A motivational YouTube address by Hattaiwat Pusanti (Patman Sinatiraja) celebrating QNET's 16th anniversary. He recalls joining with founders Dato Sri Vijay and Japa, highlights company milestones (40 offices, Formula One and Manchester City partnerships, new German office), and issues a three-part leadership challenge: (1) never stop being a networker — avoid letting edification and titles distance you from frontline prospecting, (2) spend sustained face-to-face time with downlines to duplicate leaders and build loyalty, and (3) prioritize simple, frequent basic training across markets (the 'eight basic building blocks') to create confident presenters. He closes with a call for max-outs this week and a plug for Revic in Dubai.

Greetings to all my brothers and sisters all over the planet. Guys, firstly allow me to introduce myself. I'm as usual your chief Patman Sinatiraja and I want to sing you a song. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to QNET on its 16th anniversary. I know it didn't sound right but that's what I wanted to wish you. Happy birthday. Guys, we just crossed 16 years, all right? And the reason why I'm so excited because I've been with Dato Sri Vijay from day one. And I still remember all the morons who kept telling me don't join this company Patman, they're not going to last more than six months. Then after six months they told me it's not going to last more than one year. After one year they told me it's not going to last more than two years. After two years they said maximum one more year, Patman. Guys, we've been around for 16 years. We are bigger, stronger, louder than we have ever been. And thank God for Datosri, Vijay and Japa making this decision. All right, 16 years ago that we are all here Today we are 16 years old, all right? We are the fastest growing network marketing company in the history of this industry. We are the first network marketing company from Asia to take a business from humble Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines to all over the freaking planet. And just a few weeks ago we launched our German QNET office. Alright, so we are rocking guys, 40 offices around the world. Formula One partnership. Our partnership as being the official direct selling partner of Manchester City Football club, QI Tower, the most gorgeous looking chief ever a network marketing company could ever find. And of course the visionaries, all right, Dato Sri Vijay and Jaipuras Bismarck. The V partners, AVPs, VCouncils, all my corporate family members. Okay guys, 16 years. And yesterday we celebrated with the corporate family. And then Dato, Sri and I went up to do training for the Malaysian leaders. It was so great to see Datusree training old school, talking about the olden days and network marketing. And then I sat down with the Malaysian leaders to give them a small wake up call like I usually do with all the leaders around the world. And I realized something. So this Wednesday message is the first Wednesday message of year number 17 of the greatest story ever told in network marketing, guys. So I'm very excited, okay? And I decided to wear white, look gorgeous as usual just for you. But after spending time with the Malaysian leadership I realized a lot of things, all right? And I want to share some of these points for you to ponder, apply. All right, okay. Shut up, listen and do. Basically, okay, firstly, all right, I realized that edification is a fundamental pillar of network marketing and it has become a fundamental pillar of qnet and the V. And I'm a firm believer and propounder of the concept of edification. All right? And we always edify everyone, okay? From our leaders to V ambassadors to our founders, we edify. But you see, at some point, edification has weaknesses. And if you don't address those weaknesses, it'll backfire on you. For example, today I've realized that we have edified so many great, deserving leaders around the world. But I think the edification has reached a point where these leaders have distanced themselves from network marketing, that they have distanced themselves from their leadership and their downlines, that you have to set appointments to meet these people. There's protocol to follow. And here comes the danger that when a leader is edified and he believes in his mind that he is now this great, unbelievable leader, he stops being a networker. And you must never, never, never allow that to happen to you. That no matter who you become, whether a V partner, you are still a networker. That you must never, ever lose that ability to go out there and do a presentation and sign up somebody brand new, even after 16 years. And I am doing that. I made a promise to myself many years ago, alright, that I joined qnet, I joined Dato Sri Vijay to be a networker, to make money and help people make money and change their lives. And that's why I'm still here after 16 years. But I never lose that ability to be a networker. I love what I do so much, guys, alright? I love making videos for you morons. I love going out there on stage. But I really, really, really love sitting across a prospect and showing them the greatest opportunity in network marketing. And the day you stop doing that because you think you're already a leader or, or you think you're already maxing out, your checks will drop. I guarantee you. I have seen this happen in 16 years, your checks will start to drop. So my advice to you on this Wednesday message, no matter who you are, no matter how big your commission is and how well you are edified by your downlines and the V, please never stop being a networker. That is in our DNA, that defines us. We are networkers. I am a networker. Dato Sri Vijay is a networker. Japadas Bismarck is a networker. Until today. All right, Another networker calling me. Okay? They are still networkers. Dato Sri refers people. Japa shows the plan to every hotel. He goes, the GM welcomes, takes him to the room, to his suite. And then Japa said, you have some time, sit down. Let me tell you what we do. Do you understand? Dato Sri would walk into a lift and the bellboy will be holding the lift button and talking to us in the lift while we go to the suite, presidential suite. And Datturosri said, so are you happy working here? How long are you working here? Padman, sit down with him, have coffee, show him how to be financially free one day. So guys, don't allow edification and disposition of leadership to make your cup full and allow your very aggressive networker, alright? And don't allow it to make your cup full. Don't allow your ego to grow to a point where you stop being a networker. And I realized that speaking to the Malaysian leaders, we have some of the most strongest, powerful, successful leaders in Malaysia, alright? And I told them all, never stop networking, get out there. So today they should all be out there doing presentation, presentation, presentation and starting new organizations and placing on your 007 weak leg or your inner leg of your 003 whatever. Maxing out one tracking center is not enough. When you max out one tracking center, you should max out the next one and the next one and the next one and next one, next one, next one, next one. Alright guys. And secondly, after talking to the Malaysian leaders, I realized that today the leadership or the uplines or the organization does not spend enough time together. And I want to tell you the good old days, all right? The good old days, when I signed up, I told all my leaders or even a brand new sign up, listen, get familiar with this gorgeous face because you're going to be looking at this face every single minute of the day, all right? We are going to become brothers. We're going to eat together, live together, all right? I'm going to make sure that I turn you into a lean, mean networking machine and I'm going to take you to maxhow. Do you understand? So my house, I still remember my mom, God bless her soul, all right? The most amazing woman in my life. She would always complain that our house doesn't require a lock because our gate could not be locked. It was perpetually open. People would be in, out. We were like a hotel lobby, you understand? People would come without invitation, no protocol. Alright, Chief is there, let's go. People would come non stop from every single corner of my organization. They walk into my house at four in the morning, five in the morning, alright, I just make one rule. Bring some food, you understand? We got to eat. And we would sit down, some watching a movie, some talking about tomorrow's plans. I'm doing goal setting, we do so much. But today I realized that you guys don't spend enough time with your teams. I have a rule. When I was networking with my leadership, I said in one day, the time you are awake, if you have more than one hour without your networking downlines, uplines, whatever, your checks are going to drop, then we should be constantly in touch. Now, today I know there's technology, alright? And you can WhatsApp groups and chat, but it doesn't replace face to face. It doesn't replace the human factor. Don't allow this machine to represent you. You are a networker. Nothing beats sitting across a coffee table in a restaurant and inspiring and motivating that guy to go out there and make a difference and sign up people. So ask yourself, from the time you wake up till you go to sleep, especially if you're full time, do you have one hour where you're not surrounded by your people? I do presentations. I take a new guy with me. Shut up and listen how I do it. I go to the airport, I get different downlines to drive me. Firstly, you get free transport to the airport. Secondly, it's 40 minutes where you get to make a guy into the greatest networker. I never eat alone. I go to restaurants, movies, shopping, bathroom. I take people with me. Not girls, guys. If I go to the bathroom, I say, hey, I'm going to take a piss. Guys, come on, let's go. And everyone follows me. Because that 45 seconds or one minute, I take. I don't know how long. Actually, I never counted. Okay, so let's guesstimate 45 seconds or one minute, all right? I talk to the guys. This is what networking is about. Because the more time you spend with your people, you build them up, you duplicate yourself. There's not enough duplication happening in the organization today. My sole purpose was to create 1000 patments. 2000 Patmans. And Datusvi told me, I said, datusvi, when can I retire? Alright? And I was 28 years old in Datu Sri Si apartment. Create 100 partments, you'll retire, create 1000 apartments and the world will be in your palm. Do you understand? And that was my purpose. I went out there. I went out there with a clear purpose, to create apartments. And how do you create apartments? Alright, I know what you're thinking. Not that kind of creation, okay? How do you create apartments is duplication. They spend time with you. So my guys go out, presentation, basic training, come back and meet me in between presentations, let's have coffee. This is fundamentally important. You need to spend time with your leadership, with your downlines to create and duplicate yourself. This is fundamentally important. You want to sit down on a beach somewhere financially free for life, make sure there thousand people like you out there and you'll be the richest, most powerful networker the industry has ever seen. I promise you that. Alright? And the third point, okay, training, alright, training is fundamentally important. But today I realized that everyone is doing some mega super duper trainings. That's good. Leadership camp isb. All right, change your life training, change your, you know, whatever, okay? How to manage your mother in law training. But at the basic level, in every small town, in every small village, in every single one of your markets, there must be basic training. Eight basic building blocks. Remember this video with this gorgeous Malaysian. Alright, okay, eight basic building blocks, that's all you need. The eight basic building blocks alone is more than enough to create a max out guy. Do you understand? The rest is attitude, inspiration, time together like I said earlier, alright, so you need a lot of basic training because what do you ultimately need in network marketing guys? You need thousands, hundreds and tens of people out there who have the skill and the confidence to do a presentation on his own, on their own and sign up people and bring them into the system. Now the greatest platform for creating confident networkers who can do presentation is basic training. I used to do 20, 30 basic trainings in different locations all over Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia. I focus on that. Dato Sri Vijay told me Padman, focus that you have enough basic training available for your people because that will create people who can do presentation. Presentation means bv. BV means max out. Max out means my life. Are you guys with me? Alright. And then you need to spend time with the smaller groups of people. We used to call it VSELLs or V circles or in Malaysia we call it tetare sessions. That means drinking tea. This is where you identify your key people who are managing five, six solid guys. Okay? And I would spend the whole night until four in the morning, three in the morning, going to different restaurants and different coffee shops all over Kuala Lumpur, meeting these groups in their V cells or V circles because that's where you raise people on that platform you've got quality people who are earning checks. Sitting in a group, small group, informal, don't bring your projector, hook it up, project on the wall. Give notes. No, informal. And that's where magic happens. Do you understand? That's where I break through. That's where I let my guard down. I'm not chief, you understand? Hey, I'm just one of you guys. Let's talk. What's holding you back? What's your dreams? What's your check next week? Let's push it higher. So it's a very personalized touch, right? And when I realized, when I look back Today, our top 1000 people in the world, Datosri, Japa, myself, the V partners, we built them using this technique. Japa would land in Malaysia and sit with me until 5, 6 in the morning, right? Taking me higher, raising the bar higher, Changing my paradigm, changing my mindset. And today we're not doing that enough. You see, in network marketing, it's not about creating robots. It's about creating networkers who are doing everything from their hearts. They are warriors. They're willing to pay the price to achieve financial freedom. And you need to spend time with them. So firstly, never stop being a networker. No matter how much you edify, never stop being a networker. This is first fundamentally important, guys, I don't know how to tell you this, that no matter how big you are, you should be getting direct referrals every week, every day, every month, without fail, all right? Secondly, spend time. Now this is what is lacking today. Because when you spend time with your people, you establish loyalty, you establish trespass and you get them to go out to be hardcore presenters, alright? You understand? These are your true warriors. Spend time with your people. Don't allow edification levels and titles to distance yourself. You understand? And thirdly, all right, don't complicate training anymore, guys. You need basic training to be the fundamental aspect of your organization. There should be basic training happening everywhere. Eight basic building blocks. Build me. Build all the max out guys you're seeing in the world today. Build the V partners. All right? That's all you need, okay? So being Wednesday, all right, on the 17th year of QNET and this being the first week of the 17th year of QNET, let's make this our greatest week, guys. Make this Thursday and Friday life changing days. Make this Thursday and Friday the two days you prove to the world that you are a great networker. Alright? And I want to see max out this week. I want to see crazy max outs this week, all right? From all over the world. So I love you guys. And if you haven't registered for Revicorn Dubai, go to the tallest building in your city and play the song. I believe I can fly. So I'll see you guys at Revic on Dubai. All right, remember. Remember this. We are 16 years old, all right? And the next 16 is going to simply be unbelievable. So happy birthday once again.
