Chief's Wednesday Message 075

Greetings to all my lovely brothers and sisters all over the planet. This is once again your drop dead gorgeous chief with his new haircut which was part of the Shout out for Tarana project which I hope you guys took part and you shouted out. So we are raising money to build a whole new facility for the amazing kids and children from Tarana. Alright? This has been the vision of our mentor, Datu Sri Vijay Ishwar and his lovely wife Datin Sri Umayyal. And we want to make this vision into a reality. And I did this because I want to be part of it. All right? No matter whether it's 100 US or 100,000 US, at least I want two bricks to be there representing Padman Senati Raja. And you should have two bricks, a desk, a computer representing you so that your heart, your care and the voice of rhythm reaches these children coming from you. So go to Facebook, talk to your uplines and figure out how you can participate in Shout out for Tarana. Firstly, I'm sitting here in the VIP lounge of Dato Sri Vijay's office on the top of QI Tower. It's unbelievable. I wish you were here one day. You must be here. It's Diwali Eve, which is a very auspicious day for all Indians around the world. The day of good, winning over evil or bringing light into the world. So I want to wish everyone around the world a very happy Diwali. From your upline in Chief. And I've been thinking a lot the past few weeks. All right. And the last two weeks I was in Thailand in the middle of a jungle running the most amazing Advanced isb where your uplines were there and now they're back rocking. All right. In your country, cities and your organizations and you should come for the next ISB and make sure you come for advanced ISB 2017. Book your seat now because seats are limited. And I realized one thing. Whenever it comes to the closer to the end of the year, because we've got just about two months left before 2014 is over, I love to sit down and review some of the decisions I made in January 2014, 1st of January, when we started this new year. And I ask myself, I introspect, have I achieved what I set out to achieve? Have I achieved the dreams, the goals, my personal growth? Have I reached where I want to reach in 2014? And I want you guys to do the same thing that each one of you, at the beginning of 2014, you made some big promises mainly to yourself. Call it New Year's Resolution. Call it commitments, call it discipline, call it goals, call it dreams. You made some major commitments and decisions to yourself, to your loved ones, to your downlines, to your uplines. To me, I still remember I worked with many of you and showed you how to do the 52 week planner for your weekly commission where every week you focus on your commission and if you don't hit it, you carry it forward. And I joked with you guys and said if you don't hit your weekly commission by the last week of December, you need to hit a check of a million dollars. But remember this, you are defined by whether you keep to your word to yourself, whether you keep the promises you make, whether you achieve the goals that you set out to achieve. Now you got two more months. Two months, seven days left in 2014 and we all have a choice to make. The choice is number one, slow down and prepare for Christmas, New Year, Diwali, alright? Spend time with family, whatever else you guys do, end of the year, the second choice is not slow down, but speed up and raise the sense of urgency and review your goals for 2014 and push yourself like you have never pushed before and make sure you achieve those goals. Because if you don't achieve your goals for 2014, you failed. And you cannot go into 2015 with a victorious attitude. Alright? With a warrior attitude, with a champion attitude. You got to go into 2015 with an amazingly positive attitude. Because I promise you, 2015 is going to be the greatest year of QNET and the V. It's going to be your max out year. All right? We are making so many amazing positive changes, enhancements, changing the whole brand image of qnet products, everything to make sure that we are the through Ferrari of network marketing. And you have to prepare yourself to drive that Ferrari to maximum speed. And that's a decision you have to make. But we've got two months, seven days left in this year. Now I made a conscious decision that I look back at my goals, my dreams, my commitments to Dato Sri Vijay, my upline mentor. I made commitments to you guys, promises to my corporate family, all right? And I realized that I've been so busy, so crazy, traveling around the whole freaking planet that I have only achieved about 60, 70% of my goals. I've got 30% more to go. And I made a decision, a commitment to Patmans in Athiraja that the next two months, seven days, I'm going to push myself to a fanatical level. I'm going to push myself to an extreme level. And I want you to do the same thing. Because remember this, your dreams are not about you. My dreams are no longer about me. Me achieving my dreams enables me to be a better upline to you, to be a more effective leader to you. And fundamentally, those dreams are very important to me. Now, I need you to realize one thing, that your life journey in 2014 requires you now for the balance of the year, two months, seven days, to pull up your socks, roll up your sleeve, erase the word excuse from your vocabulary. Erase the word sleep from your mindset and vocabulary. Erase a balanced life, because there's no such thing. For the next two months, six days. For the next two months, six days, you will raise the bar higher. You will become bigger, stronger, louder. You will become the warrior you are meant to be. You will become the upline, the networker, the max out king or queen you are meant to be. Now, whatever challenges, whatever distractions, they should not exist in your mind. Because they do not exist in mind. All right? Because one thing Dato Sri Vijay taught me from day one, Padman. If you can stay focused long enough without being distracted or switching off, you can achieve anything. You can achieve the impossible. You can reach the sky and go beyond. Now, you have goals, you have commission targets, all right? That you have written down on a piece of paper in January 2014. Now, my question to you is upline. Have you achieved them? Are you on track? Are you very far? Or are you 80%, whatever the number is, trust me, if you focus enough, willing to sacrifice and do whatever it takes, the next two months, six days, you will be able to achieve a miracle in your business, in qnet, you will be able to reach max out even if Your check is 2,000 U.S. right now. You will be able to start new organizations even if you haven't shown a presentation for the past six months, if you decide to. Now this advance isb, I realized one thing. That the complan, the company, Manchester City, sponsorship, everything is available to every single IR in the world, including you. All of us have the same playing field, the equal playing field. Then the question is, why do some people excel, max out and become the greatest networkers the industry has ever seen? And why do some people switch off, drop out or linger without any progress or growth? Now I was thinking about it during advanced ISBN. I realized it has nothing to do with our environment. It has nothing to do with our circumstances or the challenges we face. It has all to do with our decision making power and the ability for us to stick to a decision no matter what. So I need all of you my downlines all over the world. And I'm saying this, representing our founders. All right, Datusri Vijay Iswar and Japadas Bismarck. That we will make this two months, six days, the last remaining days of 2014, the greatest days of our lives. That the next two months, six days, people should not be able to recognize you. That you must consciously transform into this lean, mean networking machine. That if you have forgotten your dreams, remember your dreams watching this video. Remember the decisions you made, the commitments you made, guys. Alright? The goals you want to achieve and don't give up on them because you're coming to the end of the year, don't get defeated. I want you to win because you are a winner. I want you to be victorious because it is meant to be. So even though we got just over two months, I have seen miracles by networkers in 10 days. Why not 66 days? Why not 67 days? Why not push ourselves to. To limits we don't even know we had? Why not cross the lines, Break out of this barrier, erase the lines. So the next two months, six days, I'm going to raise the bar higher. I'm going to live every day to the extreme. Bigger, stronger, louder is going to be my mantra in every aspect. Diwali is tomorrow, guys, and I'm here recording this video for you. I've got meetings tomorrow in between. Cook lunch for my loved ones, sing Kumbaya and then Thursday, back on track. All right? Because I don't think max out kings and queens are distracted by anything. And if you want to be a max out king and queen, don't get distracted, guys. You made a decision, we stick by it. Guys, 2014 has to be your greatest year. And then we move into 2015 like a hurricane. Like Hussein Bolt. And next year will be greater than this. But this year, fulfill your promises, achieve your goals, keep yourself on track on your commission with no excuses. That's my Wednesday message, guys. Don't lose focus. So I love you guys.
