Hattaiwat Pusanti (Chief Padman Senati Raja) records a motivational Wednesday message from a hotel in Dubai after RevCon, addressing the V family about attrition in network marketing and how to reduce it. He defines attrition (people signing up then dropping out), lists causes (wrong expectations, lack of upline support/systems, unexciting organization, lack of visible success), and prescribes solutions: build an attractive culture, produce visible success (fast "max out"), maintain duplicable systems for new sign-ups, and continuously recruit direct referrals through frequent presentations. He also announces the start of a Bonanza Blast promotion with a $250,000 bonus pool and reminds RevCon participants to complete three presentations per day.

All right. Greetings to my V family all over the freaking planet. This is once again the drop dead gorgeous chief Padman Senati Raja recording Wednesday message number 70 something. All right. For my beautiful hotel room in Palace Hotel, downtown Dubai. And why am I in Dubai? Because we just finished one of the most unbelievable rock and rolling crazy RevCons in Dubai with over 5,000 fanatical, crazy, passionate dreamers from the V family. And I was so excited, I went up on stage, the crowd was fantastic. If you guys are from Riwecorn and you're watching this, I love you guys. All right, Fantastic crowd. And don't forget the promise you made to me. Number one, three presentations a day, all right? No excuses. Number two, the monkey dance every Wednesday before dinner at home. And let's see how your mother in law reacts. And it's been an exciting time right now in Dubai. After this I go to Turkey or Turkey for a few days to meet our leaders from the whole region and then back to Thailand and then Malaysia. So at least you know where I'm going. Okay? Now over the past few days I've been spending a lot of time with various leaders and networkers from every market who attended Revicon. And I've been having a lot of meetings and great discussions with them. And a lot of them brought up one topic called attrition. For those of you who don't understand attrition, neither did I when I first heard it. It simply means that people sign up in your organization but a lot of people drop out of your organization. That means attrition, people dropping out of your organization. And everyone was asking me the same question, chief, why does this happen? How do I prevent it from happening? And I'll give you the answer. Firstly, a certain amount of attrition, okay, or dropout is extremely normal in network marketing. It has happened to the best, greatest networkers. Happened to me, Atli, Arun, Sati, everyone, okay? And because not everyone is going to sign up, alright? And become the max out king or the max out queen. If it was that easy to achieve this, all right, I wouldn't be recording the Wednesday message here in my room. You'll be watching me on CNN as the greatest networking guru that ever walked the planet Earth. Okay? So try to understand. People sign up for various reasons, alright? You got people who quit. Number one, they join, they had certain expectations from what their commission is going to be, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And they quit after a week, two weeks, two months, all right? Then you've got people who hang around. I Call them the lingerers, if there's such a word in English. They linger around, okay? And they do a little bit, but they don't do enough. They're not committed. But they are committed, all right? You understand? And then finally you got the big boys and the big girls, the max out queens and the max out kings. People who signed up and they are so focused on their goal that their dream is so important to them that you can't even slow them down if you wanted to. Alright? They almost don't even need you because they know exactly what to do and before you know it, they are running their own systems, running their own organization and giving you loads of bv. Now why do people drop out? Okay? That's the question. So I gave you the answer. Their reason for joining was wrong to begin with or their expectation was so unreasonable that they were expecting to max out in the first week and they did not. So they said, screw it, I don't want to do this business anymore. Of course there are reasons of lack of system or lack of management from the upline organization. That means a person signs up and he's left alone with no direction, no training, no guidance, no upline support. And what happens? He just vanishes out of your network. So it's very important that you have a working system. A working system that doesn't only focus on the uplines and the leaders of your organization, but caters for the brand new sign up. That means a sign up that happens today. He or she must know what should she or he do tomorrow. Alright? You understand? When should they get their fine, two, when should they get their first check? And all of this comes from your system and your culture in your organization. But the main reason why people drop out from any organization, firstly, the organization is not exciting enough, you understand? That means when the person signs up, he meets one person and that person could be the right personality to get him to sign up. And then this person goes to the organization and finds out it's a bunch of losers with no dreams, no passion, totally, you know, switched off, lazy, not dressed to kill. All right, not carrying themselves as powerful entrepreneurs, networkers of qnet, okay? But simply unattractive. And I'm not talking about looks because that face the fact not everyone can end up looking like me, all right? The rest of the world, you know, God has a great sense of humor, let's put it that way. All right? But then, okay, when I mean attractive, that means you're not exciting enough. Then why should I stay? So imagine if me patman Senatiraja decide to sign up in your organization, would I stay? Would I want to max out with you? Or would I want to join another organization? All right. Secondly, the reason why people drop out is because they do not see enough success in the organization they belong to. And I've been telling you for many, many, many videos that it's your checks, your weekly commissions. You maxing out is not a luxury. It is a necessity to make your organization grow even bigger. Right? To make sure that everyone who signs up looks up and says, wow, there's success. I can smell it. I can see it. I can feel it. You understand that everyone is dressed the right clothing, driving the right cars, wearing the right watches, speaking the right language, eating in the right places. And this is why I always say the need for speed of success, that you can't wait for 15 years to max out. You got to max out now. You got to max out in the first six months. The first 12 months. And I'm not saying this like bull, sugar. I'm serious. That you can max out in six months. You can max out in 12 months if you choose to. And the minute you have uplines and leaders who are tremendously successful on the top, it creates a message to everyone, including the prospect and the brand new sign up, that this organization is full of success. This organization walks, talks and represents success. So I want to join you because I know if I join a successful organization, my chances of success are far greater than it ever can be. Now, I know you're saying, but chief, my organization is still small. We are still babies. It's okay. We were all babies in network marketing. My first event had four people. Are you guys with me? Now we got events of 15,000 people happening all around the world, right? So what do you need to do? You need to get off your ass, alright? And focus on one thing as a networker. Focus on going out there and getting as many direct referrals to start filling up and building the momentum required in your organization. You need to get off your ass, go out there and make sure that you are bringing in people. Like I tell all the leaders, you should never, never, never stop networking. You should always, if you always have to be continuously networking and bringing in direct referrals, direct referrals, direct referrals, direct referrals. And this culture duplicates like Rivicon Dubai. I told everyone, you should get off your ass and go out there and do presentacion, presentacion, presentacion. That's the key of getting success in your organization. Getting bigger checks for your whole organization, your leaders and attracting more and more people and being the most attractive organization in the V family. And you guys have to understand this, that attrition happens. So there's no organization without attrition. But to cut down the percentage of attrition, do what I just said. Make sure your organization is attractive. Make sure your organization smells, looks and feels of success, alright? Make sure your system is strong to cater for a brand new sign up. He will know that he has to get fined too in 48 hours. He knows he has to get his first check in the first week. Your system must be duplicable. Crystal clear that even a moron can understand it. This is fundamentally important. So to all of you worldwide, the great news of me recording this Wednesday video. This week is the beginning of the Bonanza Blast. All right? My video has just been out there. It should be reaching you by today, tomorrow, all right? It's the most exciting Bonanza.
