We have so many surprises, gifts in store for you in 2015. So if you thought 2014 was an unbelievable year, 2015 is going to rock your world to a whole new level. Now I've been cracking my head, sitting down, doing some introspection, thinking about my personal journey and my messaging to you guys over the years. Recording my Wednesday message. And this Wednesday I want to talk about you, alright? And the topic today is a bit complicated, all right? So switch on your brains, okay? And empty your cup. And if you're sitting on the sofa watching this on your mobile phone, okay? Or alone in your room, ladies, okay? Wherever you're watching it, okay? All right. Stay focused on my message. Now, many of you signed up and you came from a certain life, you came from a certain lifestyle where you did not have the taste of success, financial freedom, luxury, money, many of us, and I'm talking about myself also, I started at the age of 23 with US$20 in my bank account. I didn't know anything about wealth, anything about success. And I started making checks like most of you are starting to make checks, whether it's 250, 500, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 or maxing out, alright? And you came from a certain life where you were not used to this kind of wealth, this kind of success. And the problem with that is that you get into a comfort zone very fast. And most comfort zone. The thought of a comfort zone is you are poor, go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home, waiting to die. Now that's one version of a comfort zone. There is also another version of comfort zone called the wealthy comfort zone. So I can imagine if an IR signs up with 20 USD in his bank account, life savings, like this gorgeous moron 16 years ago and suddenly he makes 2000 US a week. Now in his thought process, he has reached the pinnacle of life. All right? He is richer than every member of his family. Grandfather, great grandfather, all right? And the homo sapien, where the whole thing started. All right? And you get into a comfort zone very fast. Now this terminology of a comfort zone applies to every one of you. That even if you are maxing out at goal, it's a comfort zone. Your desire to max out a platinum is not there. Or max out a diamond, okay? Or if you're maxing out a diamond at one tracking center, why are you not maxing out the other tracking centers? And some of you are stuck at 2000 US, stuck at 5000 US. And believe me, there are some morons out there stuck at 500 US and saying this is good. Life is good. I was earning zero before and broke. And now I have 500 US a week. Now, the reason why there is something called success comfort zone, all right, Or a wealth comfort zone is simply because you are not exposed to the world out there. You are living under your coconut shell. You think your BMW is the ultimate car. You think having a nice dinner at 200 US is the ultimate dinner. And you think wearing the clothes you're wearing and wearing the watch you're using is enough. It is not. And I always say this in the early years and I've forgotten to tell you this every time. You need to continuously dream bigger. The minute you achieve a dream, it is mandatory that you take out your dream list, which most of you morons don't even have. There's two lists that must be with you physically, all the time. Your name list and your dream list. If you watch the eight basic building blocks and, and your dream list can have pictures, drawings, whatever, alright? The minute you achieve a dream, you strike it out, correct. Achieve done it like a bucket list. And then the next dream strike, the next dream strike, the next dream strike. That's not good enough. When you strike out a dream, you got to fill up that space with a bigger dream. Because the day you stop finding bigger dreams, you become stagnant. You become into a comfort zone. So if you have bought a BMW, all right, and you strike it out of your list, that's your dream car. It's not the end of the journey. Guys, what's your next dream car? If you have moved into your 6,000 sq ft condominium and you strike it out of your dream list now what's the next home you're going to buy? Bigger. You have to constantly dream bigger after you achieved your dream. This is mandatory, alright? Because if you don't do this guys. You are never going to grow. Now. I spent the past two days with all the directors and all the chiefs talking about bigger dreams. Even our company has bigger dreams, alright. And you must have bigger dreams. You know, Dev Advani was telling me about getting a bigger fish tank and I talked to you about erasing the lines. Don't limit yourself. Never limit yourself. If you achieve a dream, dream bigger. If you bought a Rolex, next buy a Patek Philippe. If you bought a BMW, next go for a Bentley. Constantly push your mind, push your heart to think bigger. Dream bigger or not, you're going to die where you are. If you are V Council then you must dream of becoming avp. If you're avp, you must dream of becoming a V partner. If you are V Elite leader, you must dream about becoming a V Council. Are you living the lifestyle that you are really, really wanted? Or are you rationalizing and self justifying to yourself that this is okay? Life is good. I was broke before. Now I am having 10,000 US a week. Guys, 10,000 US a week is not enough. If you are truly a leader, you are truly a networker. You are truly an upline. You never stop dreaming. Your dreams get bigger and bigger and bigger and stronger and louder every time you achieve A dream. Now. This is how qnet becomes number one in the world. This is how the V becomes number one in the world. Because if you guys stop dreaming bigger, QNET will die. So QNET's future is in your hands. As much as your future is in your hands that you have to constantly push yourself to dream bigger. Guys. Alright. So this is my Wednesday message to all of you. Wherever you are, whoever you are. If you are maxing out at diamond, max out a new tracking center. If you are maxing out at Gold, push yourself to max out on that tracking center in platinum and then Diamond. Never allow yourself to be in a comfort zone. And the last two months of 2014. November. December, right? Today is the 11th of November. The last 45, 48 days of 2014. I want you to be a maniac. I want you to be as crazy as your gorgeous uplined Patmans in Athiraja. I want you to be as crazy as Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran who defied the world and built this empire. So the next 48, 49 days.
