. You control your destiny. You control the outcome. You control the results. You control your financial freedom and your max out. So I told them that there can be no excuses when you take ownership. Only people who don't take ownership will use the world as their buffet of excuses. Oh it's not my fault. Oh the market. Oh the newspaper article. Oh the morons. Oh the authorities. Oh my mother in law. Oh my downlines. Oh it's my uplines. Oh. I don't have enough support. Why? It's your dream. You know, right? As Dato Sri Vijay taught me my most Unbelievable. Mentor taught me success is personal. When you max out, it's you maxing out. As much as everyone around you celebrates your max out or criticizes your max out or are jealous of your max out, ultimately is your max out all right? It is. Hundred. Let me drink some water, guys. It's yellowish. Not because I peed in the bottle, because I put pomelene, which is a great product to add to your water. Your success is yours. If you max out, the attribute goes to you. The acknowledgement goes to you. It's your effort and you can thank everyone. You should thank your uplines, downlines, everyone. But it's your success, alright? And you need to take ownership of it. So my message this Wednesday is take ownership of your qnet business. Take ownership of your tracking center. That you are not an ir. You are a business owner, a CEO. All right? You are the managing director. You are the board of directors. You are the chairman. You are the executive chairman of your tracking center, of your business. And you need to take ownership. And when you decide to take ownership, you must never give excuses anymore. That excuses is the worst disease in network marketing. We call it askusitis. No cure, alright? Askusitis has no cure. So from now until end of the year, I told my boys and girls that there can be no excuses. If you take ownership, you will never hear an excuse from this handsome face. 16 years I've never given Dato Sri Vijay an excuse. Because he says this is your business. Take ownership, alright? And achieve the success you are meant to achieve. Don't focus on everything happening around you. Are you guys with me? So no more excuses, guys. You know why you're not maxing out? You're not working hard enough. You know why you're not maxing out? You're not doing enough presentation. You know why you're not maxing out? Because. Because you're sleeping too much. You know why you're not maxing out? Because you're allowing the world to demotivate you. Do you know why you're not maxing out? Because you haven't motivated your downlines enough. You know why you're not maxing out enough? Because you're using the lack of support as an excuse. Do you know why you're not maxing out? Simply put, you're not working hard enough. You're not working 18 hours a day. All right? You're not sacrificing enough. You're not pushing yourself hard enough. You're not pushing your people hard enough. You're not inspiring people hard enough. So guys, these are the reasons why you're not maxing out. It's all about you. It's all about you, all right? Because you have the God given ability, the natural, God given ability to take the qnet business and max out. All right? And if you choose not to do it, it is your own fault, Nobody else's. So stop blaming the world. Stop finding excuses. Take ownership of your qnet business. And don't rest. Don't switch off. Don't be distracted. Don't look left or right. Focus on max out. My vision this year is to get as many people to max out as possible. I want you to max out. If you're watching this video, look carefully at me, all right? I believe in you. There is no difference between you and me. There is no difference between you and Dato Sri Vijay. We all started this journey just like you. But we took ownership. We had no excuses. We were not affected by the media. We were not affected by anyone. We were soldiers with a mission to max out. And we didn't rest. We never got distracted until we maxed out. And then when we maxed out one tracking centre, my appliance would tell me, patman, are you satisfied with one tracking center maxing out? I said, no. You're supposed to say no. And then he said, get another tracking center to max out. And I went and started building from scratch again. Are you guys with me? This is your year, 2014. We will have the largest number of max outs in qnet history. Alright guys, so no more excuses. Take ownership. Work 18 hour days with no excuses. This is fundamentally important.
